No! if U do, that means u link another the former user's NIN to ur Number...

Go to NIMC office or your Local Government to register & get your NIN... Then, U also need to call MTN customer care or visit their office to relate this....

I was never flogged but until Primary 4 that the Teacher who shared classroom with us, flogged me as if I was a thief.

It happened one day I fought One student who happened to be the same tribe with the teacher, although, I defeated him in the fight but I was the one who shared profuse tears simply because of tribalism. Meh! All the students defended me but the teacher played tribality.
I danced without music after 3-strokes in which the fought one cut my thigh open. The worst was my teacher was not around to defend me. Although he released me, I vowed to pay him back when I should grow up no matter how long.
