dominique: Looks more like a burglary than a robbery to me. The artlcle made it look like he was attacked and robbed. Thank God he's safe.Robbery is different from burglary? Why then the qualifier "armed" for "armed robbery"? |
Johnpaul88: his dream of going to World cup with Spain, which was his main reason for leaving Barca in the first placeI really don't know what he is thinking. Will he be considered ahead of any of Iniesta, Xavi, Mata, Javi Martinez, Fabregas, Sergio Busquets, Xabi Alonso, David Silva...? Who is he likely to displace in that embarrassment of mid-field talent? |
The hotel has no case to answer. All hotels have a policy of not allowing you to keep any valuables in your room. You either present it to front desk for safe keeping or you keep it in a safe if one is provided in the room. |
ocelot2006: Do you really think those in the intelligence service will be so daft to carry out illegal eavsdropping without proper authorization/warrant from a Federal Court and the top echelon of the DSS, the office of the NSA, and possibly the presidency? Do you really think it's that simple? Even if authorization to carry out a phone tap/interception by the DSS/SSS's SIGINT unit is given, do you think it's that easy to access the closely guarded encryption keys used in a service provider's authentication centre (AuC) without raising A LOT of eye brows?LMAO. This dude funny sha. Even people who are not SS; just mere engineers working for Phone Carriers have access. Phone tap? Interception? Do you even know what we are talking about? Dude, a phone conversion is different from an SMS. An SMS is very easy to access unlike a telephone call simply because copies of each SMS are stored in multiple servers and usually along the path of delivery. |
RuuDie: And now!?Now the gulf has closed considerably. Then, Busquets was NO WHERE near the level of Yaya. And then Yaya was in his prime. But I partly understand Guardiola's plan which was to give Busquets exposure. But he did it at the expense of Yaya. |
Afam4eva: When it starts getting to insults, i'll humbly bow out. Thank You.I will tell you without mincing words; one thing I hate the most is somebody arguing from the position of ignorance and with confidence. I really cannot help but tell you as it is. |
Afam4eva: What they meant is that there are Caucasians in those regions and not everyone in those regions are Caucasians. The term "Caucasian" is associated with people with very white skin and not just every so-called white person.LOL. You are really a mugu. So Caucasian=people with very white skin. LMAO. Did you miss this quote: "without regard necessarily to skin tone"? Caucasian race (also Caucasoid)[1] is the general physical type of some or all of the populations of Europe, North Africa, the Horn of Africa, Western, Central and South Asia.[2] Historically, the term was used for many people from these regions, without regard necessarily to skin tone. In the United States, the term Caucasian has been mainly used to describe a group commonly called Whites, as defined by the government and Census Bureau |
Afam4eva: See the bolded...and you missed the "or all" right next to the "some"? You sabi read o. Carry on. |
Afam4eva: Sorry, white is not Caucasian. It's some whites that are called caucasian and not all. You see that you're confusing yourselfLOL...na you go teach me about races? Caucasian even includes Arabs and Asians. Dude, go educate yourself. Goodnight. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caucasian_race Caucasian race (also Caucasoid)[1] is the general physical type of some or all of the populations of Europe, North Africa, the Horn of Africa, Western, Central and South Asia |
Afam4eva: What race is White and Black? Who created races? Who decides what's a race and what's not?White=Caucasian, Black=Negro. Capisce? Who created animal classifications like reptile, mammal, etc? Who decides what's a reptile and what's not? |
jmoore: If Ronaldinho is not black then Obama is not black too.Abi o! He was busy celebrating that a black man don enter The White House. |
Afam4eva: I know they're half-caste and half-caste is what they are. They're neither white or black.Which race is "half-caste"? By the way, I hope you know it's a derogatory term. |
Afam4eva: You said a lot of Brazilians see Mullatos as black and i was wondering how you got to know that. Not that what Brazilians see them as matters. It's what they are that matters.Um, I said whites generally consider mulattoes as black; the human stain. I am sure you know a mulatto is what you guys like to call "half-caste". So what do you consider them as? Oyinbo? |
Afam4eva: We We know what black is and they're not black. Btw, are you Brazillian?I am not sure where you are going with this. No I am not Brazilian. |
Afam4eva: When did Henry win the world best player and how are Ronaldinho and Ronaldo black? Due, have you collected your school fees back?Ronaldinho is definitely mulatto. Black to most whites; but maybe not black enough to you. |
ocelot2006: So, how were they able to access Sanusi's text msgs? If they did, it is a blatant invasion of one's privacy, similar to the controversial wiretapping of victims by News World in Europe, and the paper MUST be punished severely.Ha see this guy. This was probably done by the SS at the prompting of someone close to the presidency. All they had to say was Sanusi presented a threat to national security. And then anonymously fed the news to the press. |
riyageh: @Logica: oh I can read, and it appears better than you...The other issue is that the article clearly is based on American laws which are very different from Nigerian lawsI will TRY to keep it very short; you again proved you don't know how to read; maybe you are dyslexic. That article is NOT speaking of American law but British law. And do I need to tell you that Nigerian law derives from British law? Now it is a matter of the reliability of eHow (which by the way even included a reference; but did you see it? Of course not). Look, you have access to the Internet (which is why you are here typing gibberish); go and do your research or go to a court of law to inquire if you are so piqued. riyageh: No where did it say it was the law, rather it said it is difficult to prove not that a wife or husband cannot steal from their spouse. Law as a noun is defined as "a binding custom or practice of a community : a rule of conduct or action prescribed or formally recognized as binding or enforced by a controlling authority"Jesus Christ. Some mothers do have them. Right there in the article, they spoke of "Statute Law". Do you know what a statute is? Or you think if there was evidence somebody took another's property it is so difficult to prove and thereby called "theft"? What do they use as proof in the court of law? Is it not the law itself? I already sized you up accurately, that was why I brushed you off from my very first post; and I was quite correct: you are one those that like to engage in baseless arguments of no value. Please abeg I am not your teacher neither am I your lawyer. Go find a lawyer to speak to. |
