[s]You really need to study the word yourself, enough of my pastors say Christianity practice which is already the order of the day. If you must know, Christianity started & ended with christ. Before Jesus birth "old testament" some persons were divinely selected & anointed by God to act as a mediator between man & God. All those arrangements were all crabbed immediately Christ died. Thereby given everyone the golden opportunity to be chosen. Thus no one is specially anointed like the prophet of the old to mediate anymore. The order is now strictly you, Jesus then God. Let me help you, this would have been a golden opportunity to prove to the world that Christ is supreme. Thus winning souls to God. Sometimes when words and phrases are bandied around there is need for the presenters of such words and phrases to clearly explain what they mean by them.

Speaking evil about those in authority is DEFINITELY NOT the same as pointing out a wrong doctrine such persons have presented. Jesus was a religious ruler in his own right during his ministry and he vehemently pointed out the wrongs of the Pharisees and other religious rulers of Israel. Was he by that speaking evil of them? For example: If I say that Pastor A’s statement that “If don’t pay your tithe you’re going to end up in hell” is unscriptural and heretical, does that constitute an insult or a personal attack on his person?

When you talk about ‘anointed men of God’, is the Christian who holds no position of leadership in the church not also anointed? If so, is it the issue of ‘anointing’ or is it the issue of leadership and response to such that you are talking about?

Is 1 Timothy 5:1 speaking about pointing out wrong doctrines that an older man peddles? In that Paul’s advise to Timothy, who was a young pastor, can we say then that pastors should follow that statement; in which case it does not flow in one direction only – what do you think?

You both have still not shown me how one can “test every spirit” without pointing out where there is wrong; how one can contend earnestly for the faith without voicing out aberrant positions and how one can “expose” the fruitless deeds of darkness by remaining silent.

So, there are changes. Only God remains constant.

You're wrong when you say principles are constant either in the old or new covenant. It is only God that remains constant. Under the new covenant for example, believers DO NOT have to go to a priest for the confession of sin.

While there may be no 'new testament God or new testament holy spirit' there is certainly God's New Testament DIFFERENT from the old and God's new model of operations of the Holy Spirit DIFFERENT from His operations in the under the Old Testament.
These are BASICS any church age believer should understand.

Do you realise that the instance of Paul you gave need to be clearly understood and explained?
Did the high priest have any part in the Church?
Was God still administering his divine program through the high priest or even Israel at this point in time?
So, when Paul did what he did how are we to understand it?

Do we have the example of the SAME Paul directly confronting another leader - Peter - for his misdemeanor?
What do you make of that?

The 1 John 2: 27 I stated clearly says that all believers are God's anointed. Do you dispute that? ALL BELIEVERS are said to be royal priests - 1Peter 2: 9. Again is that incorrect?

I agree that there is the need for respect for leadership. But what happens when what leadership says, instructs or do CONTRADICTS the word of God? Which is superior - the leadership or the word of God? Do we keep mum at such wrong, disturbing and perhaps even blasphemous statements and positions?

Do you realise that the Lord Jesus commended those who separated themselves from wrong doctrines in the churches he addressed in Revelation 2 & 3?
What can we learn from that?

Can we  "test every spirit" without pointing out where there is wrong? Can we contend ernestly for the faith without voicing out aberrant positions? And how do we have nothing to do with fruitless deeds of darkness but rather expose them if by "opposition" we mean SILENCE?

That is everyone's goal - to make heaven. However, that you are a Pastor is not a ticket to heaven. No one can speak for the death. God is the judge. You can Pastor a Church of over a million members and still miss it. So let all take heed to themselves and put their bodies under subjection so they will not be a castaway.

Were a few men of God at that time not demonised?

Did Jesus ask if he would find faith on earth when he returns?

Have there been times in history of church when it went downhill?

The church will remain on the earth until Jesus comes for her. But that fact does not mean that ALL PARTS of the body of Christ worldwide will be walking in step with the Lord.

I repeat, there is error somewhere. There is a difference between those two where persecuted for the gospel sake. It's not the same thing. A child of God is not supposed to die by accident or illness. If it happens, you broke the hedge.

I have been a believer for over 30 years and I can tell those times I had near death experience where times I strayed away from the faith. But I was also quick to repent and God had mercy on me. I can never die untimely death. It's impossible unless I walk in gross error. This is the gospel truth. Keep yourself and that wicked one cannot touch you - 1st John 5:18.

This is why the church need to be taught how to live by faith. Yes I agree with you. Outside breaking of hedge, ignorance can also kill a Christian. But in the case of this Pastor, he is certainly not ignorant and can't be in the class of Lazarus. We should all just be watchful and prayerful less incidents like this happen to us.

Comprehension and verbal aptitude is very scarce amongst today's Christian. As a result he would rather be subjective in his thinking and approach instead of being objective.

True biblical scholarship is a rare commodity today. Consequently the church is going downhill. Programs, effects and SENSUAL provisions has taken the place of real spirituality. At the end of the day we're confronted with the possibility of the salt losing its saltiness. The result is better imagined than experienced.

If DSA were the one with a divorce in his 'CV' Petra1 would have used that as another weapon to demonise him. But when his 'man of God' is the one affected he blinds his eyes to that one's  shortcomings whilst exaggerating another man's foibles.

Why don't you guys concentrate on the real issues presented by DSA rather than go the path of outright attacks and condemnation?

What has he said that is wrong? Why and how is it wrong? What does the Scripture say with regards to the issues?

BTW, I do not personally know DSA. I've never read his books. But I've watched a number of his youtube videos. I just wanted to point these out before you guys put a brand me.
