WHAT HAVE WE ALL CONTRIBUTED TOWARDS MOVING THE NATION FOWARD ? I feel like I keep hearing the same questions over and over again. over and over again. The only meaningful contribution you can have in Nigeria is to start your own business (reduce unemployment by hiring people and actually paying them a salary and have them pump money back into the economy) or start your own church and (exploit people's stupidity) OR you can join the corrupt government. REAL CHANGE can only begin when the masses, the people (BEGIN TO HOLD THIER GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABLE) this means riots, radical activism, and maybe the death of a few heros for our freedom. Nigeria needs the IRON HAND. ![]() |
Omereni:Its extremely easy to label "greeed" as Nigeria's problem. Don't forget that every government is corrupt. Nigeria's problem is that the PEOPLE DO NOT HOLD THIER GOVERNMENT ACCOUTABLE FOR ANYTHING. 'Wé'd rather run abroad. (I blame the lack of accountability on the strong influence of RELIGION) Look at the riots that took place in America in the 1960s: radical action or the recent riots that took place in South Africa: radical action, or the Labor riots that took place in China (in 1999, I believe) it caught the attention of the government that they wanted change. No ONE IN NIGERIA is willing to die for freedom. We'would rather RUN. As long as we keep running CHANGE WILL NEVER HAPPEN. Is Nigeria worth living in? NO. I like good health care I like electricity I like my basic ammenities that the country may not be able to provide. Is Nigeria worth visiting? Yes, Yes, Yes!!!! ![]() |
Nigeria should change her name. The name Nigeria represents regression. It may not be the main issue that Nigeria faces but its important that Nigeria does not retain and maintain the name that a slave owner gave to her. |
Lilleth is Adam's first wife and NOT eve. The English version of the bible makes no reference of this. Midrash: A jewish word which means to leave out. Jewish scholars created (editions and additions) to make sense of information in the English version of the Bible |
I highly recommend that people (espcially Nigerians) read ALL versions of the bible before blindly choosing the Christian religion. I highly recommend that they READ and UNDERSTAND, the Aramaic version, Hebrew version, Greek version, and the BANNED chapters of the bible before they can make a comprehensive decision regarding christianity. I highly recommend that people also explore the Jewish religion before choosing to blindly choose and follow the Christian religion. I highly recommend that people understand the ancient greek and ancients cultures before making an informed decision regarding Christianity. Until this occurs, I do not believe that one is a christian, but rather a follower of brainwashed ideas and ideals. |
Should Nigeria change her name considering that the name was given to Nigeria by a (Female) Slave Owner? Maybe this name symbolizes regression ? What do you all think ? |
@ ehie Keep on fooling yourself. I know of people who would do anything for thier men and the men still LEFT them. Women nowadays have to be sharp. One step ahead, not backward like ur ideas. Relationship is about partnership like someone state previously. There is no argument about this, when aman love/treats a woman very well submission come naturallyI CONCUR!!!! |
Awon yahooze boyz, keeps searching. |
I will save your punishment for the bedroom. We shall see who is dictating in our homeYeeepa!@!!! ![]() |
LOL Speaking of pit latrines Gonorrhea , I thot you were having dinner. |
I have an aunt, who is 50 has lived in Nigeria all her life. She's been divorced twice, rich, comfortable not married for a while, I mean I don't understand this false notion that just because someone lives somewhere makes them less or more of a human. |
Its so easy to get divorced in America, "our marriage isnt working" so it ends, its like people don't put their hearts in it.ANOTHER STEREOTYPE AND BLATANT LIE. I know Nigerian women who have lived in Nigeria all thier lives still end up getting divorced. Many Nigerian women who have lived in Nigeria all thier lives and are NOT VIRGINS. Living in a specific place all your life does not mean that you understand or live out the culture. Anyways sha, I'm off to pupu, ![]() |
AAAAHHHH AKATA. LOL No Comment!! ![]() |
but the only language women understand is the language of moneyLOL!!!! TRUE TO AN EXTENT. LOL. Not just money but be successful Legitimate money. : i think that the legitimacy of the money matters a lot. Job Nice car House/nice apt Be kind |
so you agree with me that it's a question of compatibility. if a man's preference is to marry from home because he feels more comfortable with that, why should you think he's intimidated? What's wrong with playing ti safe?Yes, its a question of choosing to be compatible with someone. Yes, I agree with you. BUT i think its intimidation, when it becomes a conscious decision when one purposefully opts not to date someone abroad just because they're abroad (at least try them out. give them a chance.) don't assume they're any less Nigerian, , there's no difference in a WELL MANNERED, EDUCATed Niger babe abroad and a well mannered educated babe in Niger. no difference. same lessons. same manners. |
