Shame on you for lack of understanding, the article clearly state that the VP only signed a joint venture loan and not the contract as speculated earlier ,meaning that the contract signing and the joint venture singing are two different issues here.So ask ur APC government to tell the good people of Nigeria who actually signed the contract or better still investigate the matter
