It's not easy understanding what God's people practiced in ancient times but a thorough meditation and diligent study of God's word will help.
Worshipers of God in Bible times never report their fellow worshipers to anyone who is not authorized under God's arrangement so it's only the Highpriest, Judge or King in Israel under God's own arrangement handle cases involving the worshipers of God.
So whenever you read about people reporting people to pagans it involves worshipers of different God's not those who worship the same God.
Take for instance the case of Jesus Christ in Israel the Pharisees and Sadducees knew that it's not easy for them to accuse Jesus, judge and sentence him to death when most people believe that Jesus is a servant of God so they took the matter to Pontius Pilate a pagan to judge the matter.
So today if you see those claiming pastors using police to arrest fellow worshipers know that they belong to the modern day Pharisees class not believers in Christ Jesus!

I thought true believers only report their cases to God when it involves those that claims they are also believers!

She uses this as a tool to control Ahab her husband.
Another bad example is Herodias who also jumps from one man to another at the end she made her husband kill John the baptist.

God didn't create humans to live in heaven our home is planet earth {Psalms 115:16} so in Paradise when each woman will have her own husband each will continue to enhance her beauty to continue looking good for her man.
WHY?
At that time sickness death and oldage will be gone for good so to keep enjoying a happy union the female who was created to make man feel complete {Genesis 2:18} will continue to enhance her beauty for her man and poems of all kinds will be flowing from the mouth of the man who has found the best thing that makes him complete:
