the funny thing in this world, when a village mad man does not what to write again, he calls his fellow madmen to boost his confidence then together they start spitting out nonsense and assumptions from their mad heads...
This applies to you but you don't realise it.

what do you know about white knight and a simp except what you read from the world of internet pua books, you keep repeating all jargons from those books..tell us what idea that is original that you can bring out from your skull or principle that you have that is truly yours..pls if you have any..write them down.
Here you go again with your stupidity. The fact that a word, term, idea or principle has been used before or written in books doesn't mean it isn't valid and legitimate and can't set the standard of communication. It's not a must that all my ideas or write up must be original, as far as they are correct and understood, there should be no problem. Even if my write up on an issue is copied from somewhere on the internet, there is no problem as long as I don't take credit for it; it's relevant to the topic of discussion and they are accurate.

How else is one supposed learn if they don't read books and think? The term "white knight" has it's own clear meaning and has been used repeatedly in books and commentary, what's wrong if I use it? So if I learn a word from the dictionary, I am not worthy to use it because I did not think it up myself? How stupid and idi0tic can you get? Little wonder you are so stubborn and proud as you pride yourself in coming up with original principles and ideas and you disdain the humility to learn and use other legitimate ideas/principles/standards already in circulation.

It seems you are the one with original ideas and principles, can you tell me how many Nobel Prizes you have won? Can you tell me the original principles and ideas you have come up with? The language you are using to communicate with me, is it original? grin Fool! Pray tell me, who is a white knight? a simp? and a player?

I can't imagine that you live this life with such immense stupidity. What a pathetic and pitiable way of living. I shall no longer give you an ounce of attention.

Please don't engage the op, he is incorrigible in his stupidity. He is also a white knight and a simp. He has demonstrated in the past to be someone who derives his sense of being and self worth from getting female validation and attention and getting laid. grin

shut up and go and sleep, what do you know about logic... you spit trash all day and then lecture me on logic and rationality.... very interesting
Exactly! grin cheesy
...You are too proud, arrogant and stubborn. You are never willing to learn and you are too opinionated.

.... When I said "...,I am not surprised as I have never expected logical consistency and rationality from you.", I meant it and I still do. This expectation follows from our previous conversations and clashes. When you are crushed in an argument and have no reasonable counter, you diss me and disappear.
Thanks for proving my point. I, Martinez.39, will never expect rationality from you. I have met people like you — people who are doomed to be stupid for life. Have a great day on your high horse of the illusion of knowledge. Good day. grin

not always suprised...people that cant comprehend and only read what suits them will always have an opinion
Lol. I dare you to point out any flaw in my write up. You are too proud, arrogant and stubborn. You are never willing to learn and you are too opinionated. If you are going to grow and be a better man, you must be willing to change your mind and admit that you are wrong when you are shown to be wrong.

Also, logic and reasoning are not your strong points instead stupidity, ignorance(maybe) & stubbornness are your strong points. You need to grow up. Concerning your topic, a player is a player. Because being a player is way harder in the "real world" doesn't mean that players in secondary schools and universities are not players. It's much harder after school because people have grown and girls have realised that it's now all about the money hence, in their gold searching, they are only attracted to guys with cash. That's why successful players after school are guys that are loaded.

When I said "...,I am not surprised as I have never expected logical consistency and rationality from you.", I meant it and I still do. This expectation follows from our previous conversations and clashes. When you are crushed in an argument and have no reasonable counter, you diss me and disappear. grin

I can't count the number of times Articles attacking medicine and surgery has graced nairaland's front page.

It seems Lalasticlala is a wounded medical student. The profession is the Tinubu of Nigerian professions on nairaland!
Try to act intelligently. Not every argument scrutinising Medicine and Surgery and doctors are fueled by hatred or jealousy. Op simply asked if it's worth the stress, nothing more. Stop reading meaning where there is no meaning.

Looking back to what I went through and what I’m doing with my license and skills now, I’ll say It’s worth the stress. It’s still one of the professions where children of nobody can still stand shoulder to shoulder with those of the elites.
You have points in ur write up though, I’ll still want to encourage whoever is interested in studying medicine to do so.
Forget the stress. Forget the miserable salaries being paid to us in Nigeria.
For the records, this happens mostly to doctors during a particular phase in their practice ( residency or juniors medical officer).
If you have any doctor struggling with life around you, advice him/her to tissue. It mayn’t be easy at first but it’s gonna worth the stress eventually. It’s a world of unlimited opportunities out there for us, you only need to explore.
Thanks for this write up.
Health › Re: NHS Nurse Who Offered Bible To A Cancer Patient 'rightly Sacked' says court by Martinez39(m):
Very good. A lot of people don't know the dangers of having overly religious medical professionals taking care of patients. I remember a Sunday school teacher who happened to be a doctor he said the following during a Sunday school gathering: "how can people be so relaxed and lackadaisical about demon possession? How can they cover it and reduce it to mere physical condition, give it a name and call it mental illness. How can they call demon possession and oppression 'bipolar disorder' and 'sleep paralysis'?"

I kid you not. This was a Sunday school teacher in RCCG. Sacking that nurse is a good thing. How ironic can things get? The very same nation that brought christianity to us sacked this woman.

Exactly. They are trolls who feed on their misorgyny. Bashing women every second of the day like we're the cause of their poverty in life.
Before Preshy made that idi0tic post, can you show me a post where a male nairalander was being misogynistic and bashing women? All boys did was list the things they wished their girlfriends or Nigerian girls stopped doing. I believe that for every sensible person, the op's question is a simple question that deserves a simple answer.

This is what amazes me about most ladies..

I think I saw a thread asking ladies this same question but guess What? , ..ladies hardly commented but see them attacking the malefolks on this thread.

