gtrust: Now you know why people classified as 'coloured' especially Blacks feel very very bad when people they classify as 'successful black or coloured men or women' go on to marry people classified as 'white' even these days!

The White did not want 'contamination' so if they want to marry why not marry the 'ordinary or masses' amongst the colouredhuh
Guy, Alabama did not even legalize interracial marriages between Negroes and Caucasians till the year 2000!

http://civilliberty.about.com/od/raceequalopportunity/tp/Interracial-Marriage-Laws-History-Timeline.htm

I am sure interracial marriages had been legal even in England much longer!

MRbrownJAY: come on bro, the company who owns the right for his image is the only one who gets paid for his image, nobody else....and if Messi "indirectly" owns the company then he doesnt have to pay himself, he can just keep the money abroad (or transfer it to Argentina) this is why this scheme is so special to athletes etc. Messi (and the likes) have such companies in place before they sign contracts with teams, and thus straight from the get go, any fee for the players image rights are paid into these companies coffers (or directly to the team if they own part of the rights), thus making them save MILLIONS in tax money! many teams will demand some %age of the image rights but it is all down to negotiations and how desperate a team is. thats why some players can retain full rights of their image.

the SPANISH taxman has no power over a company registered in Belize, unless they can prove that the company is held by a SPANISH citizen residing in SPAIN.
Anyway the company is in Gibraltar. I wonder if they have any arrangements due to its proximity to Spain. And there is no way Messi cannot claim he does not derive any income from this company. And if he's not been paying tax on that accrued income, he's in a sticky situation. It is tax evasion any how you dice it; because even money made abroad by a Spanish citizen is not tax free. He has to remit to his "home" IRS.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work like that. Go ask Wesley Snipes.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Lionel Messi Investigated For Fraud In Spain by logica(m): 5:46pm On Jun 12, 2013
MRbrownJAY: ok listen carefully "again"...... if the company who owns the right to Messi's image is registered in Belize, then whatever money they make from his image worldwide will be taxed in BELIZE, not Spain!

the catch is that the taxman will try to prove that this company is still owned by Messi, even if his name is not on the registration papers.
Now you listen, does Messi get paid from his image rights or not by the said company? Now, is the payment that accrues to him taxable by Spain or not? That is the point here.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Lionel Messi Investigated For Fraud In Spain by logica(m): 5:40pm On Jun 12, 2013
MRbrownJAY: Barca do not own his image rights, thats a no brainer. his image rights are owned by a company called Sport Consultants Ltd, and part of Messi's family (mother/father etc) owns most shares in this company (as well as some other shell companies)
Good, now how does this stop him from paying tax being a citizen of Spain? Remember it does not matter whether or not the company is based in Spain.

BTW, the story below is what probably alerted the tax auditors:

http://www.foxsports.com.au/football/lionel-messis-mother-wins-court-case-over-sons-image-rights-when-judge-rules-she-was-ripped-off/story-e6frf423-1226337640488#.UbilL3VDv8s
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Lionel Messi Investigated For Fraud In Spain by logica(m): 5:32pm On Jun 12, 2013
MRbrownJAY: come on man, educate yourself....many players have their image rights as part of their wages (some even own their image rights outright). so creating such a company to pay the player (thus making that player skip on the taxman is a nice scheme). remember, if a player earns his image rights then he pays 50-60% of his wages as a high earner, BUT, if a company owns these rights then that company simply pay corporate tax which is taxed much MUCH less than 50%. ....and here is the catch: if that company is registered abroad then they pay NOTHING!

here is a clear example for you: the image rights for Wayne Rooney are owned by a company which is NOT Man U.
So where is the need for education? I clearly stated that it is MORE LIKELY that his image rights are owned by Barca. What part of that don't you understand?

MRbrownJAY: this is where the grey area is.....if the company which owns the right for his image is located in Belize, then this company should pay tax of that revenue (from Barca) in Belize, NOT Spain!
Well, I am not sure any other company other than Barca FC can claim to own his image rights. And of course, Barca FC is based in Barcelona. grin

Giftedgreen: 4. Interracial Marriage – June 12 - 1967

On the June 12, 1967, the United States Supreme Court invalidated laws prohibiting interracial marriage.
The case was brought by Mildred Loving, a black woman, and Richard Loving, a white man, who had been sentenced to a year in prison in for marrying each other. Their marriage violated the state's anti-miscegenation statute, the Racial Integrity Act of 1924, which prohibited marriage between people classified as "white" and people classified as "colored." The Supreme Court's unanimous decision held this prohibition was unconstitutional.
Hahahaha...Land of the Free indeed. So, just 7 years after Nigeria's "independence", I could not go to USA to go marry Oyinbo?

Ever heard of schizophrenia? That's what she suffers from, and obviously she had been previously accused of using diabolic means. Meaning she's prone to suggestion. There have been cases where people confessed to crimes they did not commit in the USA for instance, simply because the investigators kept making suggestions (asking leading questions) and they being prone to suggestion.

The AirDrop for example uses Wi-Fi, and the Wi-Fi technology in the iPhone 4 through to iPhone 5 is the same! They all use Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n!

So what hardware does it require that isn't present in older phones?

When Siri debuted with the iPhone 4s, we were made to believe during the keynote that older phones don't have the hardware to support it, amid massive outrage, it was subsequently ported to the same older phones that 'didn't have the hardware to support it'.
In which case, it would be a matter of degraded performance. Do not complain much when your old iPhone keeps running out of memory or restarting for no apparent reason after you install iOS 7 firmware.

AdeCisco: "It's just so disheartening how people are so quick to judge other people even when they are innocent. When doctors swear oaths, they're down to save lives and not to terminate them or use their remains for rituals of any kind. Let's not forget that Dr. Babawale is a friend of both the community and society, a friend to both adults and to children, whatever condition that's being presented to him, he's ready to listen and respond immediately, positively and medically. It's heartbreaking when this same society react to unjust accusations about him. I propose that medical practitioners should not just sit back and fold their hands about this matter because we don't know who the next victim of false accusations might be. Dr. Joshua Funsho Babawale's situation needs AID, the whole ritualistic story about Ajike Hospital is unrealistic and is SICKENING!" In the Light of this, as children of God, let's join hands together in PRAYERS for GOD ALMIGHTY to VINDICATE - DR JOSHUA FUNSHO BABAWALE. For the Angels of Heaven to RELEASE him from police custody and place him on TESTIMONY altar. He is the head of medical at Lagos State Polytechnic and a STRONG member of Mountain of Fire Ministry.
