I hate seeing videos like this, where are they running to? where are the youths in that community

I know I've been engrossed in many unsavory ethnic banters on here against the Yorubas (mostly done in casual jest and defence of my Igbo brothers), but the Igboho situation that just played out has taught me a very serious lesson. Typically a news of this nature would have seen me opening numerous threads to mock the Yorubas considering how they did likewise to the Igbos when Kanu escaped from the military invasion of his residence back in 2017...its no news how Yorubas went to town with it calling Kanu a coward and making countless memes and jokes about it... But I'll never be that petty to tow that line of mocking Igboho and yorubas at large because truth has finally hit me in the face... in truth while we (Yorubas and Igbos) are shamelessly and foolishly insulting ourselves here... the North are on the side laughing at our stupidity while instigating the two most prominent and successful ethnic groups in Nigeria (Yorubas and Igbos) to keep tearing at each other, the North have mastered the art of pretending to be the "dumb Aboki" as we ignorantly stereotype them to be, but in truth they Northerners are FAR SMARTER THAN us Southerners.


Yorubas and Igbos are the most successful tribes in Nigeria in the context of education, global accomplishments, music, arts, sports/entertainment, technology, IT etc in fact name any field of accomplishment and you will see Yorubas and Igbos heavily representing... Go to the diaspora and the story is the same. So if this is the case, how and why have these two Southern giants failed the greater South so badly? I know Yorubas and Igbos have a history of bad blood, mistrust, and political dichotomies mainly triggered during the Zik/Awo era and also the Nigerian civil war... but all these are misunderstandings of the past, why can't we just shake hands, make peace and move on? I guess that will never happen in our lifetime but it's sad to see how the North are easily taking the South to the cleaners and we just sheepishly do nothing about it. The ones that are at least trying to resist the Northern hegemony and oppression (Nnamdi Kanu and Sunday Igboho) are now been hounded by the North, and instead of us to unite and back this men notwithstanding their flaws, we are still tearing each other down to the pleasure of the Northern cabals.


On a final note I'll leave this question to you as I leave you all to reflect... how come the Federal government haven't this this much resources, time and dedication towards arresting far more dangerous characters like Sheik Gumi who is an unapologetic terrorist apologist and negotiator? how come the Nigerian government didn't put all this resources that they are unleashing on Kanu and Igboho towards taking out Shekau all this while? isn't it weird that a terrorist group like ISWAP had to do the job the Federal government failed for decades to do in killing Shekau?

Southerners THINK TNINK THINK!!! To go school and amass all the degrees doesn't make you smart, maybe it's time we accept the hard but incontrovertible truth that we aren't as smart and sophisticated as we think we are... the North are the chess masters of this game, and we are unfortunately just the pawns.


More power to Nnamdi Kanu and Sunday Igboho in this period of tribulation, this too shall pass.

BREAKING: Police Kill Two, Injure Many Others During Illegal Raid On Oyo Community

At least two persons have been killed by policemen during a midnight raid on Ajaawa community, Ogo Oluwa Local Government of Oyo state.

The chairman of the council, Seun Ojo disclosed this in a Save Our Soul (SOS) message to the Inspector General of Police on Tuesday.

Ojo asked the police boss to save the council headquarters and the adjoining villages from attacks by policemen.

He explained that one person named “Ade master” is suspected to have connived with some powerful interests to instigate the violent attacks, using the said officers.

The council boss added that the raid of Ajaawa community disrupted its peace and left residents scampering into the bush.

He said, “I address you today in respect of an unusual happening at the Headquarters of Ogo Oluwa Local Government, Ajaawa.

“Early this morning, around 1am, I was woken up by frantic calls from many people in Ajaawa, following sporadic gunshots that left the town terrified from midnight of Monday, July 28.

“Following quick checks by my office and the office of the Alajaawa (traditional ruler of the community), it was confirmed that the sporadic gunshots and direct shootings into some homes were carried out by some men of the Nigeria Police, who had invaded Ajaawa for no clear reasons.

"We were told that the team came from Abuja, supposedly from the office of the Inspector General of Police.

“It was confirmed that the team made bookings at the office of the Area Commander in Owode, Ogbomoso, and at the office of the Divisional Police Officer, in Ajaawa, so we had no doubt that they were men of the Nigeria Police.

“We were, however, more than baffled that men of the Nigeria Police would invade a community, unleash sporadic gunshots and cause tension and panic, even loss of lives.

“As we speak, at least two persons were confirmed dead from the sporadic gunshots fired by the police team members while at least 10 persons have been confirmed to sustain various degrees of injuries.

"The final number of the injured is actually being put together as we speak since I had to hurriedly leave the council to make this report here in Ibadan.”

