don4real18:In the US, they might even go to jail. If negligence is determined, they will be charged with multiple counts of negligence homicide. |
don4real18:It is new bridge and collapse during stress test before opening it up for the public aka students for which it was built to access their campus over a very busy highway. |
Lilimax:It is was detected....someone guffed big time! It was a new bridge and it collapsed during stress testing after construction to determine its structural stability. The construction company requested partial lane closure during the test period, hence the fatalities; had it been full lanes closures instead of the two closed, the fatalities would have been none or reduced. But, it is not fair to play Monday morning quarterback, that was a very busy road, so they must have felt a partial closure is sufficient. An Engineer from the construction company detected some cracks on the bridge two days before the collapse. He called FDOT but had to leave a voicemail, since the recipient was away and that message was not listen to until a day after the incident. |
dignity33:Even in those ‘sane society’ the authorities can confiscate your properties if they believe that, they are proceeds of crime. In the USA most states have assets forfeiture laws and States that don’t have them or whose laws made it difficult to get away with it, join forces with the federal government to do it and share the proceeds with the federal government. In the USA, it is only in asset forfeiture cases that, you are adjudged guilty, until you can prove that you are innocent before a judge. You have to essentially prove that, you obtained the items seized legally and through verifiable legal income, otherwise you kiss them goodbye forever. |
It is only when you are caught by a mob in the act of committing a crime, that you will realize that police is indeed your friend. You will all of a sudden realize that, a police cell is heaven on earth and desire to be taken there with immediate effect. |
NwaAmaikpe:Na inside her canal she go use the phone, abi if the text msg with the answer arrive her canal go deliver the msg through her bloodstream to her brain or eyes? |
If I were him, I will do the same....who in their right senses would want to visit a sh!thole. |
Women and their unrealistic demands & expectations... She does not want to leave the guy, but wants the court to make her husband to stop maltreating her. They should just send the court bailiff to go mount 24/7 guard at their home to ensure that her demands are met... |
WebSurfer:They just move files and documents from one location to another period! |
stephleena:You clearly don’t understand the English Language... ‘Could’ is the same as ‘Can’ and as such your construction does not make sense. I understand your intents, but ‘Could’ is the past tense of ‘Can’...and have the same meanings, except for their time variations. |
If he has already pleaded guilty, of what use is the trial? Sometimes, proponents of fake news forget to align their fabrications with common sense and reality before posting. |
Exactly one year to the last Presidential election, girls were kidnapped, now with one year to another Presidential election, girls are kidnapped again. Well orchestrated coincidence, if you ask me. Kidnapping 100 to 300 hundred people in broad day light and escape into the unknown without a trace surely will involve some level cooperation. |
I saw no fight, the video re-enactment only examplifies rape. I was excepting the video to actually including steps to fight rape e.g. either physically fighting back to the extend of inflicting bodily injuries including death on the victim or taking steps afterwards to have the attacker arrested, prosecuted and thrown into jail. Many ladies are helpless in the face of rape, people often doubt their stories and as such, they gave up seeking justice...but a video re-enactment showing them steps to take, what to do to preserve evidence and how to bring about justice, will be a fight indeed. |
leospruce:It’s not the same as transgender though...A transgender is someone who identity is different from their birth sex. |
Greene66:Getting approved for a course does not waived the requirements for DSSC. You can get your approval, get how many degrees as your heart desire, but will not be commissioned if you didn’t meet the criteria for DSSC. Also, you only need approval if your study as a whole or partly will cut into your active service time or if you want some type of sponsorship from the military. With the advert of online degrees and NOUN, you can get a degree while fully still on active duty. Though the above digress away from the point of the topic here, but suffice it to say that a Ph.D is possible even on active military service and that does not mean that, at the end of the day, you will become a commissioned officer. |
anitank:He does not have to adopt your son for him to file USA immigration paperworks. When he files, he will usually list your son under you and if you qualify and approved; all your children under you derives that benefit through you and are automatically approved. Going through adoption is a long process and only needed if he wants the child to derive his benefits through him, but that is not necessary as the child will derive such through you as long as they are unmarried and are under 21 years old. Depending on how he file your application, you get either a K1 or K3 visa; your unmarried children under 21 years old gets a K2 visa if he filed K1 visa for you and K4 if he filed K3 visa for you. |
