I will have that information by Monday. I updated my phone when the battery was 60% . I will discharge it to 10% before I charge tomorrow.
Can you give more updates on the battery performance on the 8.2.2? I wish to upgrade but your previous comments on the battery performance deterred me.

Thanks.

Ango Abdullahi is not a wise man. I've heard him speak up close a couple of times.

Unfortunately, most northerners reason like he does, hence the backwardness!

But Nigerians can be funny.

Why do we glorify inanities so much?

I mean, every topic on bbnaija makes front page back to back, while impactful threads go unnoticed.

I'm happy for Efe and the entire HMs, but for a show that adds no value outside of "entertainment", the attention is just too much. If we made half these efforts to educate the people, Nigeria would have been much better off for it.

You get locked up for days and do nothing but sleep, eat, gist and play and then get celebrated as though you won the nobel.

Lol. Bros mi, no be my fault o. It's just that I never really thought much of the phones coming out from China hitherto.

My only experience with a chinko phone was the tecno camon c9 I bought last year due to the hype surrounding the camera. After buying it, I discovered that it's a worthless piece of shit! I used it alongside the Samsung nonetheless.

Getting this, I can say for sure that they are worth the hype in full and more. I used to think only huawei could be this good.

It's a shame, bro. Forums help shape learning and information, but with Nairaland, the opposite is true. If it were some worthless threads like the bbnaija ones, it'd have long made FP.

Here's a thread that could refine perspectives, yet it isn't worth kobo to them.

Unna Xiaomi people, well done o. So I ordered the Xiaomi redmi note 4x for a lady friend through Protein0 and took delivery of the phone today. I must confess that it feels sturdy. I may end up giving her my S6 Edge and use this one instead.

I ordered the black color and it makes the S6E look like the design was done by an amateur, in spite of its own stunning feel. I am impressed.

if the northern elites will have the liver to tell themselves the truth and stop using islam as a tool for achieving power and pay more attention to the education and economic well being of their people, their may be hope for the North.
The realities of the north is beginning to hit them. The earlier they accept this as the gospel truth, the better for them. I hope it does not end up costing his life. Cos the way those extremists carry religion for head no be here.

PoliticsRe: If Nigeria Is Broken Into Components, Northern Nigeria Will Be Poorest- Sanusi by malton:
LordAdam16:
I hope they don't assassinate Emir Sanusi.

The most forward-thinking and liberal first-class Emir in Nigeria. Not that conservative Sultan of the Caliphate. Unfortunately, until a liberal assumes control of the Caliphate, the North would remain like it is.

Sanusi should continue on his mission tho'. Islam should not be an excuse for a poverty and backward mindset. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Morocco, Algeria, Oman are all Islamic republics, and while they may not be the beacon of liberalization; have made positive steps towards global inclusiveness and their economies and their people are reaping the benefits.

For example, "Jordan has one of the highest female literacy rates in the Middle East at 97.3%; females achieve higher grades than males in all levels of education, and more than half the student body in Jordanian Universities is female."

While the Arabs are excelling in science, arts, economy, finance; the Ummah in Nigeria prefer to only accept the disturbing influence and ignore the liberating influence.

-Lord
The truth is a bitter pill to swallow, especially for most northerners. I fear for his life as well, because those animals people don't value human life one bit.
But I'd rather dwell on the premise that knowing more is better. What they do afterwards is their palaver. At least the man has done his part.

The truth is Islam, as practiced in Northern Nigeria, does not encourage strength in knowledge, wealth, and health. For them, it's all religiosity. Nobody cares about anything else so long as you own a kettle and perform ablution. Some of them hold onto the statements of the Prophet that suggest poor people will enter Paradise before the rich.

Some of the major reasons why the northern Muslims are backward are grip of extreme religious leaders, who keep poor Muslims away from the mainstream and from thinking about anything. Then there is political opportunism.

Generally, radical Islam never encouraged scientific knowledge. Those countries you mentioned are extremists liberated by a wealth of natural resources, something northern Nigeria cannot boast of.

The beauty of Islam is seen mainly in Senegal and the Yoruba land. But from. Okene right down to Zamfara, it's extremism at best, barbarism at worst.
PoliticsRe: If Nigeria Is Broken Into Components, Northern Nigeria Will Be Poorest- Sanusi by malton:
Built2last:
Factual reality

What the Emir said is the greatest fear of the north. A lot of deluded Northerners think that finding oil in the North or Chad Basin will automatically emancipate North from their abject poverty and penury. Far from it.The North is suffering from Poverty of the mind. Should Nigeria Divide today. The crime rate in Northern Nigeria will soar to 80% in six months. Almost all Northern states depend on fed allocations from the center for survival. They have produced the worst leadership in human history. A typical Northerner thinks He is more religious than a Turkish Muslim simply because He wears suit. Go to Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco. These nations have remained afloat despite all challenges because their mind is open. Till today states in the north ceremoniously or secretly burn western books.

I remember reminding a class mate who told me that alcohol is a No No in most states of the North. I said really. And so I asked. The government collects tax from Nigerian breweries. ..British American Tobacco, Start Larger Beer etc. This tax collected is distributed down North and your leaders never seperate or reject the money because it's unclean. Poverty of the mind is irredeemable if the sufferers never acknowledge it's a problem...Imagine Kano rejecting the building of a film school. A vision any state in the south will jump at. This economic dichotomy between tge North and South will continue to engender social inequality, Hunger and depredations in years to come.
Thank you!

If your friend doesn't have anything doing at this moment, he should take the job.

He should consider it as an opportunity to gain some experience and a chance to grow.

Success comes in phases; not everyone makes the jump to a dream start.

Slow and steady wins the race sometimes. He should work and improve himself while at it.

All the best!

Nna, I understand your point. But unless you possess the ability to move biafra land to another geographical location, getting biafra will not save you from these monsters. If you decide to maintain your own space, you will be leaving even fewer people to fight and overcome them. That way, they may get to your land a lot faster.

Your comments about the northerners always come off as condemnatory. It's almost as if you have nothing but hate toward them. That's what I feel isn't healthy.

"You northerners"? What does that even mean? Blaad, I'm from Plateau State and do not share many commonalities with those up north, especially in reasoning. I've been very critical of their behaviors and tendencies.

Your assertions hold true, nonetheless.