Thats not true, there are many, several, many OLDER NIGERIANS WHO GREW UP and LIVED IN NIGERIA ALL THIER LIVES AND ARE DIVORCED, married, remarried, divorced, have cheated, and the list goes on, I don't where many of you are getting all these assumptions from. People just need to understand the fact that Marriage is a choice and both partners have to work and put in equivalant time and effort to make things work. Marriage is NOT a bed of roses, if u're in india, japan, Nigeria, America, understand this and you won't go into marriage dreaming of perfection. You will be prepared. Marriage is about partnership and compromise. |
@ chi-baby meaning I dont comprehend what you have posted. Unless its not that important. ![]() |
people jus say stuff without being perfectly sure n in da process, givin oda people a bad name. actually nigerian guys abroad jus use da girls, whether white, black or whatever 2 get what they want not realli because the want to b wid them or they love them so please there's absolutely nuin wrong wid girls abroad n moreova, errbdy gat diff. preferences n sum guys will prefer a girl straight from hme. What is this ooh? ABeg complete sentences jare, which one is this na? |
In my entire time abroad, I have NEVER sent money to any human being back home. I don't know where these stereotypes are coming from or rather the notion of "hustler mentality", ![]() |
Men who are not up to PAR are the ones the do most of the complaining. |
Yeah and i have tried the whole natural thing too. But it got to the point that i was breaking combs and it was just yuck.LoL @ breaking combs. |
I'm proud of my hair to but, kinky. . . well that i can't have. I'm sorry but i like my hair nice and permed.Good for you. Perm, straight, whatever: you are free to do whatever you want. As long as you look good. I've done perm and all that jazz, didn't work too well for me. |
madamkoko, what are you on about? Are you implying that Nigerians men abroad are intimidated by y'all? No i'm saying that Men who think similar to those referred in the post are intimidated. Why would should a human being say, I'm not dating this person because they've been abroad for more than 5 years, it is someone's fault that they came abroad for thier education. I don't know. (examining Nigeria's bad educational structure) How come its ok for the Men to be abroad and not the women? such nonsense Point being: as long as you keep your values and acknowledge the importance of your culture. Being abroad and or not being abroad doesn't make you more or less Nigerian. |
@ onyinye2 Trust me, you are an exception. |
I went to an Ayefele concert not too long ago, NO WOMAN had thier real hair on thier head. It was disgusting. hahahahahahahaha. I wear dreads so no troubles. ![]() I'm proud of my kinky, black, natural hair. It works will in bed. ![]() |
@ $$Rhino I agree, Naija babes (abroad and in naija) wear too much WIGS AND WEAVES, ITS JUST TOO MUCH ITS DISGUSTING. |
@ lidbb2 Make you tell them jare, like some girls in Naija don't engage in illicit behaviors like pornography. Such nonsense. BUT @ POSTER, I think that u're right to an extent, I remember I met this guy and we knew we both liked each other but then after a while thinking that something would work out, he says "oh, I'd rather be with a REAL Nigerian woman" I was like, what does that mean? he was like someone raised and bred in naija. I'm like yea, I was RAISED and Bred in Naija, and then he's like, but you've been abroad a bit too long, you don't fit my criteria. In essence, I think that men who think like this, are INITIMATED. Majority (note I didn't say all) of Nigerian women abroad are hardworking and educated. If you don't live up to your responsibilities as a MAN, they freedom they have expereince will make them kick you to the CURB immediately. No lele. |
HUMAN BEINGS SHOULD BE FREE TO MARRY WHOEVER THEY WANT. WHITE BLACK INDIAN SOUTH AFRICAN CANADIAN, blah, blah, blah. |
Yeeepa, now u're insulting women. ![]() What happened to insulting the ignorant nonentities (both ignorant men and women) who represent us abroad but don't know what the F$%3k they're talking about, |
Forever. Being a virgin or choosing to remain celibate has to be a choice. Its when its no longer a choice that you can begin to question one's in sanity. hahahahaha. Funnny poster. |
Catholic Anglican Menthodist Baptist Pentecostal K AND S Cele Redeemed Oyedepo corporation Foursqure C.A.C. Light is money ministries Money is light ministries Reformed Anglican Reformed Dutch church Reformed Catholic Reformed church and the list goes on and on, I don't even understand. |
