Politics › Re: Those Accusing Govs Of Silence Over Insecurity, ASUU Strike Not Fair: El Rufai by mach7(m): 8:36pm On Feb 21, 2023 |
There are a lot of hypocrites in this country.
One religious bigot above, who is anti-APC simply because Osinbajo lost at the primaries is accusing El-Rufai of not crying about killings in Southern Kaduna and in Benue State.
Please how is El-Rufai responsible for Benue state?
The Killings in Southern Kaduna cannot be solved simply by any government, unless the people of Southern Kaduna put aside their ethnic, cultural and religious differences, forgive each other and choose to live peacefully.
During the time of YarAdua, Yakowa, Sambo & Ibrahim Shema, killings occurred in Southern Kaduna.
Concerning the crux of the matter....If you really see how people are suffering from this Naira crisis, you will commend the Governors for raising their voices and trying to rectifiy the situation.
If you like say it is because of vote buying, that is your own problem.
This election needs to come and go quickly, as there is too much hypocrisy and idiocy flying about the internet especially from the OBI people. |

Asiwaju Tinubu's leadership in action.
He is the real unifier.
He unified the party in Akwa Ibom
He unified the party in Cross River
He unified the party in Kano
He unified the party in Benue
Unlike some others who cannot unify their party but are claiming Unifier.
Unlike some others whose only ambition is to win and turn "consumption to production", but doesn't care about the party's candidates in other elections. |

Hypocrite. If Orji Uzor Kalu was on the ballot against anybody from Yoruba land, you will have supported Kalu. You guys should stop this reverse psychology.....your support for Obi is based on tribal sentiments and the IT IS OUR TURN mentality of the Igbos. Stop hiding!!!!!!! franchasofficia: Good.
I am supporting Peter Obi to win so that he can help revive Nigeria's dead leadership so that Nigeria can work for all Nigerians irrespective of tribe.
For those supporting Tinubu to win just to spite Igbos and to brag that they said it that an Igbo will never rule Nigeria, remember the future of your children, 4 years or 8 years is not 2 months.
Many Northerners that supported Buhari out of tribalism are not alive today to voice their regret, many of them got killed as a result of insecurity caused by Buhari and APC failed government.
Don't reward failure with another chance.
Let's try Peter Obi and if he fails we come together and push him out.
It will be easier to vote out Peter Obi or correct him through a protest than to vote out Tinubu or Atiku.
Lastly, look at the kind of politicians following Tinubu and Atiku, they are all the same wicked, ruthless, corrupt old criminals that kept Nigeria on the floor for over 60years now, don't expect miracle from them.
Peter Obi political base is built on youths and vibrant young people who are only passionate about changing Nigeria for good, not necessarily seasoned criminal politicians like those in APC and PDP who are into politics to steal, loot, kill and destroy.
Peter Obi have been busy telling Nigerians how he intends to lead Nigeria and the great plans he has to change things in Nigeria while Tinubu and his supporters have been busy telling Nigerians why Peter Obi should not be voted in as President just because he is Igbo and because his Labor Party have no structure. They don't have any other concrete thing against Peter Obi becoming President aside the fact that he is Igbo and contesting under a structureless party.
But these wicked souls forgot that Igbos have voted Presidential candidates from other tribes; Shagari (Hausa), MKO Abiola (Yoruba) won Anambra, Obasanjo (Yoruba), Yaradua (Fulani), Goodluck (Ijaw) and Atiku (Fulani). But now that a credible, over qualified Igbo man is contesting and making waves, they are calling it Igbo agenda, but the same Igbos voted and supported Presidential candidates from their own tribes. As we do whatever we do in life, lets all remember that there is a God, and some bigger powers watching us from above.
The big party structures they are bragging with, how has PDP or APC big party structure helped Nigeria since 1999?
Hausa have ruled, Fulani have ruled, Yoruba have ruled, Ijaw have ruled, how did they did they change your personal life as someone from their tribe?
I am not supporting Peter Obi because he is Igbo because if it were some Igbo political criminals like Rochas Okorocha, Orji Uzo Kalu, Theodore Orji, Ike Ekweremadu, etc, God forbid I support or vote any of them.
Dear Nigerian youths, this is a rare opportunity to rewrite the history of Nigeria for greater good of all Nigerians. |

