I listened to the same service and this not how he said it. You have paraphrased everything to suit your preferred choice even at the detriment of the MOG you revere. This is a crying disgrace.

There is only one group that came out in the west to endorse someone and that group is not a political party. It is that same group that other westerners told they do not speak for them. The people posting this false news will not expatiate on that part because it does not suit their narrative.

Who are the people who don't know how to manage the economy? The same ones who are currently managing it or another group? Do you realize for e.g that Uduaghan, Orji Uzor Kalu are close friends of the MOG? So why in God's green earth do you think he will rubbish their candidate on the same pulpit he has said many times that he will never support any candidate because he has church members in all parties?

I feel for you because when your candidate loses on the 16th, you will spend the rest of your time on NL defending Pastor Chris when people call him all sorts of names for something you made him say, that he did not say.

Keep your politics away from Pastor Chris' message. Before you give him a reputation on NL that you will not be able to retract. If you believe in your Atiku, campaign for him but leave the MOG out of it. I listened to him and there is nothing about what he said that was in any way referring to political leanings or biases. Tomorrow when your candidate loses it will be the same you people who will come here to say he did not prophesy it.

Those of you that are attacking the OP should know that Pastor Chris has his flaws as a human being forget all these packaging. One of his flaws is that he controls and loves to control everyone around him.
I remember Gbenga one of his sister's husband constantly had issues with him about his excessive control. Imagine your brother in law that you are older than trying to control you because he feels he is richer than you and so on. This lead to issues in the marriage and till date, I don't think Mercy is still married to Evang Gbenga.
I am also aware that Anita was supposed to organise the UK reception. That you chose not to believe the story doesn't make it false nor make Anita a bad woman. Quit trying to make Anita look bad.
Pastor Chris did not manage his home well. He failed in that aspect.

I am honestly not happy at the wrong examples set by ministers that are supposed to be our role model. The absence of Pastor Anita in her daughter's wedding is a shame to both parties. I will not take sides. If Pastor Chris wanted Pastor Anita to be there, he could have worked it out for their daughter's sake.

One thing is sure, those who keep grudge and malice will not make heaven irrespective of their status. We must allow the love of Christ to constrain us in all that we do. Pastor Benny also did not play a good role. We have been called to make peace. Those who encourage malice are not children of God.

Just like if he did not want a divorce he could have worked it out for their daughter's sake too abi? What if he refused the divorce but she insisted on it? What if she threatened to sue the ministry if her name was left on RORs? What if she vehemently refused to listen to Pastor Chris' mum or even Benny Hinn? What then will be your judgment or faithful judge?

They called for thanksgiving and No mother or sister only her and her husband and her husband's people and Pastor Ken oyakhilome and their sister. No where to be found Anita. Even when they gave Sharon the mic to say something she thanked everybody but didn't mention the Mom or sister.

Ask yourself where are the pictures?? it is impossible for her to be present there yesterday and she will not snap with her daughter haba. Even those that watched the Live event on TV couldn't find the mom or sister.

It also seems the younger sister is siding with the mom and sharon the dad. it is well jare. Only God knows the whole truth for sure

You are right @ Pastor Anita but wrong @ Sister. A poster, Ochedi made a thread and said the sister was the Chief Bride's maid. Her pictures from the traditional wedding are there and she was there live. I have not seen official pictures of the white but if she was there for the Trad, odds are she was there for the white.

Wise people can tell from body movements in the ministry. The marital crisis brought many couples in CE together. Since the separation, we've seen less separation of couple pastors to different locations.

You are supporting divorce papers here not the word. She did not make any argument that wives of genuine MOG have not made before. She was married since 1992 and nothing changed (at least going by what people who have been there since then said). As for open marriages etc that one is another sweet speculation to spice up your narrative. In marriages where both members are Pastors..they usually had different assignments and it is still the same. God's word does not change to accommodate time.

In all of these, we are still commenting on speculations. There are at least 2 CEC members on this thread who said she was there with her second daughter. But since this story suits clickbaits..this one will subsist.

I really am not interested in their marriage details, they him and wife are the only ones who know the truth simple.

What I am really interested in is that ' A man of God cannot go against God or Sin against God' maybe He did what God told him to do in this his marriage matter that's really not the issue.

Anybody can sin against God abeg even a MOG, preacher, apostle whatever.

In the Bible, no MOG sinned against God. Making a mistake for e.g is not sinning against God. When Moses struck the rock a second time..he did not SIN against God. When Paul was arrested in Jerusalem he went there even when the Holy Spirit told him not to. He did not SIN against God.

Not every misstep is a sin. Preachers etc can sin against God like men. But not men of God. Some teachings are not for babies. That is the summary.

I watched that clip, he said the allegations are not true that's all anyway the major problem I have with the clip is not even about his defence but about the statement 'a man of God cannot go against God or Sin against God'

Because there is a difference between being a man of God and being a preacher.

Do you know Paul taught that Christians in marriage should act as they are not married? And then conceded that not everyone has the grace to live that way. To the world, they may say he is abandoning his wife, but to God he is fulfilling his mission to the tee. There are just somethings we are not qualified to know yet. I have followed this man's life for years. Pastor Anita never accused him of adultery. Stop swallowing poison from bloggers who are known to spew fake news. I thought the accusation she made agaisnt him that caused the divorce was that he lived like she was just a pastor not a wife and how she only got to know about his decisions through church protocol and not through deliberation like "most married people do". That is why he is laying emphasis on him only doing what God asked him to do.

When Benny Hinn had issues with his wife it was for the same reason. When they came back..Benny took ill and almost died. When he got himself back..he reverted to the word and told his wife that ministry and not family comes first to a MOG. Many don't understand this deep Christian truth.

Pastor Chris will never not invite his wife to this wedding. She was even the one who broke the news of the engagement. I did not see her in the pictures online..but someone said she was there. There were many others who were there who have not appeared in the pictures. Time will reveal more.

I can't speak to his politics but his source of wealth is legit. Pastor Tunde Bakare brought Scoda motors to Nigeria many years ago. Sometime in 2012 or so I heard him say he took a loan a few years prior from a bank to purchase a property worth #40M because "he did not have the money" he said. He would later say that same property was resold for #1Billion.

They tend to instill suspicious spirits into their 'clients' leading them to make more enemies than friends. The funny thing being that the ignorant 'deliverees' keep on coming for deliverance for endless years whereas Christ delivered the possessed and oppressed once and for all (except such a one goes back to sin - John 5:14).
