How will you advise a beginner to start with C++? Python is good to start with after which you go into Javascript.. Softhands: From what I know now, Start with Python, then C++ and the move to JavaScript... Big companies will be running after you in no time. |

Not fighting bro, just cant imagine someone coming from nowhere making unnecessary reports. And to the bolded, that's the Koko.. But seriously this wait is so frustrating. My application is over 5months now. My JOB has been the one distracting me tho, if not. I would have stormed their office at Anifowose VI(My app is being processed in Lagos). And to the fishy documents, I do not think so, I personally didn't submit any fraudulent document, In fact all my submitted documents were all original, including my Dad and Mum birth certificate(U can imagine), so I do not think all JUNE/JULY have suspicious documents, am suspecting its cos of that Bio metrics stuff they did during that period. We shall testify one day if not soon, cos this tingy is taking forever. Peace 042viber12: Makano, it's okay...no need for the fight...we have better things to worry about...this is nothing..banned 2days or 1week, who cares?...all we need is approvals...still trying to get wat sleekysoft said about his gcms...is it that the whole of june, july, August have fishy docs...cos I don't get wat the whole delay is.... Waec didn't take this long.. |

I have been dishing information on this particular thread for over a year, and I have never for any reason been banned once. But I got ma 1st ban, thanks to ur unnecessary report. So many folks do advertise here and also derail the thread by posting off topics, you didn't report that. But you can report someone that innocently advised someone to do away with her personal details from preying eyes.. U try wella, Mr Reporter.. TheCongo2: No need for wahala. I didn't report the post 2 days ago but instead less than 12 hours ago. So if you were banned for 2 days then it is obvious you have done something else It is for you to find out what you have done
Thanks for the embarrassment |

So you were the one that reported me and got me banned for 2 days just cos I advised chiamaka18 to put down her post cos it contains so much of her personal stuff. No be ur fault. I am not kuku paid for the voluntary service I am doing here.. So no wahala.. Its obvious you dont even know what kinda post u should be reporting.. If you are not familiar with the terms here, u can ask questions or keep mute.. TheCongo2: No to worry now. Everything is gone. If you ever want someone else post deleted, you just have to click on report under the post |

Kindly take this off this thread... It contains so much of ur personal details,You dont need to put it up here for the world to see. If u want anybody to review ur SOP, U CAN KINDLY PM any of the gurus to assist u in doing that.. Peace Chiamaka18: SUPPORTING LETTER FOR VISA APPLICATION Dear Visa Section My name is Eze Chiamaka Jennifer, born on 18th of July 1994 in Anambra State, Nigeria. I am the third Child in my family and I live with every member of my family in Nigeria. This Visa Application is made in good faith to study in Canada. I have been accepted into Confederation College in Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada to study Human Resource Management. I wish to apply for a study visa. Studying abroad has been a dream for me but my mother insisted I acquire the basic education from our own country (Nigeria) so as to understand the background and ethnics of the Nigerian culture. During my undergraduate program, I participated in a few conferences that talked about studying overseas, organized by my University (Kwara State University), gaining a certificate in Career Fair and Exhibition. In the course of this conference; I picked interest to study in Canada. Human resource management is the strategic approach to the effective management of organization of workers so that they help the business gain a competitive advantage.
The interest to study Human resource Management began shortly after I was employed by a Real Estate firm called Nat Okoli and Associates to perform administrative roles. The sole responsibility of managing the company’s workers and helping the business achieve a competitive advantage rested on me. I was able to manage people within the organization, overseeing our employee benefits, employee recruitments, trainings, development and bringing more record of sales than before. My decision to study human resources steams from my interest and future plans, that is, I would like to pursue a career in human resource management and not exclusive to a particular organization which expands my future career options. This will place me to work in a leading firm that places priority and professionalism and leads such organization towards attainment of set goals by making use of knowledge gained as well as experience. For this reason, I chose to further my education in human resources as this will give me a greater opportunity to apply for a wider range of position on my return to Nigeria. The course I have chosen is a post graduate programme and an academic progression from my Bachelors programme in Linguistics which has provided me the requisite foundation in engaging and understanding human behaviour as well as fortified me with good communication skills, personal communication as well as organization communication skills, bearing in mind that the importance of proper communication in the business environment cannot be over-emphasized. I have worked in a medium enterprise since graduating which did not offer any scope for career advancement or the opportunity to experience global business activity. It is my fervent desire to work within a multi-national company in Nigeria that offers the scope to advance to senior management positions. My choice of course has been made with this in mind with the full support of my family. Canada has a well-known education system with qualifications valued around the globe. Canada is known to have a high reputation of friendliness and political stability which makes studying an excellent opportunity to develop my language skills, explore the country’s social and cultural environment and boost my prospect for an interesting career. Canada has a highly diverse population, resulting in a rich and vibrant cultural scene and I am excited to experience this new country and its culture. I choose to study in Canada to expand my knowledge with a post graduate degree in human resource management. My chosen college which is Confederation College was made after extensive research where I considered various institutions such as Conestoga College, Niagara College and Cambridge college who all offered similar programs but I choose confederation college because of the specialized cooperative program and location, and I received detailed information from the college about the course and content; and this information was received in a swift and exemplary manner. They have also dealt with all my questions swiftly and professionally and I am confident I have made a wise choice. On my return to Nigeria having completed my course I can compete strongly in the job market. In particular with multinationals that are looking for highly educated individual with an international education with skills such as team work, negotiating and independent activities to progress in a long term career are keyed along with the specialist knowledge I will gain. Starting salaries for such openings commence from $1400 - $1800 a month and are expected to double within one or two years. This makes the investment in my education very worthwhile. Nigeria with its present market has an increasing demand for Human Resource personnel. Furthering my education in this discipline is of uttermost importance, as it will equip me with a broad knowledge of the market. Doing so will also enable me to have better chances of securing a great job on my return to Nigeria. I communicate fluently, I am self-motivated, and a creative person. I am dynamic and strive to do my best to become a result oriented person and my approach to thinking is always positive. I am extremely flexible and can turn myself to any corner and phase at any time period. To be quite clear, I am choosing Canada for my post graduate study and on completion, it is my sole intention to return home. Throughout my stay in Canada, all expenses will be covered by my family. Documents testifying to this ability to financially support me have been uploaded as part of this visa application. My Acceptance letter from Confederation College states that the program starts by January 7th 2019 and I am expected to resume before this date. Thank you very much for your consideration and I firmly believe my application meets the entire requirement for a study visa. Sincerely, |

