Am currently in a relationship with a 31yr old lady for about 2 month now.
She want to buy iPhone 12pro max and she doesn't have the total money.
She has being complaining about how her phone (techno phantom) isn't good enough for pictures and videos bla bla bla from the time we met.

In my last relationship I actually helped my ex get iPhone Xsmas, she didn't have the total money aswell and I added about 55k to get it for her which I later regret with every blood in me and now the same scenario is happening again.

From my calculations she is about 70k-80k short of the money to get the phone and honestly I don't have a dime to give cos only a foolish idiot will make the same mistake thrice.

She emotionally blackmailing me and I can't take it anymore.......at 31yrs I expect more understanding and more important priorities.

Tell her you cannot afford to give her the money....it is not something you should be ashamed off. You got other priorities. It is as simple as that. She can use her head to hit the wall...lol

An averaged worker can stay in a beautiful house and beautiful environment and also enjoy basic amenities in the US while driving a good car and family having access to health care and education. I do not leave in Nigeria and trust me I would not want my children to grow up in an environment where their prayer points is in the midst of suffering my case will be different.....lol. it will favour me and my family...Ppl leave good life in good environment with normal jobs.

Glo would have long closed shop if Adenuga decided to run things from the USA. Ordinary supermarkets, the cashiers and attenders always steal, talk less of a company run by a CEO without a physical presence.

They are wealthy because the government decided to empower them with the nations wealth at the expense of the citizens. In Nigeria you can fraudlent wealth and no one will question you. All their source of wealth has nothing to do with special innovation. Otedola wealth is as a result of refinery not functioning for years. Dangote wealth is from the time of Obasanjo that gave him a monopolistic market for 200 million ppl. Folunrunsho the lady got wealth as a gift from IBB. This set of ppl are holding Nigeria as a country hostage but unfortunately they are the ppl we celebrate every day.

How can they change their mentality on imports? Policies in the country isn't favorable for production. Cost of production will cripple both buyers and sellers. If the govt wants to encourage local production let them stop lip service and put up measures, palliatives and incentives to encourage local production. Federal public service is very different from the state service. Any minister that want to take on the civil servant will run into trouble sooner than later. Umahi needs to calm down and work with the ministry staff if he intends to achieve anything meaningful in the ministry.

I have been supporting a project annually with 1 million naira since 2021.
In 2021, I exchanged $1,820 for 1 million naira at the rate of N550.
In 2022, I exchanged $1,388 for 1 million naira at the rate of N720.
In 2023 (Just yesterday), I exchanged $1,000 for 1 million naira at the rate of N1000.
These people are happy that I am a loyal funder of the project by giving 1 million naira yearly but they do not know that the value of the money has really dropped due to the Naira / Dollar exchange rate.
