Honestly the journey towards a mastubation free life is not easy. One has to be really determine to overcome it, otherwise you slip right back to square one.
It seems easy at first, but weeks after, the presure begins to build up. The intensity tripples up when you accidentaly view a naked pic hidden somewhere while browsing the net or movie. Almost immediately you will be tormented with flash backs of porn images. Unless one stay firm, the temptation to visit porn sites will definately overtake you. Just like any addiction, an individual will be faced with intense withdrawal pressure. It is these test period that will determine whether you overcome mastubation or not.
The best way to stay away from mastubation is by getting rid of all porn materials. Next is getting really busy. I find house chores to be particular very helpfull because it conditions the body for sleep at night. Ones you are tired, the chances of you dosing off when you hit the bed increases, compared to sleeping late at night. Sleeplesness increases the temptation to mastubate.

Its time Nigerians and Africans in general know that organizations like Amnesty Intl (Amnesty for Terrorist Intl) are nothing but evil neo colonist institutions geared towards further impoverishment of Africa by escalating conflicts. Just a little peak into their records and activities and you will know they are actually merchants of war hiding under the cover of Amnesty organization to spread conflicts throughout the world.
In 2013 terrorist in Syria used chemical weapons. In the process thousands of poeple including children were killed. What did AI do? Nothing. Instead they accused the Syrian government for using chemical weapons without clear evidence. Every Syrian knows that terrorist were behind the attrocities but AI feels otherwise. Isn't it obvious that AI are out to protect Terrorist huh

They are just too quick to overlook despecable attrocities and crimes of terrorist but ever ready to through in Tantrums over alledged crimes by government which in most cases are false.
BTW, how difficult it is for a bunch of terrorist to wear military uniforms and carry out despecable crimes infront of camera to discredit government huh

Thats no big deal. Terrorist organizations like Alqaeda, Taliban, ISIS, and Boko Haram love killing people infront of camera. Their evil videos are all over Youtube.
AI should rather go and charge George Bush and Tony Blair for crimes against humanity first before they will be taken serious.

Personaly I don't give a damm whether Buhari has a House in Abuja or not. I don't care whether he has only 150 or 2000 cows. That is he's business not mine. But what I do know is this: Buhari is a Multi Billionaire. He may not show it through affluence but that is the FACT. There are many others like him who are extremely rich but do not show it. Infact looking at some of them physicaly you will think they are beggers. But just take a peak into their bank accounts and you will be shock to your bones at the number of zeros you will see. That is life people. These guys are not show offs.

BTW how many poor people can send their kids to universities in London huh

How many poor people can rent a N20 million/year appartment in Asokoro huh

How many poor people can even afford to live in an Affluent place like Asokoro huh

How many poor people have wives who wear N10 million wrist watches huh

Or how many poor people can contest Presidential elections 4 times! huh
