Ibos are sending out "feelers" to test the response on the street.

Yoruba Academy supported APC because of their dissatisfaction withe the way PDP ostracised West during Gej administratuin and they know the key players who championed our exclusion.

Tinubu will not agree to Ikeremadu without first discussing with Yoruba Academy.
Kwara is a strategic place for Yoruba and this is opportunity to support our brothers from Ilorin.
So Yorubas will kick against robbing Saraki to reward Ibo.

Ango Abdullahi is pro North as well and will put the weight of ACF to back Saraki.

Ibos have seen how politics play out whe it comes to power sharing. Let them use this lesson to amend their error in 2019.

Ibos are talking nonsense here, in real life they are cowards. Look at what Ifeanyi Ubah said.

“They threaten me for leading the Igbo to work against the APC. I have reported the threat to my life and businesses to the Nigerian security and I have also alerted the international community.
.....why alert the international community over a matter that is domestic?

Bloody COWARDS!!

Jimi Agbaje is Oba of Lagos' cousin.
Whether Ambode wins or Agbaje wins, the Oba will remain a relevant authority. The Oba rules under a different law than the politicians.

Its the Ibos that will carry the wrong end of the stick if Agbaje wins...but I know Agbaje, with all Ibos lined up behind him, has no chance of defeating Ambode on 11th.

I noticed your presence on several threads where ethnic baiting and fierce tribalism is the norm. But you (and others who specialize in that sort of thing) usually crumble when you have to deal with logic and clarity of thought. This thread proves that beyond any doubt.

You have described the constitution as impotent because Jonathan allegedly interfered with the electoral process in Ekiti. undecided By your logic, once a law has been broken, that is proof of its uselessness and it should be discarded, right? Does that make sense to you? Have you heard of amendments to the law?

Because you (humans) are unable to enforce the law (an inanimate document), the law is at fault and it should be done away with? undecided Are you aware that this is a recipe for anarchy?

Stick to the issues. You know what they are.
I have substantiated with two good records why the Constitution is impotent. This thread is not discussing Constitution, you brought it in.

So far, beside spending time spinning rhetorics and flawed psychoanalysis, you are yet to present known instances in which the Constitution effectively relieved a group of Nigerian citizens from the coercion of a political power or ruler. This is what you ought to do to deflate my proven points with Ekiti and Ozu.

Again, be reminded....your Ezes have been given marching order by Oba of Lagos. I will see you on April 12th to Congratulate Ambode. See my signature and act on what Eze Dimgba says.

This is a sick thread with sickening comments!
Imagine people actually supporting the Oba in his threats and weak attempt at intimidation.
For chrissakes we are in a democracy and you can't fvcking threaten somebody to vote your preferred candidate even if he is living in your land. That's the whole essence of democracy.
You guys should try to be objective in your reasoning, what is wrong is wrong, don't turn a blind eye because it aligns with your views or cos it favours you.
Mbu was not posted to zone 2 in respect of democracy. He was brought in as a enabler to repeat Obanikoro shenanigans in Ekiti.

In his first week in zine 2 Mbu went around threatening and issuing intimidations, with promise of death!

Do you Ibos think we Yorubas are stuck at the level of political blindness that you find difficult to come out of?

We see and hear....and we take note!

You need others to embrace spirit of democracy when you are at disadvantage but when the wind of favor is on your side its because of your superior achievements.

Well use your supetiority to free yourself from this calamity bind.

undecided

My comprehension skills are very much intact sir.

Go through my posts again. I have been as clear and direct as possible. For the very last time: Neither you nor your monarch can coerce free citizens of this Republic to vote for your preferred candidate. You don't have the right, authority or power to do so. For you to come on here to brazenly justify this attempted sacrilege it means you are not worthy or ready to live in a free and democratic society despite your pretense to the contrary.

On second thoughts - don't bother going through my posts again. You are very much aware of the key issue here since I made my position very clear from the onset. Your decision to go off on a tangent about Ozu River, Ekitigate, etc. undecided was a deliberate one and I am not taking the bait.