Gm All, But honestly speaking, Whats really going on? So many May/June/July applicants have not gotten any updates on their applications and we are going into the second week of December, by the 3rd week this cic people will start going for Winter break and will probably resume by next year which means most of the May/June/July applicants wont resume this January again after deferring their admission from September. Is it that these VOs are intentionally not responding to Nigeria applicants that applied between May to July? Cos as we all know September, October and November Applicants are already getting Updates. I was thinking all along that this Study Permit stuff is a First come first serve tingy, but with what is happening now, that is not the case at all. Its really frustrating and annoying waiting this long, sending them several mails and up till this moment no updates of any kind, Its not that my life is tied to this Canada stuff cos I am working full time (Which is big distraction from all this rubbish wait) but i just had to say this cos its really getting out of hand and nobody is doing anything about it, they (CIC) are not even telling us anything about why their is delay in the MAY/JUNE/ JULY applications. All I know is that this people(CIC) should just compensate every applicant that have waited over 5 Months with an approval, cos thats the only genuine thing that can make us feel very great. For them to keep us this long, they shouldnt even think of a refusal. If by Month end I dont receive my approval, then............... Let me keep that to myself.. It shall end in praise. Peace |

Congrats in advance, it will drop in no time. When did u apply? abethatguy: Hello guys, I am posting from Senegal but need help and advice if that's okay.
So I linked my application to GC key a while ago, but today it says "WE ARE REVIEWING YOUR MEDICAL RESULTS"
I have not even gotten a medical request nor have I done medicals
What does this mean? |
Travel › Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by makano: 7:00pm On Dec 03, 2018 |
If you go very early, you can do ur medicals even without any appointment, reason is cos not everybody that got appointment that day will come for medicals. As we all know, many people take appointment in advance even tho their medical mail hasnt dropped yet, so u can be lucky if you get there very early. One question plis, when did u apply for ur study Permit? ify85: Hello Nairalanders,
I just got medical request; please how do I go about it Firstly, I called Q-Life family clinic for appointment and they said their next appointment date is in February. Please I want to know if we can go without any appointment. Secondly, I am pregnant and I don't know if I will be allowed to complete my medical because of X- ray exposure. Thirdly, what is the cost medical examination for children under 5 years? |

Did you get any email notification as regrds this “we are reviewing the results of your medical exams”. ? Adebayo2296: Gurus in the house! Someone who hasn’t done Medicals, saw “we are reviewing the results of your medical exams”. Pls what does it mean and what can she do.
2. Her profile went from background check processing, to Eligibility review processing. Does that mean she has passed the two stages. No updates was sent and no email.
3. Can she go ahead with Medicals?
Thanks |
