kasay:Your questions were so premeptive and on the spot, I mean for someone who said this comos: [size=16pt]Fashola brought in Bi-Courtney beacuse of political reasons. |
We need someone to unearth where the NL wailers also meet and the original identities of the wailers ![]() |
comos: OMG!!!! I've had it. I never knew I was discussing with an infant mentality. |
@OP, 1. Salaries are paid on pro-rata basis. 2. You most likely were not cheated 3. Have you factored tax deductibles? |
comos:Bros, 1. My "level of mentality" (maturity I guess you meant) is at way beyond yours 2. Unfortunately, it's here you're immature, ignorant or lacking in understanding. The FG that sacked Bi-Courtney created a complicated situation, Bi-Courtney took them to court........., creating a messed-up arrangement, RCC and Julius Berger are owed contract fees. 3. Considering the hurried rate GEJ rushed the duo to continue the project, as he was using it as a campaign reference (another absurdity), there was bound to be complications and why the project cannot continue immediately 4. Have you not heard where Fashola called Bi-Courtney, Julius Berger and RCC to settle out of court, so that the project can continue........ You simply left me to waste a little time explaining what is in the public space to you. Is that the level of your "mentality"? |
comos:300 cartons |

cuteboy2:Bros, get your facts right or else you rubbish your intent 1. Ooni was at the recent coronation of the Olu of Warri. - http://thenationonlineng.net/new-olu-of-warri-crowned-with-pomp/ 2. SLS visited Oba of Lagos - https://www.thecable.ng/gallery/emir-of-kano-visits-oba-of-lagos 3. SLS visted Alafin of Oyo - https://www.nairaland.com/1918609/photos-emir-kano-visits-alaafin 4. SLS visited Awujale - http://dailyindependentnig.com/2014/09/emir-kano-praises-oba-lagos-awujale-ijebuland/ 5. SLS visted Oshiomole 6. Obi of Onitsha visited El rufai - http://www.nationalhelm.com/2016/01/governor-nasir-el-rufai-receives-obi-of.html |
Marotzke:1. I couldn't help but laugh at your view point. You're entitled to it and I'm not even taking you on that 2. Your advise is good. On a Yoruba-Igbo friendly thread, we had suggested Unity within, and consequently marshal a plan for the East. This should then inform the basis of your Industry, Polity and Commonwealth. 3. Hating on Fashola, Tinubu, Ooni, Obasanjo and co is just a needless distraction if you ask me. |
comos:Is that your headache? ha! I will advise you to go and stock our room with pile loads of paracetamol o |
greenpasture:1. You know we are our worst enemies. Imagine how this degenerated into a tribal contest.......meccuno: The group of people that won't like this are 1. Boko Haram 2. The White Man 3. The Tribes Who Don't Like Anything Igbo 4. People Who Don't Want The Progress Of Nigeria............but why do we still use alpha jets? When there are f15 and f16s.....?? @ least we can start from there!! Very soon, innoson would start manufacturing air craftsI don't think we should wax ethnic on this issue - but rather be proud that NIGERIA is developing local capacity. Proforce which is located in the SW is also producing personnel carriers and MRV's for the army. A great development. Let's celebrate this. South Africa are way ahead of us on this but we can catch up. 2. I am with you on this line of thought. I once related a story of how China, had bought a decomissioned Carrier from Ukraine and reverse-engineered it, today, China is testing a second home-built Carrier. India has leveraged from IT expertise to virtually everything you can think of. India few years ago lauched their first home-built fighter Jet 3. Innosson had been around since 1982/83, Proforce had been building Bullion Vans and Bullet proof cars for banks and security outfits....these shouldn't go to waste or not be fully exploited 4. We have smart guys in Nigerian Army Engineers(NAE) and Nigerian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers(NAEME) who should continue this partnership with private companies like Innosons and Proforce and the likes. 5. We need to set 10year plan of building the first made in Nigeria Jets, Amoured Tanks etc |
On my recent road trip from Lagos to Kogi state (about 700km), I encountered only 2 stretches of what you will refer to as manageable 1. Ilesha - Akure - which is not even dualised 2. The abandoned Redeem to Christopher University - A stretch of about 25KM Isn't this a call for concern ![]() |
chudionu58:like Lagos Ibadan expressway? |
Ephemmm:1. @Comos, please stop lying or saying what you don't knowcomos: :It took your ineffectual buffon 6 years as President and 2 years VP to do that. However, who told you that Sagamu interchange to RCCG has been completed? You need to wake up from your slumber. 2. I just had a road trip all the way from Lagos to Ogori-Magongo in Kogi state, just this past weekend. You will feel the pang of what Fashola is saying........ 3. Lagos Ibadan expressway is not what @Comos should even refer to. RCCG to whatever university does not even count for a completed standard job. How in this millenium will a government start a project of such magnitude in a confused manner and allow such confusion to permeate the project. Lagos Ibadan expressway should be a 10-lane standard road, with drainage, lights, and associated services 4. It is also a shame that the major road from our #1 Airport (MM1) is nothing to write home about. Conventionally, in any sane country, the road from the airports are given priority attention, much more that's what bring in investment traffic into your country. I recall when Tinubu was governor of Lagos, he awarded the contract for the MM1 road to Julius Berger. Julius Berger moved in to start work and Ogunlewe led his FERMA thugs to attack Julius Berger. I heard Julius Berger was threatened from Abuja, to loose all their major contracts, should they build that road.....fast forward 12years later, nothing was done and the road is worse.......Meanwhile, I will expect Amaechi to be considering how will we line rail tracks to MM1. How can we not have a train access to the Nation's flagship Airport. 