It's not advisable to confront them at the moment cos that could be dangerous. Let them win initially then fight smart. This "police brutality" happens a lot and believe me, there are some officials at the top that want to see it end too but they need the help of victims to bring up the case to them.

I remember a driver that was slapped like 2 times by one soldier probably half his son's age, The guy cried for like 2 hrs after that not because of the physical pain but emotional pain. They should learn to respect civilians and not abuse their power.

1) The roads may be good but I think most of the roads are still too narrow. hold up everywhere. Those roads will need to be further expanded and new roads created cos PH is fast growing and getting really populated.

2) I don't thinks contracts should be awarded for roads cos it makes it really expensive. Besides, road construction does not need any special secret technology. There's no harm in creating a govt own road construction company to build roads day-in  day-out 356 days a year so as to save cost.
