Many feels life is worthless when there is nothing to flunt or oppress others who are under them that's why Jesus said many claiming Christians will not see Paradise {Matthew 7:21-23} because they are so used to this system that even when they want to sing praises to their gods the lyrics shows they feel good only when others around them suffer lack.
So don't think it's for everyone Jesus had the ability to make himself the richest of all men during his lifetime but he detests such life because it doesn't make him happy he feels it's when everyone is satisfied with all that life has to offer that makes life worthwhile.
So that's the reason why God's word said only Christians (people who thinks, speaks and does things like Jesus) that could be qualified to live forever! John 3:16

“As for you, Daniel, go and live your life until the end. You will get your rest. At the end you will rise from death and receive your share of the promise.” Daniel 12:13
So the HOPE is to regain what Adam lost which is the opportunity to live forever as youths! Psalms 37:29

Such cases are reported in most places but then think of your own locality and region if members of the reported religion are known for such acts.

Sacrificing Jesus totally differs from the sacrifices Canaanites were doing Jesus willingly submitted to do what will save the entire human race at least obedient ones among us {John 3:16} unlike those sacrificing babies to demons in exchange for riches! 1Corinthans 10:20

Whether you like it or not resurrection is sure! Job 14:13-15; John 5:28-29; Act 24:15

Alright. I see it now. However I disagree and it remains a lie to claim that Jericho was destroyed for practices of Child Sacrifice. At best what is shown there is a practice of a particular way of burying children and not evidence of child sacrifice. Note that in my very first reply I said that there were slurs that Philistines from North Africa practiced such and also one or two others. I said that clearly. So its not that we dont know of the practice but the takeover of Canaan WAS NOT on account of such, it was a land grab by the Jews at the behest of their pagan mountain deity called Yahweh who had promised them the said land as "the promised land." They thus went about committing genocide at the command of Yahweh and seizing lands of other people. David did so as well in respect of Jerusalem. Do you want to claim all of the so called promised land was handed over to the Jews at the point of a sword because of child sacrifice?

Besides, the child remains found in many places cannot be traced to the specific time concerned.

Here Paul isn't talking about the dead in their graves because he made it clear that it's after resurrection that certain believers will go and join Jesus in heaven. 1Thessalonians 4:16-17

The first question means telling us what you think or believe is the reason why people grow old, become sickly and die off.
The second question shows you don't even know what exactly happened in the story you just swallowed the accusations enemies of the Bible God gave you.