Good!
This is the time for the party to stick together. The Governors are obviously in the right, as there is an existing Supreme Court injunction mandating that status quo be maintained with regards to the old Naira notes being legal tender.
The President erred (probably unintentionally), and his decision should be challenged.
Happy that Sen. Adamu chose to stand on the right side. |

Infact the CBN should go ahead and listen to Tinubu and do what he says, let's see who will suffer most when the payment industry collapses Bros, his advice on the cancellation of transaction charges refers to Deposit Money Banks. Stop trying to derail the message. Read the article again if you missed it. Deposit Money Banks make money from several channels and revenue from transaction charges is not a major revenue earning activity. |

I want to tell you today that I'm not Igbo, I'm from Benue state, but I believe in Peter Obi, that's why I'm supporting him
I initially supported Osinbajo but he lost to Tinubu, I can't support someone I don't believe in ......because of religious reasons....? Just asking. If you indeed believed in Peter Obi as you do claim, then you should not have supported Osinbajo in the first place. Afterall Obi came out to indicate his intention for Presidency way before Osinbajo did. Hence, saying that you supported Osinbajo but believe in Obi seems like a contradiction. |

Buhari never signed off on Tinubu's candidacy, and I believe he privately told him so. Tinubu purchased his party's nomination and publicly blackmailed Buhari into a veiled acquiescence.
No Nigerian alive today knows what a calamitous blunder it will amount to allow Tinubu anywhere near our treasury. Same Buhari sacked Fowler, a Tinubu appointee, why?.
Buhari is not with Tinubu, and Tinubu knows this much first hand. Buhari and his people up at the rock wants to save what is left of his now tattered reputation, and is signaling to Nigerians that Tinubu is the man they must never do business with. I am with Buhari on this.

Cabal or no Cabal, cracks or no cracks, it is.........#BAT2023 #FEBOLA23
On a secondary note, it is quite sad that Lai Muhammad said that Buhari is not backing anybody. At least it is known "unofficially" but to now state such as an official position of the government in a press conference smacks of political chicanery.
If President Buhari is indeed for free and fair elections and is not backing anybody, not even his own party's candidate who laboured with his resources and sweat to help him ascend the position that he occupies today, then he should resign from Chairmanship of the APC PCC.
That way, his neutrality will be visible to all and his aloofness discernible to all.
President Buhari's taciturn nature has made him susceptible to the false whispering of the so called Cabals who were never present when APC was labouring to get into power.
Come February 25th, everything go balance. |

Can you imagine the amount of Nigerians information that will be at the United States disposal when Starlink becomes fully accessible by Nigerians. A very important point. |

Yes, but we need to be careful.
Starlink is an independent internet service, not under any visible control of government and hence cannot be shutdown or restricted.
If and when certain foreign subversive elements want to cause problems in Nigeria by propagating fake news and instigating violent uprisings, Starlink would be a veritable tool in the hands of such elements. |

When Tinubu addressed the Town Hall in Edo State, he mentioned that Meffy was an inherited tool from the PDP (go and watch the video).
This is the same thread of discussion >>>> Meffy is a Saboteur, who is responsible for the failed monetary policies that led to a massive decline of the Naira.
House of Reps Majority Leader - Ado Doguwa said same thing on Channels TV's Politics Today programme that Meffy is misleading the President.
Meffy is PDP. Meffy is ruining the economy under APC to help PDP.

Fake news.
How can 200,000.00 soldiers occupy the whole of Ukraine? Russia currently has an estimated 250,000.00 soldiers inside Ukraine plus an estimated 200,000.00 to 250,000.00 around Ukraine and in Belarus and that is not yet enough to even occupy the Donbass +Zaporozhye + Kherson. This doesn't include Wagner PMC who has between 20,000.00 to 30,000.00 contractors fighting in Bakhmut.
To defeat and occupy Iraq in 2003, the United States and its allies deployed over 750,000.00 Soldiers excluding National Guard detachments + Civilian Contractors and Iraq is just about 1/4 of Ukraine in Size.

What they fail to realize is that Fashola is heading one of the most important, if not the most important aspect of the campaign which is Election Planning, Election Monitoring and Compliance.
This department is responsible for all activities that happens on voting day and Asiwaju could only give such assignment to the most competent hand he knew.
Another very important department is Stakeholder relations headed by Nuhu Ribadu and seconded by Sen. Folasade Grace Bent. The underground work they are doing to sell Asiwaju's candidacy (especially to convince Northern Christians) is commendable. |
