A guy opened a thread about ladipo boys selling stolen vehicle parts https://www.nairaland.com/5720382/ladipo-market-traders-aid-us and this made me remember my ordeal some years ago I think 2014/2015.

I was a site manager with a construction firm, DELABAS construction.

For those who knows mushin very well, this site is close to mushin last bus stop, adjacent FCMB agege motor road mushin, very close to ladipo madket. There is this brand new lexus rx330 from the look of things, it was bought brand new and from the way I looked at it, maybe 4-5months used. It was parked at the front of our site but I didn't notice on time. It was there for like 3days,but my believe was that maybe the owner just come there and park it everyday very early before I get to site though even when I close from site, I still leave it there.

On the third day, the woman selling paraga beside the site called my attention to it that the key is at the keyhole and the car hasn't moved for the past three days. Some ladipo boys were there to drink so two of them came close to me and said engineer, shey u Sabi drive? I said yes, if u fit carry this motor come ladipo, na 2million you go collect.

Now this is the issue, at the back of our site is olosan police station, before u get to ladipo, there is another police station before bally white hotels,

I thought about it seriously and I decided to go inform them at olosan police station and when the police came, I was even the one that drove the car to the police station.

Two days later, I got to know the suv belong to the chairman of bluegate ups, he was robbed and the driver was killed, they used the vehicle as a getaway and coincidentally parked it at the front of our site.

I heard the man gave the policemen about 100k dem no share me Sha but anytime dey see me, they always hail me and it gave me some leverage in, mushin.

Now twist, what if I agree with the ladipo guys and the car is being tracked or police just stopped me on my way to ladipo, what will I tell them?

He rough handled me on my first visit to his house, claims to want a serious relationship. Can he really be serious about being serious or he is just a play boy?

So I met this guy about two weeks ago close to my street. He calls but I hardly pick. Eventually, I picked and he asked if he could pick me after work and we hangout. I accepted. He picked me up after work last week Friday. We both discussed if we had someone we are currently seeing, I am not seeing anyone which is the truth, he said there is an Ex but they just have sex and she has her own relationship. When he was dropping me off, he asked for a close hug, I hugged him and he wanted to pull me closer and kiss. I broke free and got down. He said I am not nice.

Well, we met again on Monday, I took just water intentionally. This time I minded the distance between us. He wanted to see again on Tuesday, I declined. Then at work yesterday, he asked to see after closing. I told him he can come briefly to my work and we can talk a bit in the car and part ways. He said he would like to host me at his house instead, I declined.

Anyway, he came, I got in and he started driving and saying, I will know his house today and besides his phone battery his low. My mood changed immediately and he tried to guilt trip me and said okay should we stop on the road and get a place to charge his phone. I then told him to continue driving to his house. He stopped on the way and got snacks. We got into his house. It was nice and neat.

Then we were watching a movie, he sat down and placed my leg on his, I was cool with this. Then he made moves to kiss and I declined and pulled away. All of a sudden, he started breathing fast, hugged me so tight and kissed me despite I kept pulling away and didn't kiss back. I am weak when it comes to my Bosom, then he got there and gave me the roughest and painful squeezing I have ever experienced. I haven't been with any man in about 7 months now, I am single and It's hard for me to do a little thing as even kissing randomly. So he got me there when he got to my bosom but it took only just few seconds to snap out. He continued panting and begging for me to reciprocate, he is so hard and hasn't felt this way in a while.

I told him I don't want this, he went in frustrated, stamping his feet, I tot he had agreed, only for him to come back naked and saying okay, he has heard no sex and "I don't want to force you", so he asked for a dry hump and wanted me to turn my back. I didn't. He still kept breathing hard, like he wont survive the next minute. Then he started begging for a Mouth Action. I declined and told him I wasn't up for that. I tried pulling, away and getting angry. He became even more aggressive, removed the hands I used to protect my chest and forced his way into my bra. It was a struggle and then back to begging till I made it clear in a thunder voice for him to stop and take me home.

Then he agreed, wore his cloths and kept complaining that I don't know what I have caused and he wont be himself. We left his house and he tried stopping at a Pharmacist and said he needs to get ibuprofen, then he didn't stop again and just continued driving.

