Is Pastor Adeboye in retirement? Since this law appear to only put a term limit on church leaders in retirement?

If this is the case, he must have retired almost 20 years ago, yet there is no public data to confirm that he has retired and from church activities, he appear to have been in full control of the church for the past 20 years.

Before, you guys start blasting me, I am not criticizing or doubting the decision. I am just airing out some logical inference questions; so if you would rather assist with an answer or a better logical insight, it will be greatly appreciated.

My major point is, no one country or family unit grows, by producing just enough to sustain it's self i.e. We must earn Forex by selling abroad, and by enacting protectionist policies at a time, we should be encouraging exports, we face the risks of other countries enacting reciprocating policies against our exports.

Agree, Nigeria is not an exporting country, but we should encourage the little exports that are taking place and not further jeopardize them.

This is a very bad policy. Economic Protectionism is a bad policy. This myopic policy now exposes Nigeria exports to similar fate abroad, thereby hurting Nigeria produce in international markets.

The government should have look into helping the manufacturing section with constant power supply, good roads and access to capital/forex; these will enable them to be competitive.

No family or country grows whose policies or strategy is refined to produce just enough to consume internally without planning to sell externally and also maintain conditions and policies that will encourage external buyers.

Not true, Yes there are many military technological coorperations between the US and Israel and Yes, the US benefits from Israel military advancement, training, etc; but the truth is, Israel does not offer those free to America, when such equipment and Technologies are imported to the US, the US pay for them and they are not even subsidized.

US $38b military aid package to Israel is complete net inflow; for Israel defense and for Israel to buy American military equipments and technology...and not tied to any military technology training transfer to the US. Those transfers are different packages.

There is no contradiction in those verses, the quiz was set to confuse those who are not grounded in bible details and the audience and purpose of each of the gospel writers.

Take the quiz again, twice each time choosing the other option and them read the referenced bible verses again and within the context, you will see that, they do not contradict each other.

I will do the above, with the donkey/colt you mentioned above.

Mathew was focused on the fulfillment of the prophesies and went into details:

Matt. 21:1-9
"...So the disciples went and did as Jesus commanded them. They brought the donkey and the colt, laid their clothes on them, and set Him on them. And a very great multitude spread their clothes on the road; others cut down branches from the trees and spread them on the road. Then the multitudes who went before...

Luk. 19:28-44
"...And they brought it to Jesus, and throwing their cloaks on the colt, they set Jesus on it 36 And as he rode along, they spread their cloaks on the road..."

You can see that both scriptures did not contradict each other, Mathew only mentioned that Jesus sat on both the donkey and the colt and never mentioned that he rode both, Luke mentioned that, he rode the colt.

It is possible for Jesus to sit on both of them, but one after the other and eventually rode the colt into Jerusalem.

It is like reading a report from two journalists, reporting about Buhari's recent visit to Lagos. One journalist can write, that...." Buhari rode in many cars into Dodan barracks, VI..." and another will report that, "...Buhari rode in a bulletproof armoured car into Dodan barracks, VI".

Usually, we do not immediately say, both journalists are contradicting each other, we simply combine both information to get a better picture, of what actually happened, i.e. Buhari rode into Dodan barrack in a fleet of vehicles, but he was seating in the Armoured car. We came to this conclusion because, common sense tells us that, despite our erroneous conclusion of what the first reporter was intending to communicate, it is impossible for Buhari to simultaneously seat/ride in more than one vehicle at the same time. Looking at it again, we will see that, we misunderstood the first reporter, our subconsciousness was trying to 'fill-in' the gap and 'make up' some information, that based on our opinion, education & experience, we think the first reporter was 'missing'.

If you apply the same common sense logic to Mathew & Luke account, plus the fact that Mathew never mentioned that Jesus rode on both, but sat on both and never even suggested that he sat on both at the same time, more so; since a colt is smaller and of different height than a donkey it is practically impossible to sit on both at the same time, talk less of riding both at the same time.

This clearly shows that, the quiz is using false equivalence and those scriptures do not contradict each other.

You can do this same analysis with the other 19 supposedly contradictory questions and come to the same conclusion as above.

