WAT NIGERIA NEED IS DIVERSIFICATION OF THE ECONOMY BY BUILDING SEAPORTS IN THE SOUTHSOUTH.
WE HAVE AN ENTIRE COASTLINE IN THE SOUTHSOUTH WITH NO SINGLE DEEP SEAPORT.
ALL CARGO COMES FROM THE VERY HANDFUL OF SEAPORT IN LAGOS. Some of you lots decide to send your brains on holiday the moment good things wants to come your way? |

why should d reconstruction of a road be flagged-off sef? Grassroot politics! I was just thinking to myself why Mrs Alakija was not at this event. This is great opportunity for political access and power.
Abike Dabiri has root in Ikorodu, as Mrs Alakija.
Ikorodu has vast future. Abike is there to plant interest. Many people are warped in their reasoning. The stakes on that road have been so high...... I lived in Ikorodu between 2003 and 2010 and I can tell you that road had been dilapidated since the past 20+yrs; Odogunyan/Barracks a nightmare. Ogunlewe was minister of works and he could not get FG to do anything on the said road. Abike Dabiri has just upped her grass-root profile x 100000 with this project. SSA on diaspora matters is secondary in this context. Ikorodu is locked to PMB just because of this exercise....... |

Spare me the emotional rhetoric that stands logic on its head. What is the private jet of a man of God doing in black market weapon's trade? The same tenure where CAN received stains on being on the pay-roll of govt as spiritual consultants? "Firm stand and outspokenness.....for the gods" |

Reference: There is no use hyperventilating about this. The PDP is not in charge of the Judiciary, neither is the APC, I hope. This is an institutional inquest and challenge and they should handle it with the same precedence as occurs in developed societies within our laws. That is the courts appoint a physician to assess his fitness to stand trial and if he is not he be treated at state expense till he is fit enough. The Executive through the prosecution has done its job and cannot be accused of not 'fighting' corruption in this case. It is now up to the Judiciary to walk the last mile on this case. It is no longer a political matter. Thumbs up |

I dare say that since the days of Oritsejafor, CAN had lost it. CAN under Olubunmi Okojie & Onaiyekan was a formidable force and conscience call to the govt. Even Bishops like Adetiloye and co who were deputies were nightmare to govts like Abacha. Back then, when CAN breathed, the govt catches cold. How can a private Jet belonging to CAN president be involved in govt procurement of black-market weapons for cash? Is it the weapons or the cash that is more embarrassing or the private jet? CAN is no more CAN |

HARDDON: Coupled with all you've said OP,
1. Being Christians endows us the ability to control the affairs of life generally. It grants us the right to absolute freedom, riches, honour, strength, power etc.
2. It affords us the rare privilege of living above all that thus the earth beset ( sicknesses, diseases, evil occurrences, poverty and untimely death) For darkness cannot comprehend nor inhibit light .we are sitted far above principalities and powers....
3. It grants us the sole right to execute judgement on unrepentant wicked ones and become touch nots
4. We live a life of signs and wonders
However, for lack of knowledge, a lot of Christians suffer from all that Christ has paid for on our behalf. Is this a Joke or a case of "Hard-on" |

Politics › Re: Kano People Swimming In Ganduje's Underpass That Is Under Construction (Photos) by mapet: 11:17am On May 19, 2018 |
RMK19: Tragedy struck in Kano as Governor Ganduje's new underpass, which is under construction, was flooded to the amazement of the public. What occurred could simply be described as tragedy.
The depth of the water was almost 6 meters as it has completely submerged a heavy duty equipment, excavator, and also would eventually delay the construction process.
The project cost is about N4 billion amidst public condemnation and outrage. Many described the project as unnecessary. Few meters away are the new commissioned hospital by PMB, which is still not equipped and opened for services, and Aminu Kano Teaching hospital which is also in dire need of additional equipments and facilities. The tragedy here to me is the writer's ignorance, idiocy and greed. An ongoing project of this nature can have hiccups and can indeed be corrected. One would have expected to see a clear description of what caused the trapped water. The water can be easily be pumped out and work continues. Water channels can be reconstructed to take water away. What is the tragedy? The writer acknowledges hospital is built, yet found a sly and feeble attempt to denigrate it with baseless insinuations. The reference to Aminu Kano hospital is also ridiculous apples and oranges comparisons. This is what happens when someone cannot do a basic duty of using his faculty very. Underpass is to address growing volume of traffic. Health issue are a different ball. How you think underpass is unnecessary and should be substituted for an hospital (which is already built) just tells me that you are terrible at what you are attempting to do. |

The rail beams are too close to the existing bridge on Marina, and fears have been expressed that those beams could affect the underground foundation and supporting pillars of the existing bridge.
But they have turned deaf ears to it as usual. I pray someone will correct this anomaly, before it is too late. Except you want to be too jumpy and fail to read my post very well, where did I say they will finish in 3 months? Secondly, these fears that you "expressed" came from which technical assessment? |

Terminator1234g: It saddens me to see people mainly who are IPOB supporters, some igbos and some Christians say terrible and sickening things about Palestine. IPOB and IGBOS claimed to be marginalized and are treated badly and yet they still come to social media to lambast the people of Palestine. Truth be told their issues is very more alike and the same things they claim they are a victim of by the NIGERIAN governmant is the same thing the Palestinians face with Israeli government. Furthermore I saw threads yesterday about the killings of protesters and I saw a lot of sad a hateful comments coming from the people I listed above. If there's indeed Justice in this world the Israeli government will be charged and prosecuted by the ICJ. Some airheads support Israel because they feel they are more similar to them that the Palestinian Muslims, is that life? The only way the world can take IPOB and IGBOS who claim to be a victim of the Nigerian government is when they themselves stand up to what's just and what's what!
What is life? What is this world? How long will we be here? What's next? What's what? Who is a Muslim? Who is a Christian? Who is igbo? Who is Yoruba? Who is Hausa/Fulani?
