I can still remember when stocks like zenith went as low as #8, Gt as low as #15, Prophets of doom were waiting for zenith @ #5,Only the bold of the bold were buying @ during this period... I've come to understand that during a bull market every1 assume they are in stocks for long term....
Men that bought long during that season I mentioned can now afford to sell a thirld of their stocks saving initial capital and wait for the next GRAND PA BEAR....

I have come to understand that the best investment mind frame for nse is 3yrs........I had this 2 stocks(DF "then Tiger brands" and eterna) in mind this time 3 yrs ago but the sentiments on this forum discouraged me back then, my biggest pain was when one guy made an analyses of why he would buy DF cos Aliko paid #3 while he just paid #1 for the same stock,I was convinced but I did not join the bus.......God knows the fantastically sweet profit I would have been sitting on given the huge funds @ my disposal bck then..... Looking forward I think there are some stocks that might repeat that cycle but I will wait for January b4 I place my bet................................. |

Manonamission: Same thing some folks said when Dangflour reported their first quarterly profit. Seplat's case is even better. It has a positive retained earnings of N83B and earned N6.8B in Q3'17 alone (eps of N12). Barring any disruptions to their operations and the finalization of deals in the pipeline, this company can easily post a eps of N50 by year end 2018.
Again, not a recommendation to BUY. Just analysing result reported. eps of #50.....BLOOD MONEY !!!!!!! |

Born2berich: I remember giving a very strict warning that people should not buy or have anything to do with oando plc... Did they listen? No..
It was obvious that Wale Tinubu the crook has wrecked the company to the point were the real owners can't take it anymore.
If you still have shares in oando despite the numerous warnings here, you only have yourself to blame.
After the lifting of the suspension, watch how people will want to sell off the useless stock, but the question is, who is ready to buy?
Waiting for it at the usual junction. Nna If oando falls heavily to sub #3 I will load heavily on it, I think another cycle of Oando magic is about to take place |

Icon79: Folks, y'all are typical Nigerians. You tend to offer suggestions even before you understand the question.
In order to give a good advice in this case, you gotta understand what s/he meant by the phrase "relocate to Abuja to hustle". I know some hustlers in Abuja and Lagos who makes N80,000 per day. So y'all should hold una fire until he clarifies.
O pari I seriously laugh at the op...To leave heaven and come down to earth to hustle and bustle for ur daily bread....For you to earn 80k in sokoto means u are getting closer to the creme de la creme of d society......If i were d op I would rather save out of my salary and start a mini version of dat lagos/abuja hustle in sokoto. |

Please what your take on this. You can also drop ur employers number and address on the forum, so that there can be win win situation both ways.......but seriously its like u dont enjoy peace of mind, u want to leave heaven and come to join people that wake up every day by 4am and retire to bed at 11:30pm,U want to leave heaven and join a place where u will spend millions just to eat quality food.....Bros its like u dont enjoy looking fresher than ur Age mates........ think twice o!!!!!! |

feelamong: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2017/08/external-reserve-hits-2yr-high-naira-appreciates-nafex/
External reserve hits 2yr high as Naira appreciates in NAFEX
Then nation’s external reserve has risen to a two year high of $31.2 billion even as the naira yesterday appreciated to N367.5 kobo at the Investors & Exporters (I&E) window. Data from the Financial Market Dealers Quote (FMDQ) showed that the indicative exchange rate for the window, also known as, Nigeria Autonomous Foreign Exchange, NAFEX, dropped from N368.17 per dollar on Tuesday to N367.5 per dollar yesterday, translating to 67 kobo appreciation for the naira. This is in contrast to the N1.73 depreciation suffered by the naira in the market in the first two days of the week.
EMEFIELE IS REALLY DOING GOD'S WORK NOW With the dollar price on a downward trend, m thinking its time to start mopping up dollars and wait again for our leaders to get it wrong..... |
