Christianity Etc › Does Witchraft Exist? by manosteel(op): 7:32pm On Jul 17, 2010
I do not believe in witchcraft but does that mean it does not exist? some say it is superstitious believe especially those that came from the other side of the world. There has been accusation and counter accussation on who is a witch and who is not, fortunately or unfortunately, our legal system does not recognized witchraft, as there is always not enough evidence to prove its existence and how it affects man.

Dear friends, please let us move away from ethnic sentiment and prejudice, and join hands to build a great Nigeria that will be the envy of other nations. If the best is from the south, East, North or West, so be it. We are one Nation, one people.
Politics › Re: Kalu Declares For Pdp by manosteel(m): 12:09am On Jul 14, 2010
@seanet02, it is like you hate the Ibos. The tone of your post shows it.You used so many abusive words in your post. PPA is not Ibo party. Dr Orji Uzo Kalu did not win Abia state governorship election under PPA umbrella. He left PDP to form PPA when his relationship with the former president Olusegun Obasanjo got soured and deteriorated. In Nigeria, we have seen so many party cross-carpetting by politician, Kalu is not the only one. Of recent, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar tried a come-back to PDP from AC, but was denied registration in his ward. It is nolonger news that Mohammadu Buhari had dump ANPP and the list goes on. I think, this is our own type of democracy, afterall, democracy is all about freedom of speech, movement, association, expression etc.

Thanks guyz for the advice, i will weigh my options to decide which one to go for. I will also advise anyone in my field to go for IT knowdge. I work for a company and i know the challenges i face on daily bases. Machines are getting more and more sophiscated, computerized and automated, and one needs to be well grounded in IT both hardware and software to be able to have a good grip on them. @builder, i would like to have those materials, if possible, e-book or handout on prince2 or ITIL. manijoe@live.com is my mail address.

''Fifa endorses new Nff Board'' I can see the hand of Amos Adamu here, the man nicknamed mr fixit. Though he may not be clean in some of his dealings, a country should not lack people like him, who knows how to get things done,  especially, in time like this when it matters most.

Sports › Re: Fifa Give Nigeria 48 Hours Ultimatum To Reverse Ban. by manosteel(m): 2:44pm On Jul 02, 2010
Many years now, Nigerians have been complaining on the rate of corruptions in our glass house and the way our football is being run, what has Fifa done about it? rather, they chose to turn their blind eye to it while our FG continues to play by the rule. Fifa should know that in Nigeria, it is the FG that fund the FA unlike in the West, Isn't that seen as goverment interference? they Fifa should also know that many of her FA officials are hidding under the so called Fifa rule to carry out their corrupt acts, knowing fully well that if the goverment interfere, Fifa will raise her big hammer. The truth is that, all is not well with our football house, and since Fifa do not have rule to checkmate the excesses of her officials, it is high time someone stepped in to stem this cankerworm eating deep our football house before it spreads further and cause a complete system failure.
Politics › Re: Is Goodluck Jonathan A Megalomaniac: Bans Super Eagles For 2 Years! by manosteel(m): 10:09pm On Jul 01, 2010
@macfarland, that was a masterpiece. It is just that some people are so crazy about football such that even if our glass house is being run by baboons, they do not care.
Politics › Re: Is Goodluck Jonathan A Megalomaniac: Bans Super Eagles For 2 Years! by manosteel(m): 9:52pm On Jul 01, 2010
One thing is clear, it is the federal goverment that fund the NFF, the FG knows the fifa rule, and they tried as much as they can to abide by the rule by not interfering with the FA. suffice to say that over the years, things have deteriorated from bad to worst in our football house due to corruptions, financial misapropriations and scandals, etc. the FG cannot sit down and watch,it is only the insane will continue to embark on a fruiltless venture and continue to do the same old mistake over and over again. I think it is high time the FG stepped in with a big stick, butt out as many that are responsible for this mess we found our self, and restructure our football house.
Politics › Re: I Was Not Banned From The Us : Aaadonkaa by manosteel(m): 11:33pm On Jun 29, 2010
This man cannot be trusted, he talks from both sides of the mouth. He was appointed Minister of justice but he changed his porfolio to Minister of injustice. For about three months,Yaradua was sick, hospitalized in Saudi and there was nobody incharge. Things became stagnant, everyone was on his own and hardship increases. This man was busy deceiving himself, the cabinet and the country while his children were living outside the country, schooling in the best school and living comfortably buying houses. As if that was not enough, when our own dear Akunyili decided to speak out, he Aaadonkaa threatened fire and brinestone.Infact, US should give him visa, let him leave our Nigera for us.
Politics › Re: 2011: Babangida To Set Up Offices In 32 States by manosteel(m): 11:00pm On Jun 29, 2010
Did IBB forget something in Aso Rock? na wetin this man wan come do again for God sake! Yes he is a Nigerian, he has the right to contest but in this present Nigeria, when everyone is praying to move forward, i do not think we need people like IBB. There are so many unanswered questions surrounding his 8yrs rule: The missing gulf war oil money, June 12, Delegiwa, the 1984 coup etc.
Sports › Re: Osaze Odemwingie Blasts Kanu Captaincy by manosteel(m): 10:40pm On Jun 29, 2010
Osaze odewingie is a good player no doubt and i would want him to play for super eagle for a long time. The way he is going, i can see that he is putting his national career on the live line. He should ask players like Sunday Oliseh, Emeka Ezeugo, Taribo West, Victor Agali etc, what it means to speak out. He was in the forefront of the players who spoke out against Amodu as a coach, saying that Amodu team is predictable. When Largaback was contracted, he spoke in his favour, saying Oyibo na Oyibo only for him to wake up one morning to say that it was a big mistake by the NFF to hire Largaback. The next day, it was against his deputy captain Yobo, Today it is against  Kanu, criticizinghis leadership and his competency. I think at this point, somebody should call him to order.
Sports › Re: Government To Disband Eagles by manosteel(m): 12:10am On Jun 25, 2010
Oga minister leave the eagles alone, you know nothing about football. It is high time we did the right thing and allow professionals to run our football. Our FA and sports ministry are being run by politicians, bussiness men, ex-military etc. and the result have been high level looting, corruption and colossal failure.
Politics › Re: Aondokaa, barred From Entering The United States by manosteel(m): 11:42pm On Jun 24, 2010
The evil that men do lives after them. Aondokaa is poisonous to any society, he has been banned by USA, very soon he will be ban in Nigeria because, he is not qualified to benefit from the dividend of democracy of the present administration. He can as well go with Yaradua, who cares.