LOL. Are you sure say the girls are happy to be "rescued"? Dem go ask, "who go pay me my money na?". |
AjanleKoko: You seem to have forgotten a certain Yaya Toure who was only good enough for the bench at Barca. Barca can't even afford to buy him back anymore if they wanted.Oh come on. Everybody in their right senses knew that was as a result of favoritism on the part of Guardiola. Who didn't know Yaya was better than Busquets then? |
Mcleo007: I mean, who would prefer sitting on a bench and watch his career nose dive while staying true to one's boyhood club in the midst of several jostles and opportunities out there. #BlameItOnTheMoneyWhen Iniesta was his age, he was warming the bench steady waiting on Deco. Thiago should join the queue. |
AjanleKoko: Maybe when the chap shows up at FC Bayern, my fellow cules go wake up from the delusionLol. He even has a better chance of staying off the bench at Barca than Bayern Munchen. |
Mcleo007: Did anyone see that pass by Cesc to Soldado for the first goal? That was classic! He was in luck there thanks to the poor defensive acumen of the guy marking Soldado (who kept Soldado onside when the other defenders had stepped up). He actually missed his chance earlier to pass to Pedro on the right flank and wasted too much time till Pedro was offside (one of my issues with Fabregas). Anyway, he was lucky, and it was a good goal overall. |
gohamburg: I feel u dear...u said it all.I call it sharing.Hubby is welcomed to share from my own wallet too.LOL. Because your wallet is empty abi? OK na... |
riyageh: I fail to see the need for your aggressive response, I asked because I wanted to know if there was such a law tryly and you sounded very confident with your comment but your response indicates that you are not certain. What you are doing is coming to a conclusion based on your opinion and certain facts. I looked at the article you quoted it does not say a spouse cannot steal from their partner, it depends on the circumstance. This is a forum where people discuss and exchange ideas, it seems too many cannot without being rude.Firstly, you framed your question as a challenge. Secondly, you didn't need to ask me; you could have gone ahead to check yourself after all you have Internet access. Lastly, even from the article (link) I put up, it is clearly stated that it is difficult to prove that your spouse stole from you because there is something called "community use" within a marriage. The circumstances where it can be claimed there was indeed theft were clearly tied to when the supposed crime occurred: before, during or after a separation/divorce. Or in a case where you had already agreed to certain property belonging exclusively to the other party (you will probably need an agreement letter or the like). Meaning if this "theft" allegedly occurred during the marriage, you can forget about it. (If it occurred before or after the marriage, then of course you were not yet/no longer spouses anyway). I cannot read for you. Do it yourself. |
Tonyman2162: Good news, All networks are giving each line 2000 credit Just register using this link http:///44ql4 when u enter your number, they will send u a code you will use to register, after you finish registering u will see 2000naira ALL NETWORKS, if u have multiple lines u can do it over and over again and u will be given 2000 register and you will be glad you did. ThanksHmm. What does that link do? Hijack the computer? |
FunkyR: As a Man u shld be ashamed of yourself. It obvious u are not taking care of her well. Because if u are she wont be stealing from u. KmtWow. Albert Einstein abi na Sigmund Freud in the house. Pray do tell how you arrived at this conclusively? |
http://www.ehow.com/list_6908487_spousal-theft-laws.html Spousal theft differs from other types of theft because the property may legally belong to both the spouse bringing charges and the spouse charged with theft. A majority of marital property assets can often be classified as community property, which both parties have a legal right to control and to access for personal use. |
dammytosh: Bros, i get your drift. This case is very different except the correct picture was not painted.I agree it is distasteful. But he cannot call it stealing. At least as far as the law is concerned. He should describe it with another term. |
dayokanu: Didnt your parents collect yams and brideprice from him?LMAO at sold for the price of yam tubers. |
dammytosh: Besides, if you wife takes your money uncontrolabbly and your daughter and sons take after her, you will say afterall , they are your kids. You need experience. Let me give you a practical exam; when your child is of age and he or she takes your car without your permission, call the police and see whether or not he gets arrested. Then do the same to your wife and see if she gets arrested. I can tell you right off, your child will be arrested, and your wife won't. I am just being practical. |
As in, this is a big fear. One day, your wallet will not be enough. Your life will be next, these people are insatiable. It is an illness.
Haba. The only problem is that she lied about it (even though she later confessed). If money is missing I wouldn't even know. I always tell my wife: na both of us go drink garri together. No wahala. Even if I noticed a shortage and ask her, if she tried to keep a straight face, she would just start laughing. But for the dude here, I no know ooh. |
chemicalphil: After dbanj dropped his new single"blame it on the money"some weeks ago where he featured big names like snoop lion and 2chainz,durella dropped his own version of the song this week.now his camp ikonic records claims Durella sold “Blame It On The Money” to D’banj so they decided to put out Durella’s version..now the question we are asking you all now is who really own "blame it on the money. You say the song was sold, and you are still asking who owns it. Sebi when you go buy shoe for market, it still belongs to the seller na? Abi? Or was the payment spread over a 5-year payment plan? |