5. I like Fashola's approach and we all have to be dispassionate about it, and much more change our orientation. In my estate, the residential association decided to take on the road projects and levied us. They came up with a strategy to distribute the roads EQUITABLY and not EQUALLY. The logic is that a road that has over 80% of cars plying should take priority over inner roads........fast forward 2year later, we are 85% completed on the major roads, and well meaning residents in each zone had even taken up the inner roads. Value and Rents have gone up. It is important to let FG do all these marked high priority roads, even if it is not in my state. These are the roads that will increase high-value commerce and accelerate economic development. There is a 10-lane road from Johanessburg to Cape-Town (an equivalent distance of Lagos-Maiduguri) built during the Tabo Mbeki administration. Today in South Africa all major new factories and industry lines the road, especially the currently ongoing Sun City mall, touted to be the biggest mall in the world |
TheFreeOne:1. For me it's not about should Fayose be removed. It is about addressing a system where was brutally basatardised to ruthlessly kill the electoral process 2. Those that are culpable should face the law 3. Seargent Koli's video 4. APC had accepted defeat. Fayemi did. |
Montaque:I think you miss my points, which are 1. Fayose was declared winner......not in doubt 2. Military tribunal in effect was about the role the military played 3. The allegation of 4.7billion needs to be investigated these are distinct issues |
TheFreeOne:1. That Fayose won the election as confirmed by Supreme court is different from the precedent that needs to be set to deter election rigging and wanton wastage of our resources just to pursue election as a do or die affair. 2. Fayose was seen on video planning the rigging of an election. The facts of the video as corroborated by Aluko is what played out. This needs to be investigated and culprits brought to book 3. It is the perogative of the Ekiti people to keep voting Fayose, if they so please. But it is our collective responsibility to make sure our money is not spent illegally and the 4.7billion Illegally spent to "execute" Fayose's election in Ekiti needs to be recovered |
samplegirl:Is my mentality rocket science for you? |
tonychristopher:1. What is there to hide about where I come from? I have said it before on this forum. YES!!! I am a Yoruba man from Oba Osogbo Osun State (Originally from Efon-Alaye, Ekiti, but great-grand pa migrated). Satisfied2. As you know I would ask, what's really the value of that wrt to the discussion? That the "invention" should not be subjected to scrutiny? Did you know the first sets of cars and locomotive train engines were steam based? where are they today? |
gbenga4sure:Simple thing is, rather you just post on merit and leave "commend him in respect to his tribe", if you want e-tribal war to go away. |
Playing the devil's advocate here....... 1. There are proper channels to get things done right. Posting pictures of "inventions" on social media will not go far 2. His "invention" needs to be subjected to scrutiny and the market plausibility needs to be ascertained 3. Of the top of my head, if this is truly a water-based generator, then it's a near failure on arrival. Steam engines have been retired since the early 1930s. What is the power output capacity of this engine and what load can it power? |
gbenga4sure:seems you've fanned the embers of tribal war already. You could commend him without resort to tribe |
Humour me. You mean Nigeria Airforce used jets that are not weaponised to bomb Boko Haram? - You could not keep to the facts of the story. Why is it that Alpha Jets supposedly bought by GEJ administration is just getting weaponised over a year after purchase....you're showing some stupid videos..... anonimi: |
anonimi:Idiot! What is the essence of buying weapon deficient aircraft for battle? However, the aircraft could not be deployed to the theatre of operation before now due to the inherent weapon delivery deficiency hence its limited use for training purposes. |
Redoil:@Redoil,Obiagelli: SWF = ECAborrowing by a developing nation to fund project is very deadly esp when it comes to bubu and lie mohamed. why don't you stand aside, watch and learn. This discussion is obviously beyond your comprehension |
Do you guys know we do not have enough of CERTIFIED - Plumbers - Bricklayers -Welders - Electricians - Builders - Interior Decors etc. The Chinese company that did Mile12-Ikorodu roundabout, had to retrain the supposed Nigerian welders (as the LSG had included the use of local content in a clause in the contract)for 3 months, before they could be let in on the project. Many of us in white collar jobs are better handy men and these type of training are great opportunities for a lot of people |
calcal:.....and you think you ahve made sense? |
TheGoodJoe:Bros, I somehow find your statement vague. Is improvement in quality of courses contingent on IT related course like "3D generated modelling" and "Digital presentations"? |
Divine healing is your right as a child of God |
The statement is poorly written, in bad taste and unprofessional. Such a person should be fired. |
princejayboss:Your case is simply that "premature ejarculation" of new found learning and knowledge missapplied. You're asking stuupid questions. What's the meaning of asking "if NNPC is an exploration company". At this rate I'm persuaded to discontinue any discourse with you as this exchange with you is giving me no value. As for PHD... ![]() |
SURElee:.....and does it make it right to steal people's works? |