This morning, he is apologizing and repeating the things he said when we got to his house that he wants something serious with me and he wants us to start something and want it to work out. He asked to come see me at work today but I declined. With this red flags, is there a possibility that he is truly serious like he said? Or he is just doing the usual lies to get the cookie and go away. He has a nice ride and nice house, I suspect he may have girls around him. My concern isn't all these, I just want to be with a serious man who is in for commitment and not just sex.

This thread is for those who is/are sharing same flat/compound with landlord/landlady.

I just wish to share my little experience, and it all happened back then, 2013 when I firstly moved to Abuja.

An agent connected me to this Landlady, a single mother in her 60s. She was weird and she is an "I am always right" type. All the tenants opinions doesn't matter to her.

She tried to conquer every body in that flat. I just kept avoiding her so as not to get myself into disrespecting her.

What pained me most, is she totally stopped answering my greetings 2 months to rent expiration. I noticed She is preparing to change it for, should in case I bring any excuse for not renewing my rent.

I jejely pack my stuffs and relocated to another environment one month to expiration, and promised not to ever live in a house where landlord and landladies are also living inside.

Share your experience living in the same compound/flat with a landlady so far.

Actress Tonto Dikeh Sued 500million For Defamation As General Image Damages To Ex- Husband

The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in the Abuja Judicial Division has invited popular Nollywood Celebrity, Actress Tonto Dikeh, to appear in court over a suit filed by Her Ex-Husband, Dr. Olakunle Oladunni Churchill and his organization, Big Church Foundation, a subsidiary of Big Church Groups. The case against Actress Tonto in the high court with Suit No CU/5801/19 issued a 14days notification with strict implications on the Actress's failure to appear before the court, as the court may proceed therein with judgment even in the absence of the Defendant(Tonto Dikeh).

According to the case filed by the 1st and 2nd Claimant(Dr. Churchill and Big Church Foundation respectively), ex husband of the defendant, it maintained claims that the series of malicious and fallacious allegations, assertions and accusations through media campaigns and publications by Tonto Dikeh and her charity organization was defamatory, baseless and sponsored to tarnish and damage the image and political ambition of the claimant, as he might have told her his intentions to run for House of Representative in his constituency.

The suit identified several declarations with substantial proofs ascertaining illegalities in the action and approaches adopted by the Claimant's Ex-Wife. The claims includes the declaration that the Defendant's Interview and/on series of false allegations on domestic violence, infidelity, false allegations of fraud, sexual disease, money ritual, homosexuality/bisexuality, and mockery of the 7000Persons empowerment project by Big Church Foundation, describing the humanitarian intervention as fake.

According to the suit, Tonto Dikeh's interviews were aired, published and sponsored via broadcast channels, online media platforms, YouTube handles, notable print publications and even on her large 4million followers page on Instagram, with a view to impugn the character, standings in life and goodwill of her Ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill. The claim also requires the sum of 500million naira as general damages from Actress Tonto Dikeh(the defendant), for the libelous, slanderous and false allegations published against the Claimants.

In one of her defamatory assertions Tonto noted the Father of her Ex-Husband was a Gardener, but sources have revealed that her claims was just a mere fabrication, as the father of her Ex-Husband was instead a high leveled personality, recognized and engaged with several international leaders, with gainful impacts in areas of humanitarian impacts and diplomatic connections.

The defendant's action in appearance would be to propose and provide reliable evidence to sustain the accusations, insults, defamation, slander and allegations supported, published and promoted on several mass media networks and platforms, including television, YouTube channels, social media handles and the online media channels.

Tonto Dikeh has also been compelled by the suit file against her to publish or cause to be published an apology to her Ex-Husband, and a retraction of the publications on her Instagram pages, YouTube Channel, 3major Nigeria Newspapers and their online sites, as well as a file affidavit of compliance of same within 14days of the delivery of judgment. Also an order of perpetual injunction may also be issued restraining the defendant, privies, agents etc from publishing or cause to be published any further defamatory words against the claimant. She would also have to refrain from any form of blackmail or extortion of her ex-husband in the name of upkeep and education for their son. However, she has continued to refuse the father access to the child, even when the court had earlier granted him access to his son.

The claim also demanded a sum of 10million naira as cost of the action of defendant. Actress Tonto Dikeh may be facing so much challenges especially as a result of her involvement in lots of activities that may be presently hunting her peace and rest of mind. She is yet enmeshed with the legal implications of her actions during the Dubai Concert where she was allegedly found with substance of hard drug and was arrested by the police and now she has to face another high court suit to defend some of her unverified assertions and claims on mass media channels.