Ojo called on the IGP, whose office is being dragged into the illegal act, to investigate the lawless men and bring the culprits to justice.

“I am, therefore, using this medium to send a Save Our Soul (SOS) to the Inspector General of Police(IGP), whose office is being dragged into an act we consider lawless and one which cannot be defended by any aspect of our lawbooks.

“Our people are at a loss as to why law enforcement officers would invade a community in such a commando-like manner and unleash Mayhem, leading to a situation where members of the community had to take refuge in the forest even in the dead of the night.

"As we speak, the local government headquarters in Ajaawa is deserted, just as schools as many of our people have relocated to nearby towns.

“A number of our people are of the view that the raid may not be unconnected with the decision of some youths to sack a shrine which belonged to one 'Ade Master,' something that took place when an SPU Policeman attached to him killed a member of the community.

"It will interest you to note that the said Ade Master is being linked to kidnapping and disappearance of innocent persons in the area in recent times.

“Could it be that some persons are not happy that our youths sacked the shrine and stopped the possible use of the area to perpetrate nefarious activities? Could it be that some forces are trying to instigate the Police against innocent people of Ajaawa community and disrupt the peace of the area for their selfish and nefarious reasons?

“Why would the police invade a community and unleash violence in the dead of the night? This and many questions have been agitating our minds since the violence broke in the midnight yesterday.

“Let me use this medium to equally call on the IGP, the Commissioner of Police, Oyo State and all law enforcement officers to please join hands to ensure peace in our local government area and our state.

"We have all seen and are proud of the service delivery efforts of Governor Seyi Makinde aimed at developing the state,” he said.

Abeg hate the North or love them, but you've got to give it to them, those desert-dwelling sons of biTches are the masters of the South, they learned the good old classic art of "Divide and conquer" from their British protegies who taught them how to play the game.

Honestly I'm cold to anything Nigeria at this point, I thank God I'm based in Yankee with most of my family members so it's so refreshing that I'm safely tucked away from that mental institution of a country. Right now most of my investments back home are 100% in the East, then in Ghana which I've adopted as my second home courtesy of my Ghanaian fiancé, with this I have absolute peace of mind... and whenever I see the news timeline of bandit attacks, ISWAP and BH attacks etc ravaging the North with all the deaths and destruction, I just treat me with the same nonchalance as me taking a sh*t early in the morning-with no bleeps given.

If a new leader is indeed appointed to take over the reins of the now leader-less organization should first or all calm app frayed nerves and reassure the people through a well prepared public address that everything is still in order, and the struggle has not in any way be hampered by the present dilemma. Secondly the new leader should be carefully selected with no haste or emotions- a young, well polished, mild-mannered and tactful character with a deep sense of diplomatic skills should fit the bill perfectly.

Lastly the existing and quite honestly absurd IPOB Ideology of a Biafra that includes non-Igbo minorities in the present South South should also be dumped and a new manifesto that will take shape and make public should an agitation for based strictly on the threshold of a pure Igbo nation consistng of the 5 South Eastern states, parts of Delta North (exclusively the Enuani/Oshimili axis), and then the Egbema/Obigbo axis of Rivers state ONLY. This new manifesto will be of course be approved as a mandate by only intellectuals in Igboland... and the new leader must reform IPOB into a more grassroot organization with significant political bearings in the various local government areas of the SE, then work its way from the local government to the various houses of assembly across the SE geopolitical zone... once IPOB is entrenched as a powerful blueprint and tool for massive political mobilization in the East as opposed to just been just a radical group that thrives in hate speeches and other needless incitements of violence, it will be an instant game changer in the struggle for Biafra and since Buhari has barely two years left to vacate Aso rock back to Daura, there's a very promising opportunity that the newly elected president in 2023( hopefully a Southerner) will be more sympathetic to the Biafran agitation if the new leadership of IPOB uses its political structure to good use to lobby support from the new Nigerian government that will emerge in 2023.

This could mean one of two things.

1. Beneath the uneasy calm in the East lies a storm that is gathering and will blow up soon

2. Igbos are just tired of the mindless killings, tension, and unbridled fanaticism that have bedeviled the peace and serenity of the East...these people are tired of it all and just want to make their money in peace.

Just learned from some sources that Kanu was indeed arrested in Cameroon where he was liasing with the Ambazonian forces... what is to come won't be funny, I suspect a volunteer force of very well armed and equipped ESN/Ambazonian militias will soon start hitting major infrastructures in Nigeria (no part is safe) really hard (watch out for the Cross river/Bakassi border areas) cause those areas will be a beehive of heavy guerrilla movements...
