BusinessRe: Bad Service At GTB by madejibo: 6:45am On Nov 11, 2010
When I say anything is possible in GTB it is possible,If u have been following this thread u know I complained about the way and manner of which GTB debited my account for naira master card without my consent. Now can you imagine they have debited my account again for the same card when I am yet to collect the first one again. Haba! Is this not 1st degree fraud. Here below is a mail I sent to GTB:
Good morning,
I got an sms alert yesterday night at 23:02 hours saying that my account has been debited by N1,000:00 (one thousand naira only) for the replacement of cashplus card with a chip and pin card.
Below is a copy of the text message:
"Transaction Notification: NGN1000.00 DR (STANDING INSTRUCTION-REPLACEMENT OF CASHPLUS WITH MC CHIP AND PIN) on 202/******/1/59/0. Your balance is NGN1059503.01".
You will recall that I was debited for the same purpose on the 31st of August 2010. Up till now I have not gone to pick up my card because personally I believe there is too may fraud on you atm . Also you will recall I complained to your bank through emails about the way and manner my account was debited.
I will want you before 12noon today (11th of Nov. 2010) to explain
1. Why am I being debited again
2. Refund me my N1000
Also I want a letter of apology signed and sent to my address before the expiration of three working days from today.

My account number is 2022****1590

Thank you

We don't need strike please o but govt should please do something
PoliticsRe: Nlc Strike Doesn't Make Sense by madejibo: 1:24pm On Nov 08, 2010
If states could not pay 18000 y did dey agree this commitee had sittings for a year before this agreement was reached. Just as the FG was drafting a bill to NASS governors backed out of the agreement. Some states up till today are paying 6000
PoliticsRe: Nlc Strike Doesn't Make Sense by madejibo: 1:13pm On Nov 08, 2010
@ poster,
I think you are mixing the info wrongly no body is paying 17,000 minimum wage. Only the federal govt that increased salary to a minimum wage of 17,000 and note that the 17k was not borne out of the agreement reached by labour, fg, governors and private sector. No state is paying 17000 as at today. No bill as been passed to the house to make it a law, infact the governors are rejecting the agreement again. So what do u expect from NLC. At the agreement NLC proposed 52000 but had to settle for 18000
TV/MoviesRe: This GEJ Sef: To Invest $200 Million In Film Industry? by madejibo: 10:35pm On Nov 07, 2010
Anything GEJ do na wahala, he went to silverbird's anniversary problem, he donated invested FG's money into entertainment another problem. Anyone that knows me on NL knows I am not a fan of GEJ but I see nothing wrong in the $200 million investment of GEJ. Do u know how much we spend on sports every year and we have achieved nothing, no body is talking about that. It is so bad that in our economy govt is the biggest spender so y shldnt he invest. Do know how many people will benefit indirectly from this? This will curb piracy. Take a look at siverbird do u know how many people they are employed? A state of carlifonia it is an entertainment state and makes proper revenue for america. People should try and be very objective in their opinions. My only problem is for the funds not to be mismanaged if not we have a lot to gain.
PoliticsRe: At Last, I Found A Replacement For Fashola: Babatunde Gbadamosi! by madejibo: 7:52pm On Nov 06, 2010
I don't understand what is going on with the public health system in Lagos state people are dieing any how in state hospital because the doctors are on strike and we have a government headed by fashola. Really I don't understand u need to vist the state hospital to feel me.
PoliticsRe: At Last, I Found A Replacement For Fashola: Babatunde Gbadamosi! by madejibo: 12:54pm On Nov 05, 2010
Let me also state categorically dat akala can't be compared to fashola fashola is miles apart
PoliticsRe: At Last, I Found A Replacement For Fashola: Babatunde Gbadamosi! by madejibo: 12:49pm On Nov 05, 2010
I am not rooting for anybody here o but if u go to oyo state there is a better development than when lam adeshina left it. Some parts of ibadan at nite is like day but really I wish akala does not come back but compared to wen an ac gov was there oyo is better off
PoliticsRe: At Last, I Found A Replacement For Fashola: Babatunde Gbadamosi! by madejibo: 11:43am On Nov 05, 2010
Some pple in pdp are doing a wonderful job like rotimi amaechi even as funny as it may sound fayose tried cos I visited pre 2003 nd post 2003 (though can't vote for him again) Adebayo was absolutely rubbish in Ekiti same goes with Akande nd Oshoba dis were pple in AC. This same AC endorsed OBJ for second term in 2003 also gave Atiku its ticket in 2007. So d likes like dayokanu pls tell me how AC is better than PDP? One of the most corrupt governors is Tinubu

