I have an issue thats not related to this thread so I'll apologise for derailing in advance. I no know where else to get quality advice.

I have been with coy X for roughly 3 years, been stagnant with no growth. Few days ago, I received a call from someone, asking if I'll be interested in joining coy Y. I replied in the affirmative. Everything happened so fast and there's an offer on the table that's increasing my current salary by 176% and with a clear chance for career growth.

I have made my intention to resign known to coy X and they are offering to increase current salary by 136% and are virtually pleading I stay, promising growth and all that. Told them to give me sometime to think about it.

Me I need money badly and at the same time, still don't want to leave coy X on a bad note.

When you made ur intention known on pen and paper.. Never look back, and never mention the reason and where you are heading to....The level of OBI-AKPOR in Nigerian work environment is devilish, especially when you are good at your job...No company ever wants to loose a good staff especially to higher paying jobs and they will go to great length to make sure you dont archieve your dream of a higher pay I have heard of cases where they back date sack letter becos of this....You get to the new company and because You dont have a letter of discharge from your previous company your new salary can be slashd by as much as 60%, this will be backed up as company policy in their hand book and you will be promised promotion if you do well in your new position.......Your rat race will now continue....You are about to be set up to loose 2 jobs

Its very possible that cement might sell at #650 sometimes in the future cos everytime i look at AFS of Dangote cement I keep wondering how their revenue is always X2.5 of their cost of sales before we start talking of accounting gimmickry to pay dividend as compared to most companies that at most have 1.3X.....I believe cement is the most profitable business currently in Nigeria and I also believe its the forseeable competition he sees in the future that is spurring him on on refining

The conoil you see on nse has nothing to do with crude oil. Conoil's crude oil personally owned by Adenuga himself (through another company that has conoil as part of its name) and he takes all the profits therefrom.
The only indigenous (nigerian owned) crude oil companies on nse are seplat and oando.

Time will tell, with situation at hand, I strongly believed that it's sustainable, their q2 will speak more for them.
They are one of the stock to watch.
This is how I started advertising northern movement of Dangoteflour at sub #4, Eternal at sub #3, CCNN, Okomo oil etc.
And it come to pass, I don't have much interest in them, but all I know is that the stock has wake up with full force goes by their EPS,
even when one deducted (OCI) other comprehensive income for the year, their EPS after tax still remain over 100% growth compared with their 2017, q1.
I see them heading to northern pole soon, with massive movement after 2018 q2 result. I base my research and my findings, based on fact on the ground, not sentiment.
Go once again, through their 2017 final, and their q1 2018 result. That shows that government has start to favour them with contract, and they are moving.
Their growth in PAT, q1 2018 was above 100% compared with 2017 q1 .

I have noticed that since u started fanning jb flames the price just does not want to drop, i bought first trench by feb @ #23, and i4 just does not want to retest that 23# price again.....I want to load more
