Fawklicant:Let Karma rain down on anybody that steals. Simple! |
basadenet:Bros, This question should be directed to GEJ's government na........ |
14:MTN subscribers in SA = ? MTN subscribers in Nigeria = ? |
bezimo:Even the Canadian company that is the biggest fracking company in the world producing Shale oil has folded up and sold out. http://www.oilandgasinvestor.com/bankrupt-high-tech-fracking-company-sells-assets-785591 http://business.financialpost.com/news/energy/half-of-u-s-fracking-companies-will-be-dead-or-sold-by-the-end-of-this-year?__lsa=22f8-ff28 |
OohLalah:Thanks Sister. Fools here will spew ignorance with arrogance. |
Adminisher:Thanks Bros, The rate at which ignorance and myopia spread on NL beats me. Instead of these folks to do some quick research or come clean by asking for implications, they type ridiculous falsehood |
luvinhubby:Says who. Stop spreading false information. http://www.news24.com.ng/National/News/china-envisaged-to-fund-stalled-nigeria-projects-20151203 |
Okanokan:May be because you "Non Buhari supporters" turn logic on its head ab-initio......... ![]() Meanwhile international politics is not played with companies illegally exploiting host countries in revenues and government take. The SA government will not even support that (overtly or covertly), as it will send a wrong signal that SA companies are cheats........ |
IzonOwei:You mean after he'd given a hint on what the government should and probably will do, you're still asking "how"? then you need to check your understanding. Stop throwing words like "true federalism" that means nothing in practical terms and context.MansaMoussa: :now please tell me how naija tends to achieve that..Just how Even if we had no issue with MTN, countries are bound to court Iran, because Iran will naturally enter and lay a stake in the Oil trade market with cheaper oil |
vivalavida:some of you just make idiotic statements in ignorance..... 1. The movement of oil prices has nothing to do with South Africa decision to quit buying from Nigeria 2. South Africa is not Nigeria's largest buyer of crude 3. We sell crude and import refined oil derivatives. That in itself is a case of self-destruct from the get-to-go. 4. Nigeria is MTN's largest pool of customers. MTN makes more than double what they make in South Africa in Nigeria. So tell me who looses 5. .....no matter the excuse you say? That in itself is a statement that needs a reassessment. So you just sit down and allow foreign companies to break the law at will and "piss" on you afterwards, and you say the government should fold it's arms? Shame 6. Even if they exploit court delays, the day the government wield the big stick, MTN's toast. We seen cases where government had sent bigger companies out of their countries.....cases of Skype, facebook in China and Korea comes to mind |
MadCow1:wrong, nobody sells at 100% profit |
crazygod:You can't be serious......... NL that is filled with "premature" babies...... |
This looks like a concocted piece joor! |
cutekhalifa:Bros, This is why people like you and I should continue to advocate for improvement of these initiatives, with the likes of this your suggestion (unlike some people who condemn it). At the start, it probably will look rough as it is, but with time, a lot of private players will come in. Also note that in emerging economies like us, we have the opportunity to localize our offerings, say, why can't we even start with "pure water" to reduce cost..... |
CastedDude:hmmmnnn!!!! |
Krismart:Imagine what? Our kids are strong? while others are chickens? |
solpat:The quantity of that eba weak me o..... ![]() |
cutekhalifa:Don't mind the OP. When we have lovely pictures from the orginator, my man Ogbeni Aregbesola https://osun.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/IMG_1857-600x450.jpg |
frisky2good:JaredNomak: :Guy you no see dodo for Brazil own? Na that one near Naija food pass. No go chop the one wey you go dey toilet read all Nairaland front page stories finish. ![]() I remember my parent's driver when we were growing up, who had a policy - He doesn't eat any food he does not know the name. So whatever will make him ask "what food is this?", means he'll pass. |
justi4jesu:The Brazilian dish is Nigerian sort of.......... no wonder we have ties with Brazil |
eleojo23:Chop knuckle |
leewin:The idea from proponents of the concepts, UNICEF (i think), is to feed the children with their local delicacies, because the food will be sought from the immediate environment. The food is ok and there's nothing wrong with it to me. |
DirtyGold:Bros, Any time I travel abroad, I'm always home sick because of food. I remember in 2009, I was on a special project in UK and we were lodged in the 650 pounds per night Marriot hotels (on company's expenses........), I had to lead a subtle protest because of the "injury" the food was doing to us. Those colourful stuffs you're seeing does not necessarily translate to being palatable, especially if you were brought up on our traditional delicacies.......In my Bskull days, we were on exchange program to Barcelona. Our host had to make provision to cook rice on every mean for Nigerian students...... But much more importantly, we need to build our food into a global brand. There is nothing wrong with those Eba/Garri, except the packaging...... and i dare say the quantity ![]() |
Farnsworth:Even though your submission looks contradictory, but I think I get your point. Fair as it seems, I think we should let the process evolve. What this will do is to trigger a viable Agric , Catering, Water bottling, Drinks etc. businesses. Packaging business would soon follow, imagine those oranges, water melon, pawpaw and mangoes will now be bottled and packed for the kids. |
Trailblazer1:Trust me, reverse is the case. If you don't serve these kids the local delicacies they are used to, they will not eat it, in fact, that will be met by a violent protest |
First Aregbesola started it, and received accolades all over the world. The success of that was adopted in APC's manifesto...... now El'Rufai has joined the train. So let's start counting......Amode next..... |
Good for the director. What a natural scene for "fainting". There will be no need for "Cut", he get's served a precious natural scene. Meanwhile why him no go fall with shoes like that....... ![]() |
Idiots full ground here sha ![]() |
Even in Europe and America for example, you fly many domestic flights, and you have to buy what you eat or nothing for you |
ebubemicky:1. Do you actually believe what you typed in bold and underlined above?irunooboo: :this guy sef. Them tell u say na GEJ tif d money? Obviously he was tricked into signing nd approving those things go bk nd read the post again nd stop hating on GEJ. Believe me when Bubu will be gone u will also hear stories that touch. Why not be a nigerian 2. If you do, then you are as well disingenuous and in denial 3. Even if true he was tricked, why will a president circumvent all structures and organs of government to check the credibility of proposals before president signs. For instance what was Tompolo's antecedents in business to have warranted his companies being shortlisted for these projects 4. For me, if you argue he was tricked, it then confirms how clueless GEJ was, or better still how wicked and corrupt |
mccoy47:I'm also waiting for a day Ayiri will be x-rayed...... |
LordAdam:Me? I'm not saying anything.....what will I say after Alex Badeh had spoken http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/07/terrorism-i-headed-a-military-that-lacked-equipment-motivation-to-fight-badeh/ |
