eddy1234: OK friends ...I have a lot in my hands and I need matured advice not to make mistakes please... I lost my rich aunt last year ....she handed over her properties and two kids to me to take care ...(adopted.the girl is 20yrs .just finished jamb .the boy is 12yrs .just going into js1)
now I'm 39. not married.and lost my job 2months ago....no liquid cash left but I have in my custody 4 units of 3bedroom flats ....also a 6 bedroom duplex not yet finished so no tenant yet... since my aunt was so secretive I had to start looking for other houses she didn't say...I have found two in an estate .....somewhere...nobody knows about it but me.I'm yet to find out more properties about 4. I have a new kia sport age jeep too in my possession ....
now d demand for upkeep and school fees from these two kids is really eating me up...have to borrow pending wen tenants pay .late payment most times....
now I'm turn in between selling one of the houses I found out on code. 10million.just a small apartment....I know I can start life wit it.love most of the problems, look for more properties and complete the 6 bedroom duplex.... my question and fear is that should I sell it and start life or keep managing with tenant fee and late payment ..? Where is the house bro?how many bedrooms?is it in lagos?I'm looking for something of that amount... |

I want it as my daughter's middle name. Its not FEMININE and I have NEVER heard it (though never say never) Please don't subject the girl to a possible bully in the future She maybe laughed at a point or more with that name!!! |

OILOFGLADNESS: thanks, i have been in lagos for decades but the idumota market thing is always very stressfull i buy most things online,
1. if you want to buy carton of baby food, like SMA, baby care product in wholesale like sebamed products or Johnsons , baby diapers etc, infact all relating to baby for the first time mummy... WHERE? 2.Already made ankara dresses , where?
3. first grade okay both shoes and ladies gown, where? ADVISE ON HOW TO DRIVE THERE AND WHERE TO PARK...
I learnt its also a very busy and stressful market, Is it advisable for pregnant woman to navigate easily?
thanks Its not so stressful of you know where you are going,I go everyday of the week ... All those things you listed are sold behind the big UBA house, there's a street behind it(forgotten the name now)you go straight down,I could take you for a token.... We meet up somewhere,I'll take you where to park(there are different car parks so u park close to the side of the market you are going too wch depends on where you are going)I park in Oluwole park cos its central, most part of the market is easy to navigate from there but if I don't have much,I use the park beside UBA |

DaudaAbu: For okrika i believe your best bet is yaba or super in iyana paja deπending on where you are coming frm and which one is closer to you
But be careful esp in that iyana ppaja axis, one chance full there Over the years I have come to realise YABA is better,I'm a personal shopper and I get 1ST grade wears for clients on order,I meet people who are regulars at super in yaba, super can be ridiculously cheap but you will be EXTRA careful cos u might end up buying bad wears, yaba has selected by grades,na u go go where u want |

Health › Re: Could This Be STD Or Bad Immune System? by Lumpyy(f): 10:15am On Oct 29, 2019 |
ngwababe: My sister, go herbal( traditional medicines).
But then I'll suggest you try: Onions, tomatoes, carrot - buy big quantity and blend them differently such that can fill a 4/5 liter gallon each. Take a glass every morning and night. You can decide on which to take everyday ( onions on Monday, tomatoes on Tuesday, carrot on Wednesday, just select each you take per day). Just be consistent for 3months, let's see what happens.
Secondly, if you can try Scent leave, Utazi leave, ginger and garlic (don't peel that ginger, just wash it). Use mortar and pestle to pound (not too much) them together, bring it out in a bowl, add hot water and allow it to get cold alittle, then sieve it. If you can drink these daily and consistently for 3months, I think there will be a change.
Finally, try fasting and prayers, our God is a merciful God, him alone will heal you.
Sorry Sis, you'll be fine. Op can you try this?there is NOTHING like NATURAL fruits/plants!! |

This is where i am sure all the wahala is springing up from, wait o,do you WISH it was only your husband that cares for EVERYTHING?it seems to me you are holding a grudge cos of the 20%(as stated earlier) u put into the family,if a man is capable of dropping 100% funds for the family,FINE but if he recieves only over /100k and u said he does 80% of food, find peace with it and encourage him to get better, the inner anger will fuel situations that is not warranted madam!! Laeroy: I do love my husband, but when issues like this happen, u refrain from using the word love on him, my husband is human. He has his strength and weaknesses, finance is majorly the cause of the conflict we encounter in this marriage, always telling me that I have to be support at the home front, which I have come to terms, now uve brought extra baggage for me and u expect me to deal with Dat, is that not looking for trouble......
BTW, he will never help out with any of the house chores..... Yet he wants u to help him out with his responsibilities... Cause the last time I checked, the man's duty is to provide for the family |