Sports › Re: Nigeria Can Still Qualify, Yes We Can by manosteel(m): 11:11pm On Jun 17, 2010
I saw it all. What Kaita did was completely unwarranted and unprofessional. I think, that was the most stupid thing for anyone to do. He went for the ball as well as the Greek player Vasila Torosidi but the Greek player won the ball and he decided to kick the player perhaps out of frustration or tiredness. Yes offcourse, the Greek player dramatised it by falling down and rolling to the ground so as to attract the attention of the referee and it payed off.

Politics › Re: Chris Okotie Joins Presidential Race. . . Again?! by manosteel(m): 12:21am On Jun 16, 2010
@mama-gee. I guess you are talking out of ignorant. To start with, Chris Okotie is a Nigerian,he has the right to aspire for any position of his choice, the right to vote and to be voted for. Suffice to say that, if there is anybody who entered the ministry for money, Pastor Chris can not be said to be one of them. He is a law graduate and while in school as a student, he released his first album that sold millons of copies all over the world which eventually propelled him into limelight. His music then became the favourite of every TV and radio station in Nigeria and abroad. In his early 20s, he was already a millionaire, travelling all over the world. Immediately after his second album,he announced that he would nolonger continue his music career, that he had been called by God and since then, he had never looked back.SO saying that he came out of nowhere, is unacceptable.

Politics › Re: Bukhari Bello Is New INEC Boss by manosteel(m): 12:37am On Jun 10, 2010
I think Kobikwelu was right. From a reliable source, it was gathered that the idea of appointing Akunyili as INEC boss was dropped when Mr President was advised by the big guns in PDP that Akunyili as INEC boss would be very difficult to manage and might end up conducting an election independent mindedly.

Politics › Re: 2011: Aondoakaa Backs Jonathan, No One Can Stop Jonathan by manosteel(m): 9:21pm On Jun 08, 2010
Aondoankaa again, the former minister for injustice, the man who talks from both sides of the mouth, and the man who was almost beaten by our own dear Akunyili. No, it must be lie. From an impicable source, we were told that he went with Yaradua to,  , But should he try to play Cat of Nine life, i suggest that the presidential advisory council should banish him to exile because, he is not qualified to stay in the country and benefit from Jonathans dividend of democracy.