PoliticsRe: At Last, I Found A Replacement For Fashola: Babatunde Gbadamosi! by madejibo: 4:34pm On Nov 03, 2010
@ayowunmie
Mediocrity is our problem in nigeria. If u take ur car to a mechanic and he fixes ur car and ur friend takes his car to another mechanic nd he can't fix it does that make ur mechanic a SUPERSTAR? NO ur mechanic is only doing his job. Comparing lagos to other states to me is rubbish. Where u ever in ekiti during fayose's 3 year reign even the thief (fayose) changed the face of ekiti. Fashola has done nothing extra ordinary in lagos. because he is better than most govs including tinubu does not make him a superstar
PoliticsRe: At Last, I Found A Replacement For Fashola: Babatunde Gbadamosi! by madejibo: 4:13pm On Nov 03, 2010
Truth is there is nothing extra ordinary fashola is doing I am not saying Gbadamosi is good but fashola to me is just there. With the kind of IGR lagos makes lagos should be close to Dubai

As per koros 2 DOBs really I don't know that but believe me if the press in naija can carry news in naija with pictures that charly boy and Denrele Edun are lovers den nothing is impossible to believe but really I am not aware of d 2 DOBs
PoliticsRe: Dapolam Accepts Defeat, speaks to Nairalanders by madejibo: 6:18pm On Oct 26, 2010
@dayokanu,
Tinubu is an accountant hmmmmm with a question mark cos there was an issue with his school remember? Koro does not hide d fact that he is a politician and that he has buisness interest in so many fields such as agriculture, haulage @ least I know those two. Lately he is invoved in real estate. I particularly did not hv beef with fashola but with tinubu. Fashola is doing well fine but I am sure he would have done better. Are u aware of Alpha beta? What abt the politics behind lekki epe express way? What about LCC? Then u might surely have a re think? Have u ever wondered Y tinubu is not favourable disposed to Fasholas 2nd term? Till today fashola has not declared his ambition because of Tinubu. Guy it is not as it seems o
PoliticsRe: Dapolam Accepts Defeat, speaks to Nairalanders by madejibo: 5:37pm On Oct 26, 2010
@dayokanu
What was wrong with koro, like I said before I supported koro because Tinubu was a big thief and he is still a big thief so I didn't want an extension of his rule. I can give u details of some of d facts I have against Tinubu tell ur friend femilangy to give u my email and I ll send u a mail. You judge pple by hear say which is so bad. You judged Koro cos what u read in the press and what AC said and u judge dapo lam with what u heard abt him in UI I am not sure u went to UI
PoliticsRe: Dapolam Accepts Defeat, speaks to Nairalanders by madejibo: 9:20pm On Oct 25, 2010

Tell dayokanu to stop atacking young progressives if u have reservations abt any candidate stop him @ d polls simple but it is a pity he can't vote

We used to yab u sef that u were not hard enough some of us would have done more if our fathers were govs. @dayokanu pls stop bragging abt ur life style

Dapo lam nice one I knew u jaare in UI and u lived a good life which any bobo ll live if given d opportunity u had. It is just paining me I am just seeing dis thread today after abt 2years it has been created as for the much I knew till 2005 u are good to go.
PoliticsRe: Dapolam Accepts Defeat, speaks to Nairalanders by madejibo: 5:53pm On Oct 07, 2010
@Kobojunkie
Dapo lam claimed he made money after his father became an ex gov
PoliticsRe: Dapolam Accepts Defeat, speaks to Nairalanders by madejibo: 5:44pm On Oct 07, 2010
I have had d privileged to have worked with a political office holder and realised that they don't have to steal to live a very good life. It is just like our pastors. Good will of the pple can give u so much connection and ultimately money. For some1 like Dapo lam who has been the son of d gov can actually float a coy without stealing if he is a sharp guy. In naija of today pple will even do biz with him purely based on the fact that he is dapo lam. He can even get loans from banks because he is Dapo lam. That's naija for u o

PoliticsRe: Dapolam Accepts Defeat, speaks to Nairalanders by madejibo: 5:11pm On Oct 07, 2010
@dayokanu
Please be honest if your father were to be gov for 4 years tell me the truth won't u set up a biz in naija and make money instead of being a 2nd class citizen in yanky.dapo lam only took good of his opportunity even just because he is an ex gov son he has access to a lot of goodwill. I supported koro in 2007 because pple like u misunderstood him and because tinubu till 2day is one of the biggest thieves in naija. I can't vote for Dapo but I know things abt him that pple really don't know but ll just talk thrash based on hear say simple.
