You can't examine these stories too critically, they fall apart like wet tissue paper otherwise. It took me too long but I am happy I got there. There is this her colleague she talks about almost all the time. He is also married. I became curious and decided to go through her WhatsApp chats with this guy. Hello guys, I'm a 25 year old male and close to over 6'2 inches tall. Right from childhood, I've always had this thin physique that has made me look very lanky. Infact, I've never experienced what it feels like to put on weight or be fat 😁.
Over the years, i have done a number of research and it i read that i have the endomorph body type or something like that, but i really want to bulk up so that it will fit my height.
I can't afford to go on a diet or eat 5-6 times a day as suggested by the internet, but can i get bulky if i join the gym?

Muscle development needs both food and workout, workout without food will just make you have stringy muscles. You need a lot of protein and carbs in addition to working out to see big changes. Potatoes (for carbs) should be cheap enough for you to buy in bulk. As for protein, go for a protein powder if cow meat is too pricey, protein powder may cost a bit but because it is powder it will last you longer than meat.

I get you bro, there are people with good moral standard who may not believe in God, however most of the time, those morals are gotten from the Bible, when people see people who are good or have good morals, they automatically say or think "this boy/girl must be a Christian" there's something in us that just associate goodness, uprightness, and other morals with Christianity, that why when Christians misbehave, people shake their heads.
This brings to mind how we got the name CHRISTIANS, when people of old who didn't believe in Jesus saw people living like him, they automatically called them CHRISTIANS, because even though they choose not to follow him, they couldn't deny that there was no fault found in him, he was really the son of God.
It's the same thing now, even people who don't believe in Jesus actually do but subconsciously. There are good people, but your goodness won't be complete without God.

I am talking about moral frameworks that existed before the bible was compiled.

This problem is not mathematics where 1+X=2 can be solved by a mathematical method and arrive at a definite answer, giving a complete rest to the problem. This is philosophical and metaphysical, and any answer brought will open door to more problems especially when your premises is scientific.

I need to add, there is no new soul added into the system. It is constant, like the amount of energy in the universe, not destroyed at the point of biological death or a new one created at the point of birth. This can be understood only when you see biological system as a vessel for which our souls experience the world. However, this soul can be recycled either as animal or insects or fishes or deity.

To solve this puzzle, you have to see this whole lot as a circle of souls between state of existences. In Buddhism, it is believed the circle stops and soul becomes purified after attaining enlightment and merge with the supreme soul, God. In Yoruba culture, it attains Ìwà pẹ̀lẹ́ tó become Òrìṣà.

I would have wanted us to explore the area of what soul, consciousness, or self is. We did in the past but really didn't scratch the surface

So basically all the "souls" that will ever be have already been, they are just cycling between different types of existence?

What on earth is the usefulness of these information for a training program?

This is also of all employers in Nigeria. In fact, most CV (resumè) formats in Nigerian public and private sectors have space for above information. Please What is the usefulness of these usefulness information?

Those are not irrelevant questions, it is very necessary to give context to an employee's personal situation which can impact their work environment.

A solution opens door to more problem. So also is whatever I provide since you are not in that culture nor understand what their totem represents.

1. Spiritual matters do not work scientifically whereby you quantify in a particular unit how many animal or insects or sea creatures that incarnate to human.

2. Human is an higher animal in biology but in Buddha teaching, they are the lowest because they experience suffering and pains almost throughout their lifetime. So it is entirely wrong to say they get promoted.

3. I watched a Korean movie recently and got to know about a statue or totem scattered all around Jeju Island. The statue is known as Dol Hareubang which literally mean grandfather. With about thousands scattered around, across Jeju island, Japan and other Asian countries where Buddhism have foothold, it is believed that these stone images are souls, that lived and most likely going to be reborn either as human or animal or whatever. So the issue of rebirth is not necessarily limited to living beings.

4. In Yoruba culture, we actually believe in the rebirth of souls. Known as Asheyinwaye, they uphold that all entities that exist in the physical realm have consciousness and that these souls transverse between realities that are there.

It's a problem when the so called solution is only kicking the can down the road. My question was where are the new souls coming from and your answers are from insects and aliens, that has only shifted the numbers to a different direction. However of course I understand that I am not part of a culture that has embraced the concept of reincarnation so will not have as broad of a view of it but when I do ask a question and people who are more versed in it are only producing passing the buck answers then its no longer my fault, is it.

The inanimate object acquired a formally living soul not that it became one by some process so I don't know how that is part of how human souls are increasing.

If any of this is true, I am not seeing anything that precludes us from finding scientific evidence for it, unless of course we just gonna shift the answer to another inscrutable 'realm'.

I think the eastern religions who uphold reincarnation doctrine settled that question with universal reincarnation of not just human being but animals, insects and trees. So maybe a lion that spared a cub like I saw in one documentary may reincarnate as human in next life. So population increase might be a result of animals or trees or insect or fish coming back as human

These are very unsatisfying answers since they only lead to more questions of the same vein, like how many animals and aliens are doing so well they are getting 'promoted' (a thoroughly human centric view of the universe btw).
