So when Jesus said he is coming back to execute all those who doesn't want him as their ruler {Luke 19:27} he was referring to disobedient humans who are still fighting and killing themselves thus ruining our planet home! Revelation 11:18

Paul set a good example by correcting Peter and Peter listened showing no one is above correction. Who are your Governing Body that they cannot accept correction after misleading millions to their deaths? Can you see what mistakes in doctrines cause? People's lives are destroyed because of mistakes. You cannot lead people when you are just imperfect and yet you ban people from questioning and testing what you tell them which is exactly what the Bible asked them to do. Based on the context of the discuss, it infers replacing the bolded word "Christ" with the word "Governing Body".
This summarises the expectation of JW members according to the quote.
So members don't have to understand what they are told?
They are expected to go house-to-house defending the doctrine as instructed not from their own understanding because they have NONE!!! or meant to have NONE!!!

If there is going to be any corrections Jesus will do it not individuals that won't be logical organization wise.
Jesus wants his followers to be organized but if each individual has to start telling them what he feels and expected then there will be confusion.
That's why Jesus said whatever they decide as a body has been granted in heaven.

Your Elders will be told to watch you because you are on the road to Apostasy. They don't tolerate that in JW. Followers of Christ need not reject what he says whether it's ok by them or not, whether they understood or not.
What they need to do is follow as long as they are convinced that Jesus is the Christ then they continue waiting for a new light.

Some of his disciples felt something is wrong and when the opportunity came for them to abandon him they did with other complainers. John 6:66

Later the same Jesus commanded them saying:

“But now let the one who has a money bag take it, likewise a food pouch, and let the one who has no sword sell his outer garment and buy one." Luke 22:35-36