Greene66:Not all Ph.D holders are commissioned officers. Some are other rank and retire as such or move through the ranks just like others. Direct Short Service Course have an age limit bracket of 22 to 35 years old and caps out at a max intake of 300 cadets across all three military disciplines per year. |
opaco3:Am curious, what is his rank after obtaining his Ph.d? I see that you mentioned ‘Other Soldier’....that is not a known military term, unless you meant ‘Other Rank’. It is a total waste of Human Resources to be sending a Ph.d holder to the battle front as an infantryman. |
Gerrard59:The goal is to reduce exposing it to kids and teens, since those times are outside the times they critically tune in. But this is counter productive, most young people start having sex in their teens, so keeping information that will offer some level of protection albeit not 100% makes no sense. The notion that, making them aware of this will lead to promiscuity is not supported by facts. I hear ads about cigarettes all day and have not been tempted yet to try it. |
Charris2284:You better cut your loses.... You are even suspicious if the person you spoke with is her mom...even if the individual is her mom and you have also spoken with his father and all his siblings, that is not a guaranteed against cheating. If he want to still cheat, he will do it, even openly in front of his parents and siblings and they will not tell you of it. They have a tighter bond with him than you and as such, they will flow more with him. Plus Nigeria tolerants polygamy and cheating, and in some quarters, it is not a big deal. In my local tribe in Nigeria, there is an adage aka proverbs when roughly translated into English goes like this...”sticking to only one pussy kills the penis”. Now, not all Nigeria men are cheat. But, you have confirmed that, your guy was a cheat, especially when he was in college, that he is handsome, he knows his way around women, flirts with them easily and both of you are in a long distant relationship for more than or about one year...Girl! You don’t need a crystal ball to know that he is cheating. Despite your insistence; it appear that you see your ‘weight’ as a negative. You mentioned your weight and kids several times as a potential negatives compare to the positives on the guy’s end and am certain that you must have found out that, these are areas of friction in your relationship with him. What I don’t get is, why you are hoping that, against all odds, that this will somehow automatically work out. Though you said you are not desperate, but the rate at which you are ignoring these tell tale signs smacks on desperation. Plus, you have settled into the belief that, you guys are engage, but you have no ring to show for it and you are the one supporting this guy. You don’t even know what he does for a living and yet, you want to marry him.Agreed, you have invested a lot of time and cash on this relationship...but, a bad investment does not automatically turn into a good one, if one continue to invest, the best outcome is to cut your loses and take a hike. |
Are these reliefs aka deductions cumulative? i.e. if am disabled living in my resident built for than 25 year ago for the past 12 years.....do I get a discount of: (40+ 10 + 10 + 5)% and assessed just on 35% of the value of the house? |
jiggaz:Heb 10:26-29..... “26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, 27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. 28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: 29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?” ....enuff said! |
RexEmmyGee:Malachi was addressed directly to Priests...try read the whole book. If you are short of time, read Mal 2:1-2: “1 And now, O ye priests, this commandment is for you. 2 If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith the LORD of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart.” |
GavelSlam:It’s possible, most immigrants have two to three jobs and works almost around the clock.... On average, if you make $9.50/hr and work for 18 hours each day, 7 days a week you will make $5,000.00 monthly. |
SULTANALAUDDIN:‘Inhuman’ is not the same as ‘not human’..... inhuman means, extraordinary, exceptional, superhuman, incredible, superb, phenomenal, etc....or are these what you intended when you said inhuman? |
OriginalKogiboy:He is saying the absolute truth, you must be very ignorant about how LinkedIn work. |
You can’t judge someone’s beautiful through a filter....let them remove the makeups, then one can make an objective assessment. Anything beyond that, we would just be assessing who put on the best makeup or whose makeup brand is better than the other. |
kitaatita:What has age got to do with charging someone for murder? I know that during sentencing phase, age is one of the mitigating circumstances that is considered in fixing prison terms....charging someone in itself does not have any bearing on age, unless there is some in the Nigeria criminal code that addresses this, which am not aware of. |
AutoReportNG:Oga fear God and don’t be stingy in life! Only you bi OP, come bi FTC, haba! |