I just wonder why ladies are wired this way.gosh!
For these pathetic set of ladies, rationality goes through the window when it comes to being responsible and accountable for their actions. Criticism of their irresponsible ways is an offence in their books. They are clever at mind games and manipulation, they will try all tactics(most especially shaming and ego massaging) to make boys conform to being their mugu, footmat and not criticising them and making them take responsibilities for their actions.
Romance › Re: Guys, What Would You Like Your Lady To Stop Doing? by Martinez39(m):
Preshy561:
What you want a Nigerian lady to stop when you don't feed her, father her or guide her. Really, you small minded Nairalnad imps won't stop lifting up your wanton baggages of perplexity towards the ladies.

And these commenters can hardly boast of 3 square meal a day. Hungry And very local urchins.
The question is "What Would You Like Your Lady To Stop Doing?" The op asked a simple question. Either you come with a reasonable and relevant answer or you stfu. Of course, even though many girlfriend's are still dependent on their fathers, there are still things boys would wish and like their girlfriend stopped doing just as girls would wish their boyfriends stopped doing certain things. It could be a bad habit(bad hygiene, living fake lives, lying, smoking, food addiction, anger issues, poor dress sense etc.) and because the girlfriend is dependent in their fathers doesn't mean that the boy shouldn't wish for his girl to correct these things.

Such wish is not as a result of a sense of entitlement but as a sense of love and good intention. Nairaland girls like you are just too daft to engage in a civilised and intelligent conversation/argument and I find your way of reasoning(usually offpoint and stupid) utterly ludicrous. Always endeavour to put sentiments and emotions aside when discussing an issue and learn to focus on the message not the messenger.

@bold
Besides, what does the financial status of boys have too do with this topic? What the hell is wrong with you? This shaming tactics females successfully used to control males in the past is fast becoming outdated. Boys are waking up to this so you will have to try better. Seriously?! undecided

Then, if suicidals are not cowards, what exactly are they according to your theory?
Look my dear friend, irrespective of the phase of life you may face at any point in time, you don't need to kill yourself because another beautiful phase would certainly turn around you if you can only persist. So, suicide is NEVER AN OPTION. Thank you
Oga, I don't know what to call suicides but COWARDS CAN NEVER COMMIT SUICIDE. I am not saying people should give up on life but let's stop demonising these suicide victims as if we know who they are; what really went on behind the scenes that could have lead to their decision; the situation they faced; their personality; their backgrounds and what went on in their heads. Things in life are not as they always seem on the surface.

It's easy to scream "suicide is for cowards," "suicide victims are selfish," etc. but calm down, when you reach there, you will understand. What you will understand is something you can't explain to inexperienced people. And one thing you must have in your head is that tough times may or may not last. Some are fortunate to have their hard work pay off and make it while some will toil till they die. That's the reality of life. Saying that "...another beautiful phase would certainly turn around you if you can only persist." shows yet again that you are inexperienced. Help yourself.

Let's not waste time making fruitless exchanges as we will still retain our perspectives on this issue. Have a wonderful day. wink

You are a "real man," "a man with good home training" and "a gentleman man" to women when you become their mugu and give them free passes for their irresponsibility. Notice how none of the ladies, who commented, called out the useless girl for harassing the guy. Also, it comes as no surprise that simps, the disgrace of manhood, are also tagging along with the ladies to "enjoy" this news. Too sad to observe that today's world, simps and all ladies are teaming up to rip men off. Things like this happen because men give irresponsible women free passes.

Will pocohantas, Guest007, funmisticqueen, BigBashiru, cococandy, NwanyiAwkaetiti, amakavula and Co utterly condemn this girl? Let's see. grin

Suicides are not cowards. COWARDS CANNOT COMMIT SUICIDE.

Statements like the following only demonstrate inexperience and naiveness:
"Suicide is a cowardly thing to do."
"Suicide is for cowards."
"Suicide is selfish."

NB: I am not trying to justify suicide but as I have said, life will give you a better perspective of this issue than the one you have and I am not here to argue with anyone. Wonderful morning.

I know how it feels.
I only had a resit and I nearly lost it cos it happened in my final year.
As in. I remember a guy that failed psychiatry in his final year. He did the resit and failed and couldn't graduate with his mate. His parents came to lobby at Yaba but Prof. Aina was having none of that. The guy says he is not doing again. The parents are begging him to go back.

A lot of people might say, "how can you be depressed or commit suicide because of an exam or certificate?" but they won't understand the agony and disappointment until they wear your shoes and are in such situation. I don't bother arguing on this issue as I believe that only experience can inform someone rightly on this issue.

Will this same woman tell men to act unbothered that the side dude is only eating his remnant? I detest women like this. Foot soldiers of misogyny
Lol. Misogyny is hatred and contempt for women. She doesn't necessarily hate women. Let's call it sexism. It's similar to when no one does anything if a woman is physically assaulting man in public but if a man happened to be the one assaulting a woman, the whole street will be on fire.

Her idea on this issue is not sensible. I feel that if a woman, after marriage, stops taking care of her appearance, the husband should, first of all, take to her about it.

Please tell me which Madrid player was bought with huge cash ?

You didn't read my post very well. There is a difference between when a coach wants to field a star player and when a coach doesn't want to but the management is forcing him to. Zidane prefers Navas but management is pressurising him to field Courtois. The same thing happened between Ancelotti and Bale. Ancelotti succumbed and coupled with Casilas poor performances, these made sure that Madrid went trophiless that season. Guess who the management blamed for their entitlement? Ancelotti. Ancelotti was sacked.

Zidane was an assistant to Ancelotti and he knows what's up.
