Okay, the job can be a tie. His dad can sponsor his vacation. He can add employment letter and pay slips.

At 31 years old, he clearly not a dependent. So he should rather develop a strong tie to Nigeria. With a bank account of N100K is not strong. His father sending documents etc to support his application will not help matters or will it convince the EO.
