even at that it's still ridiculous, is the CBN trying to make money for the banks? If they are trying to track money, the age of that has passed, they can't no one can but they can mitigate it, but that penalty, Nigerian will get around it.

Op crap.. A lady just insulted me last week almost slapped me join.. Claiming the money I sent to her in March had not reflected, 3500 naira for 3 bottles and cow tail pepper soup, a friend of mine with me almost paid for it when the whole commotion started, I refused him to,me myself transfered money 5k from my own zenith bank account to my own fcmb, value in other account I didn't see. Reversal I didn't get, this was around April.. Alot of times there av been issues of money not dropping and it causing frictions between people, the directive does not make any sense in any case, especially 10% processing fees if you want to collect above the threshold.

Ethnic groups
Moroccans are primarily of Arab and Berber origin as in other neighbouring countries in the Maghreb region. Arabs make up 44% of the population of Morocco, while Arabized Berbers make up 24%, Berbers make up 21%, the Baydhan make up 10%, and others make up 1%.

Moroccans - Wikipedia
https://en.wikipedia.org › wiki › Moroccans

The Maghreb (/ˈmʌɡrəb/; Arabic: الْمَغْرِب, romanized: al-Maghrib, lit. 'the west'), also known as Northwest Africa,[2] is the western part of North Africa and the Arab world. The region includes Algeria, Libya, Mauritania (also considered part of West Africa), Morocco, and Tunisia. The Maghreb also includes the disputed territory of Western Sahara (controlled mostly by Morocco and partly by the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic) and the Spanish cities Ceuta and Melilla.[3] As of 2018, the region had a population of over 100 million people.
smh you could also believe all you read on flat earth on Wikipedia, same way you can also call Egyptians, Arab, Arabia is a Peninsula off Northwest Africa and mid asia, Arabs are Semitic just like Isrealis, yemeni, Emirati, quatari, Palestinian, Jordanian, Lebanese, and "Saudi Arabia, just because most of the rulers in this so called Arabic countries are of Arabic origins does not make the people Arabs, just like we have in Nigeria, etsu nupe is fulani, that does not make nupe people fulani, same with ilorin, the king is fulani, the people are Yoruba, in Kano most are hausa the king is Fulani... Most of Morocco, Algeria, Mauritania are Maghrebs or berbers.. And what's the meaning of arabized berbers being 24% and berbers being 21% in this your wiki, that means berbers are 45% more than the Arabs who are 44% according to the wiki you post.

A CJN should convey an aura of mystery and sacredness through his deliberate TACITURN disposition at public functions.

Justice Olukayode Ariwoola might be an expert in interpreting Nigerian laws but he is damn politically NAIVE. Yes, he was trying to make a joke at a gala night but he coined it wrongly and might have set himself up for petitions as a politically biased CJN and I expect Atiku Abubakar to go to work immediately.

By the way, the damage Gov. Nyesom Wike did to Judiciary will unravel in years to come as a big scandal.

Every town city or place cannot evolve from ilé ìfẹ́.. It defies logic... We must agree that most of this our oral history are just made up stories, how can everyone come from Ifè? Why can't they come from Oyo ilé? Ejigbo, Oshogbo, igbajo? Why? Many other villages were in existence at the time of ìfẹ́ or let's say 300years later, are we saying those people don't hunt or migrate too? This thing of one person coming from ìfẹ́ to different places and become a king is ludicrous, many kingdom, or houses of kings were found by war and conquest .. This fable of everyone from Ifè is very ridiculous.

@me
I'm a professional and pastor. Age and sentiments aside Tinubu is very sound and very professional and experienced in governance. He's the best of the three but buhari's performance is demarketing him.
you believe he wrote that? No doubt that defines him though, majority of yorubas has no regards for religion over merit, your religion is personal, am from the SW, in my family we have Muslims and Christians, we all celebrate Christmas and salah together, same with most other families too.. I believe he chose a Muslim for a political reason tho... Same way no one will choose a SE Muslim has a vice that's Dead on arrival.. But we must also give northern Christians a chance Pls to the highest office, the only Northern Christians that has ever been head of state or head of government in Nigeria were Gowon and Tafawa Balewa.. Balewa was a Christian before he converted to a Muslim.. All political.