You will be held accountable on this thread - any misleading information or assertion from you will be swiftly challenged. You can take that to the bank.
What instruments of justice do you have to prevent, if you act proactively, or to prosecute, if you are reactive, a positiin of electoral coercion?

You will say the constitution.

Your rhetoric above gives you away as someone obsessed in theoretical principles. You are twisting words and professing ideas which have no mundane records to their credit.

President Jonathan, the prime steward of the Constitution you clutch to your chest dispatched two Federal Ministers and a Army General to go and coerce and twist arms and deliver his wish in Ekiti.

How has your impotent Constitutuon protected the citizens of Ekiti against the flagrant violation of their rights by their own President?

This is reality.....dont brush Ekitigate aside and dont brush Ozu river aside, each has relevance under your chosen subject. You might not like to hear the truth but your theory does not hold water against these realities.

What will happen to Oba of Lagos if he coerces your Ezes to vote his candidate? Nothing!!

What will happen to your Ezes if they defy him.....blockade!

Swallow that!

I don't think the APC is interested in the same job with the Igbos. Why try to tear the igbos apart when the igbos themselves are already doing it and doing it perfectly well.

You lot needs to stand up and look into the mirror and you will find those that are victimising you right in the mirror. Now rush out, buy mirrors for yourself and as many fellow igbos as possible. Then each of you should look into the mirrors, your enemies will be found there.
Please dont advise they look in mirror....it leads them further into self-destruction. Everytime they look in mirror they are spurred into.more recklessness and arrogance.

I don't know what you mean by your first sentence. I referenced the constitution because it is the rule book by which this Republic (imperfect as it is) has decided to run its affairs. If my life is on the line (as you put it) and it is eventually taken unlawfully by another, the constitution stands in the gap and prosecutes whoever is responsible. That's the way it works. The Constitution isn't perfect but without it, we would be far, far worse off.

You don't know my homeland, sir. I wonder how you came to the assumption that Ozu River (wherever that is) is anywhere near my homeland. But that isn't even the issue. If the Constitution has not delivered justice to the people whose corpses you mentioned as having being dumped in the river - then the fault is with the human operators of the Constitution and not the Constitution itself. I hope that is clear.

More to the point - I am yet to see the relevance of your comments above to my comments about the rights of Nigerians to freely vote for whoever they wish. Those rights cannot be abridged by you or any monarch. That is the crux of the matter.
I love it when people who never had problem understanding me suddenly loose comprehension skills, and then confess it!

Let me hit home.....Ekitigate, was Fayose the wish of Ekiti people or was he forced on them?

It will soon be a year since that incidence. The constitutiin has not touched it and heaven has not fallen in protest of the inaction.

So clarify yourself on the power of Nigerian Constitution and its potency impotency.

Nothing happens after the fact on the issued threat commanding you to vote the candidate endorsed by the throne. Nothing!!

Fayose dug his grave and he will surely lie in it. He broke all the Yoruba rules of reverence for elders, low profile, love and conformity, arrogance and pride. He abused the gods, kith and kin. Now he is all alone with his backer and chief law breaker sent packing to his village.

Yoruba people have already consigned him to the dust bin and he will get no reprieve.
He will be impeached, tried and sent to jail where all thugs belong. Power is transitional, so take easy.
Yoruba people will say, "ile nyo 'yan, te jeje" The ground is slippery, step lightly.

If i told you without showing pictures that Diezani and Orgar were at AbdulSalami's to retain him as their lobbyist for a pardon with incoming Buhari you likely would dismiss as a mere propaganda.

On missions like this people go undercover, and are aware of the risks. Sometimes the cover gets blown and we receive substantiated proof, like the pics of Diezani.

Other times the cover is not blown but the principals iin the mission will do what is called "feelers". They inject anecdotal informatiin into the air for media consumption. This voluntary leak is itself a soft landing in public opinion.

Count this fb information as a "feeler"!

Very disturbing that some posters here who voted freely (in last week's election) can so brazenly support these incendiary statements allegedly made by Oba Akiolu. PoliticsRe: Impeachment: Fayose Sends Royal Fathers To Beg Tinubu by MayorofLagos(m): 4:15am On Apr 06, 2015
When a person faces prosecution for killing a fellow being there is a probe to ascertain the ground for the killing.

