[quote author=BraniacX post=31980849] At the bolded, please just admit you still don't understand the meaning of perjury and how it relates to buhari's case and beg me to kindly explain it to you so that you'll stop embarrassing yourself with so much confidence young girlI'm all ears. Also, let's pretend the school has the right to issue statements of result, buhari accepting that that statement of result is actually his is also required which I'll like to tell you, he hasn't done so far so do you get itYou're basing this statement on the false assumption the school would publicly release his result without his permission. INEC as required by the constitution meaning that nobody is regarding that statement of results until buhari claims ownership of it because buhari has plausible deniability under the eyes of the law as regards to that result meaning if necessary he can deny ownership of it at any point in time in the future and he will be right because he never said it was his so this ruse he and the APC are pulling only succeed with gullible APC supporters like you, I know many more enlightened and better educated APC supporters than you on Nairaland and I'll give you their monikers if you want them and you'll notice that they will never go near a thread like this one you're expending your energy on, why? Because they unlike you know it is a lost cause and a no argument thread for buhari.Blah blah, blah..... for an old man you talk too darn much. Your statement will only make sense if there's a law stating Buhari must publicly lay claim to a result that was issued and openly admitted by the school he finished from. And since when did statements of results supersede actual certificates as legal tenders?Since the day he went to Court to swear an affidavit over it's stolen certificate. You can thank me later for educating you but am sorry, i still need to ask again, you go school?[It's now my time to ask did you go to school? |
RedBenson:What evidence? |
If Buhari is disqualify 3 things will happen. 1. Jonathan chance of winning this election will shift from 0.1 to 0.01. 2. The chance of APC winning will shift from 0.9 to 0.99 3. The judge will go into annals of infamy for daring to deny the people the right to choose their own leader. Anyway it swings, Nigeria will come out better. |
The case lacks merit. A sensible judge who thinks with his brain and not his stomach will throw the case out. |
BraniacX:God knows I have your time. A certificate can only be issued once while a statement of result can be issued more than once. Apart from that there's no other differences. The question still remain does the school have the authority to issue out statement of result? If it does, Buhari has no case of perjury to answer. If the accusers are still claiming the result is fake then the onus lies on them to take the school to court with their evidence to prove their case. The case has no substance if not because your foolish president is afraid to face us at the poll. Once more I'm expecting your foolish response. |
We also hope that he is not disqualified so that we have the opportunity to deal with him once and for all and demystify him at the polls. It would be a cruel act to deprive us of the opportunity of bursting his bubble once and for all and to humiliate him at the polls*yimu* For the sake of your principal and this country let's hope the judge made use of his brain instead of his stomach. |
bdidi:You are muddling it up. When the school released his statement of result, was any eyebrow raised concerning the school authority to do such? Fine the school doesn't have the power to issue out certificate but they do have master copy of the results of their student. |
bdidi:And in which school did he sit for the examination? |
ROSSIKE:You are senseless! In the resume he submitted to INEC what school did he input? |
barcanista:Do you know what perjury is? The major principals have corroborated his statement. Anyway I'm waiting for the corrupt and compromise judge that will deliver the Oluwole judgment. |
barcanista:What prerequisites has Buhari not met? The US war college said he went through the school . The secondary school he went to released his statement of result. What other prerequisites are you guys looking for? The foolish president is not bigger than this country? |
barcanista:Yes! Nigerians will definitely not be cowed by a cowardly president who wants to go through the back door via a kangaroo judgement. We the people will decide our president for the next four years and not any judge. |
wakacome:Well said. I'm waiting for the foolish and corrupt judge that will deliver the Oluwole judgment. |
I don't watch rubbish. |
Waste of time. No sane judge will deliver a judgement that has the ability to truncate our democratic process. The cowardly president should come to the poll to face us if he's sure of himself. |
Jonathan is a disgrace. He's still opening that's big mouth to say our girls are in sambisa forest after close to two years. Are the girls still alive? ..... I don't know. Where did Boko Haram that are chase out run to?........ I don't know. Why the sudden success by our military?...... I don't know. Why is he a president because he doesn't know any shit that's happening under him. He's still irresponsible as usual. |
OP, in your dreams. |
Dead on arrival. Sai Baba sai Buhari. |
bdidi:What case? The secondary school he went released his statement of results. His classmates came out to testify he was indeed a student and was also a senior prefect. So what perjury case are we talking of? As I said, I'm waiting for the corrupt judge that will make a foolish pronouncement. |
How did he manage to become a deputy governor, governor, vice president and finally become a president? He must not tell me is luck....... something sinister is going on. |
I want to see the foolish, uneducated and corrupt judge that will have the effrontery to make a useless pronouncement. Buhari have a date with destiny, no one can derail it. |
Oleeeeeeee! I'll definitely stay behind with my camera phone to watch as votes are been counted by the officials. |
They should stop acting as the ' I will do President'. They should have done it and most importantly not to forget to include the king of thugs- Fayose . |
Minimah, who said the military had liberated areas captured by the Boko Haram sect, said: "I’m not competent to speak on that matter (elections). The INEC is still there. INEC has to reassess the situation and evaluate because the areas have been liberated, but I can also tell you that not all structures of governance have been reinstated and they will need to be reinstated so that citizens can go back to their areas, and it is then I think they can execute their rights as voters".What the hell! In what part of the constitution was it stated that all structures of government must be reinstated before voters can execute their right? Jonathan surely can't escape Gbagbo's treatment. |
Demdem:Well said. |
If I had a tenant who promises me to vote GEJ, I would hand him a quit notice without hesitation. I hope you get the point? Not yet? OK, here’s the final one: if I were having an open heart surgery, and the lead surgeon informs me that he’s voting for GEJ, I’ll ask him to drop his scalpel and let me die! I don't think my case have gotten to this stage. Seriously, before the election was postponed I can't remember how many Tanist have gotten into shouting match due to their senseless defense of this government. But after the election was postponed I hardly see people openly in support of Jonathan even those that I know are strong supporter of this government . I don't know of anywhere else but here in the South West it will take a miracle and a never seen rigging plan for Jonathan to make an in road. |
OP thanks for the info. The weapons given to these thugs by all this do or die politician is already hunting us as a society. I just can't wait for the election to be over. |
This is one of the repercussions of having vagabond in power..... he will bring his follow vagabonds into highly sensitive position. A whole AIG preaching extra-judicial killings and turning the law upside down while still retaining his seat....... That's one of the hallmark of this administration. The house of Representatives is on the right path. |
Obasanjo shouldn't demean himself by responding to the mad dog. The madman should continue in his show of madness. The thug is a shame to leadership........ a disgrace to the seat he's occupying. O ma te, he can't escape it. Bi a ba ran ni ni ise eru a fi ti omo je e. |
Wow! Indeed she's more than hot for a lady at that age. I don't understand why she's been compare to a young model. |
What will your group do if the Presidents wins and reneges on his promise to implement the confab report? All this for a man who has never kept any of his promises. A Promise that will still have to go through the National Assembly. Do they truly believe in the lies they are spewing all over? I never knew that he is Joe's husband. |
So what's the big deal about medical checkup? It's even advisable by the medical doctor to go for regularly check up . You guys should stop making mountain out of molehills . |