In 1974, he applied for and received a 31,000 naira loan to build his first house in Yola, which he put up for rent. From proceeds of the rent, he purchased another plot and built a second house. He continued this way, building a sizeable portfolio of property in Yola, Nigeria.[20] In 1981, he moved into agriculture, acquiring 2,500 hectares of land near Yola to start a maize and cotton farm. The business fell on hard times and closed in 1986. "My first foray into agriculture, in the 1980s, ended in failure," he wrote in an April 2014 blog.[21] He then ventured into trading, buying and selling truckloads of rice, flour and sugar.[citation needed]

Transportation
Edit
Abubakar's most important business move came while he was a Customs Officer at the Apapa Ports. Gabrielle Volpi, an Italian businessman in Nigeria, invited him to set up Nigeria Container Services (NICOTES), a logistics company operating within the Ports. NICOTES would later go on to become Intels Nigeria Limited and provide immense wealth to Abubakar. Abubakar is a co-founder of Intels Nigeria Limited, an oil servicing business with extensive operations in Nigeria and abroad.[22] Atiku's other business interests are centred within Yola, Adamawa; and include the Adama Beverages Limited, a beverage manufacturing plant in Yola, an animal feed factory, and the American University of Nigeria (AUN), the first American-style private university to be established in Sub-Saharan Africa. He retired in April 1989 and took up full-time business and politics[/b]

oga stop this argument, in 1982 a foreigner must have a partner that is a Nigerian to own any company in Nigeria, the law or decree still exist today as we speak, it was the nationalization decree under Obj in the 70s it was relaxed to have have private sector involved but with a Nigerian on the board, Atiku was co founder but not the owner, ask yourself how can he sell shares worth $83m to the parent company of INTELS and the company was making a turnover over over $200m in a year tugging vessels, handling logistics for FG, NNPC at one if he is the majority shareholder.. Does that make sense?

PoliticsRe: 2023 Presidency: Who Do You Think The Organized Private Sector Will Support? by masseratti: 9:21pm On Nov 16, 2022
Mynd44:
1. Tinubu was governor of Lagos. His party governs Lagos and the next industrialized state, Ogun.

The influence of these two states is enough for the private sector to listen to him. Lagos has almost 85% of the headquarters of major corporations and all the HQ of banks in the country.

Lagos hosts the important ports which these sector needs and has also demonstrated making them better by starting need ports in Lekki and Badagry.

Lagos is the largest by population hence their work force and also the largest market for their goods.

2. Atiku is one of the most important people in Nigeria's organised private sector as he is on the top 5 biggest employers of Labor. He is one of them and understands their pains. He is also one of them since he also produces and he knows where the pinch is. When FOREX is a problem, he feels it and knows the pain. He knows the pain of finding the right staff, the pain of getting the raw materials, the same pains other people in the private sector go through

3. Obi is not a producer, he is an importer. He is a risk to local producers as his policies on importing will run them out of business and out of money. He just said he will lift restrictions on importation. Imagine being Kenneth Imasuagbon and after you invest billions in your rice production business, a presidential candidate says he will lift restrictions on rice importation which means your rice will be the most expensive and your investment will probably just die. How do you get behind such a candidate?
i don't understand how people say Atiku is one of the top five employers of labour in Nigeria, apart from American University yola, I don't know any company he owns, before he divest from Intel.. He owned if am not mistaken less than 20% of the company the majority shares is owned by chaugory so how he is the highest employer of labour? What's the name of his company? I heard he sold his shares to even tinubu.. This people are all the same, as for Obi.. Importer are one of the major problems we have in Nigeria, when dollar goes up they transfer the hike to the consumers, when it goes down they don't give a damn it remains up, just like transport workers, that he owns a bank, jeez those ones are Nigeria problems in another stratosphere, by the way Tinubu do own some companies albeit allegedly, TVC, Compass, radio station, the nation, a hospital and investment in a lot of firms.. Oh let's not forget alpha beta where the company rakes in billions on tax agency for him, the largest tax collector in Lagos state by miles.. Not a good thing.. My point is they are all the same.

But anyone Dangote support is the winner of next election even before we vote.. Take that to the bank. That's the answer of who Ops will support.