If its willful and malicious - rage
If its premeditated and directed - targeted
If its reactive and defensive - provocation

Then judgement is given in respect,

Manslaughter
Murder
Accidental death

Finally, a sentence is ascribed under the penal code, respectively,

A specified term spent in prison
A life sentence or execution
A fine or probation.

Fayose calls his premeditated words and deeds "a mistake". Really!!!

Here is the truth....State Executives have immunity protected under the law. This makes him untouchable. If he looses the immunity through any statutory process, either an impeachment or a legal challenge to his electoral victory then his personal safety is at risk. He lives in Yorubaland, he has governed in Yorubaland and he is not stewpid.....he knows how his people settle political difference.

He did not only offend Yorubas, he offended others outside Yorubaland. Fayose is a disgrace and an embarassment to the Yoruba nation.

Tinubu should receive the emissaries sent from Ekiti and honor the Obas....he is going to need their help at a time in future, this is an important bridge that needs to be maintained and oiled......however, he must decline a go between for Fayose.

Fayose did not denigrate Tinubu through a go between.....he got on the air and spewed words. If he wants forgiveness he should redeem by acting directly, and not through soft channels of communication.
PoliticsRe: Igbo Lagos Residents And Traders Moblise For Agbaje by MayorofLagos(m): 11:10pm On Apr 05, 2015
The outcome is a simple calculation.

Shop ownership is held by Local Govt, all of whom are APC. Market Council is headed by Iya Loja who with Iya Lode reports to Oba of Lagos....all of them are sworn enemies of PDP.

Ibos claim they have a high business acumen. Ok...that claim is about to be tested on Saturday. Saturday election is about your survival in Lagos, a foreign land. The land has enormous powers and is positioned to influence power at the National level in its favors, considering you are a minority in Lagos, a minority in National Assembly and a minority at the central seat of power.

Caught between the opposing choice of keeping your shops and voting PDP, I would love to see you keep your shops and vote APC.

Your vote for APC is your eligibility card for success in Lagos. Just in case you do not realize it, Buhari will right this ship....he is sorrounded by stewards of Awolowo and Ahmadu Bello....they will take Nigeria back on course and bring back our national pride.

Investors will start pouring back into this country and lobbyists will follow in their steps. Lagos market is about to experience a boom. Therefore we have no time for motherfvkrs playing with our treasures and retarding our progress. We are not begging you to vote APC....we are simply putting the choice in front of you. Its up to you who you vote....but consequences of your decision is guaranteed as a followup.

We are ready to kick you out and give the shops to a new class of investors lying in the wings to snatch them up.

Fvk you all for daring to even threaten that you will use your numbers to put PDP in power.

Be ready to vacate Ladipo and anywhere else you prosper at our grace. We will lay siege on your mothrfckng @ss and burn Alaba down.

Atleast you will not underestimate the projecting him. I guess you know that Gov. Amaechi is among the big wigs in APC? Left for Buhari, I am sure you know that Buhari would have picked Gov. Amaechi if not for Tinubu who have more political structures in the country than Amaechi.

Well, just chill let's see how plays out.

Happy Easter if you a Christian!
What are you talking about?
Gej would have finished off Amaechi if not for Fashola who kept defending against Gej and Mama peace harrassments on him.

You remember when they locked him out of his own lodge in Government House? You remember when they withdrew all his securities and left him vulnerable and for ffear of his life he went on press and cried out Gej wants to kill him? If not for others that intervened they were going to use Mbu to deal with him. Which kind governor be this cant control his own state and threats and always running to the press to raise alarm?

Same Mbu came to West and made a nuisance of himself. When Falana and Afenifere went to court and asked for his office to be declared vacant the idyiot learnt quick that he was no longer in the creeks and humbled himself before he loose his job and life retirement.

Look, Amaechi has no power anywhere.....APC needs a face representation in each state and for Rivers State he happens to be the face. He has no clout! So pipe down on the hype abeg.
