If her temper doesn't lead to violence, or verbal abuse, then I'd say learn to ignore her tantrums, and wait for her to come to her senses... if she knows she has this issue and she dislikes it, then with age and life experience she'll overcome it herself. Also, if the relationship is young then there's a lot of insecurities and lack of trust, so her temper could just be a self defense mechanism. How much was the company paying you? Find out why exactly they want you back.
It's possible that your absence created a vacuum of expertise and they want you to come back and train up somebody before they can finally boot you out.
If they are calling you back because they have realized you were innocent, I will suggest you go back. Else, please stay put at your filling station and keep on looking out for better opportunities

Well in every business there is always a place of profit and loss, I can't explain all here right now but the main thing is if you have a good oil with a location to sell I think that will reduce some loss and at the same time you don't sell on credit as some business people do all in the name of customer attraction.

The Palmoil may develop a bad taste and odour if not properly stored and also congested at that point loss is inevitable.

The best way to store your palmoil is in a very good environment free from dust, much cold, in a close place not open place where rain and dew will fall on it, IS NOT GOOD FOR PALMOIL AT ALL. You bring them under the sun at times if you can not compulsory. You will keep the palmoil above the ground, you don't keep palmoil on the floor.

That said, the company has only issued you a query. A query is not yet a sanction. A query requires you to provide an explanation for an action or failure thereof. A sanction may or may not follow a query. So, they are very much within their rights to issue you a query.
About your failure to attend the exercise and whether you can be sanctioned or not, I think a lot depends on your employment letter. If it is stated that the company can assign to you as it deems fit other duties that are outside your line of duty, my brother, they have tied your hands. If they did not specify the working days and working hours, my brother you are a modern day slave like many of us.
Your saving grace may be the covid 19 concerns. If you can prove that the company did not follow the covid 19 protocols in the sports exercise, then they dare not sack/sanction you. You can go to court and claim damages.