If you suspend your opinions, wisdom education & experience and read Luke's & Mathew's account again, without adding or subtracting anything from them, you will clearly see that, there are no contradictions. We start running into problem with the scriptures, when we allow our 'smarter selves' or wisdom to get in the way.

That is why in 1 Cor. 1:20-25: Paul says:
"..Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?

For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not come to know God, God was well-pleased through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe.

For indeed Jews ask for signs and Greeks search for wisdom; but we preach Christ crucified, to Jews a stumbling block and to Gentiles foolishness, but to those who are the called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.

Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men..."

Conclusion:
The wise and learnt people relaying on their acquired wisdom and smartness will keep stumbling not only on the above Luke/Mathew's account of Jesus' entrance into Jerusalem, but on the whole scriptures and will fall; but the common folks will read the same scriptures, without adding or substracting anything, it will make sense to them, and they believe it and be saved.

The truth is, if Putin could not get along with Obama, he is in for a rough ride with Trump. Putin had his chance with Obama and blew it big time. Americans do not view Russian or Putin favorably.

When Obama first took office, the relationship between Russian and the USA was tense. The Russians have not put the cold war behind them, that the USA spearheaded and won, Putin's goal is to bring back the old Soviet Union with it's old powers and strengthen to rival the US. Trump wanted one thing badly, he wanted to win the election and he was glad Putin helped, but do not count on him to play ball, plus America is not a dictatorship, the President in America is essentially a figure-head; the overriding US policy towards Russia has not changed one bit and Trump does not have the powers to change it. One contral-positive of this, is Obama's relationship with Israel; Obama is deeply opposed to Israel continual settlement expansion, but he is powerless and cannot do much about it, because the current overriding policy of the US towards Israel is to be sympathetic towards them. The US refusal to veto the last union resolution was Obama trying to stamp his disapproval towards Israel, but what you did not see in the news is the Obama Administration giving Israel $38b in military aids over the next 10 years.

Naira is already devalued...The Federal Government is very stubborn at maintaining the official rate at N305 and we are paying huge money to maintain it at that level versus the parallel market rate of N490.

It might not be an inside job, but might be connivive between the Airport Vehicle she entered and the kidnapper.

Unless you call Uber or have a pre arrangements, you have to take those taxi parked by the Airport and I don't know, if they are registered before been allowed into that park.

Lagos State Government should do more to regulate those Airport taxi with proper registration and monitoring. At last, there should be taxi cab sections/booth at the Airport where one can book a taxi then the driver next in line will drive from the park to the Airport door to pick up the person.

But the good news was that I was never disappointed because of logistics because there would be God sent. Now the good news is that today, as I write, I God moved me to USA and within 2 months, God provided me a job in a first in GE and then in multinational oil company in the USA. When I open automobile sales website, my choice keep changing from big to bigger cars. I have the desired job i fantasized decades ago, it came to pass. When you pay sacrifice, do murmur and do not let people confuse you. Stay in the word of God and you will come back with testimonies.

This is very wrong, you do not use family property to sow seed on to the lord.

Most men, who do this, do it with the understanding that, with the car commute to either work, business and conveying the kids to and fro will be easier on the whole family, is wrong and selfish of her to single handily take it and sow it as a seed unto the lord.

More so, in the Old Testament where tithe and offering came from, the Bible ephasize using the 'fruits of your labor'. It is the same reason using your school fees as tithe and offering is bad, in fact using gifts someone gave you as tithe and offering is not also good, it does not show sacrifice on your part, your labor did not go into it. If I don't have a million Naira to my name, and someone give me a million Naira, giving that as offering is not sacrificial, but taking 100 Naira from my monthly salary and offer it to God is more of a sacrifice.

If you want to sow a seed pleasing unto God, do it from your own sweat, go out there and struggle and sow that dime unto God and not the fruits of other people's labor.

So, the prosecution must prove the crime that he intend to commit using another penal code. Unless, she is underage, then consenting bedmatic between adults is not criminal.

The only 'if' is, if the lady accuse him of attend to rape her, which she can do and even at that; elements of rapes must be proven conclusively.
