Who chose the hospital in the first instance? Since he admitted that the hospitals back home lack the required faculties to treat him, why then would he want to return home? I hope this isn't a ploy to be transferred to another facility outside the influence of the government. The parties concerned should just thread carefully and stop taking us for fools. |
When politicians have disagreements due to clash of personal interests, it is wise not to take sides except one is personally involved. So Oshiomole isn't asking for the key to the treasury again. Or has it already been handed over to him? Edo people should not allow themselves become puns in their chess game. |
Their money, their choice. |
The Shi'ites should take it easy at this moment. They eventually got their man out of detention for treatment and I don't think unnecessary propaganda will help their agitation further. I hope they aren't cooking excuses for him to be taken out of India. |
Printerscanner:Yes. Same way late president Ya'radua was treated in foreign countries. But guess what, someone condemned this medical tourism and campaigned to put an end to it. I don't need to remind you how well that campaign promise has been kept when this person eventually gets to power. |
Shame of a Nation leading in Medical Tourism. If only the President had treated himself in Nigeria when he was ill, so many people would have insisted that Metuh, Zakzaky and the rest be treated in Nigeria too. Zakzaky's news may overtake BBN soon at this rate. |
Whatever they're cooking with Jega should be done for all to see by 2022. Congratulations to him on his new job. |
She has made her voice known and when history is written, it will be said that one poor, elderly and uneducated woman from Osun once left her fufu to join a protest in a bid to register her displeasure at the systemic rots and decay in the country. In the process, she got brutalized. Even if the woman should obviously miss out of the N-Power programme, I think she should be a candidate for either the conditional transfer for the vulnerable or the trader money scheme. Like adequately advised, the old woman should be weary of those predators lurking around to exploit her for their personal gains. Every Nigerian deserves to live a comfortable life, including the elderly. |

Didn't one governor claim to have paid the bandits handsomely to stop the killings in his state? Were the killings stopped afterwards? What would be the feelings of the victims of the marauders seeing their attackers going free? How do we want peace in a society without justice? |
Eiya. Tekno don go price market wey him may not fit buy. ...and the FG don get scapegoat wey them go take shine. But how does that action of his translate to a threat to National Security? Hope he won't be declared a terrorist |
Tinubu succeeding Buhari should ordinarily have been a gentleman agreement without necessarily involving lobbyist from from foreign countries. As it stands, except the Oligarchy North throws their weight behind Tinubu, the rumored 2023 presidential ambition might be as evasive as it comes. |
Charleys:This makes me more humble. .Do enjoy the rest of today. |
One has to be brave and extremely clean inside and out to be able to critise this government, especially when such a person isn't covered by any immunity. Fayose may end up in APC soon for obvious reasons. I can't put anything beyond a typical Nigerian politician. |
The funny thing is that the person pointing fingers might just be the culprit. |
Will the new emirates survive after Ganduje's tenure? The elevated and coronated Obas in Ibadan are still gasping for survival after Ajimobi. |
The hunter is now the hunted. People of impeccable characters should be holding such anti-corruption agencies. If he has truly been found wanting, it shouldn't stop at sealing his office, he should be prosecuted accordingly. |
Who are the researchers and experts? |
The government in cohort with the Assembly knew the action is iillegal but they won't still bulge. The game plan is to frustrate the LG chairmen until their tenure expires probably iin October. Even if the court reinstate them, it would have been too late. Our law should be strengthened to punish those who willfully trample upon it for mischievous intent |
More like a subtle kidnap scene. The young man in white shirt tried giving them a tough time. Thank God for restraints on both sides. See as the ladies com dey run show face after the incidents don happen finish. |
This makes it appear as though the country is on auto pilot. For God's sake, there supposed to be a commander in chief whom these agencies report to. That was how a former IGP openly disobeyed the President and nothing happens afterwards. To govern a country is no tea party and if PMB feels overwhelmed, he should save the rest of us this headache. |
Something they have been looking for endlessly in the Chad Basin. If u no get, u no get. Reminds me of how boys dey apply methylated spirit for face and chin to grow bear bear |
Gbam! Here comes the new official line for warding off requests via FOI. 'We won't oblige you the information requested because we don't want you to drag us into politics.' How does that even sound to an official of a government touted to be fighting corruption? |
Ok |
Could it be GEJ was actually weak or he was just being democratic? The baboon and dog soaked in the blood statement should have earned someone a detention |
There is no way that woman could have given birth to that boy. |
That was a hit below the belt. It takes a benevolent President for a Vice President to shine. The fates of deputy governors is even worse. |
They were actually buddies. |
This sh**t isn't peculiar to a certain religion. They all do it depending on their level of indoctrination. Some of them hold the belief that It is an abomination for a woman to wear a man's dress and vice versa. If I were the LI too, I don't think I will overlook such infraction. |
The government wouldn't be that careless. That much I trust. |
How times flies. Same people that organized and supported Occupy Nigeria when they were in opposition without harrasment now find any protest against them or their policies repulsive now that they are in government. The internet never forgets. |
