nduchucks: Gbawe2: superstar1:I like these inputs. However, you guys forget that Jonathan turned out that way because his administration was layered with Ibos. He himself declared proudly they are pillars of his administration. All the scandals in his administration were all in cabinet office with an Ibo at top. Jonathan was not the nemesis....his pillars who were all out to avenge Biafra defeat brought us to this point. You guys are quivk to dismiss and overlook.....while Ibo perch and wait for opportunity to pounce and assault. What they did in Jonathan administration is no different than the way they destroyed the nation in the 60s. We need to get away from no "victor no vanquish" attitude and repose for a true democratic spirit of "winner takes all". What you guys said is good and altruistic....only if the people it is meant for share in the belief of team spirit....and not superiority! |
XBLadez:face your dripping PDP count at the polls and let APC worry about preparation for Obama visit. |
olatunji21:Results from SS and SE will never turn the tide around....never, unless of course they want to fabricate counts to swell their tallies. In which case they are asking for a much wider problem. |
TechRev:Hahahahaha ..... ![]() tgis mugu said "many"! Anyway, isnt that an act of betrayal? Ohaneze told Ibos to step down for Jonathan and instructed that any Ibo who did not vote Jonathan is a bastard. Jonathan believed all Ibos are strongly behind him and thats why he acted with so much impunity and confidence as election approached. So if you all made him believe you were behind him and then on last day abandoned him to his fate thats a grand act of betrayal. I thought Ibos are not betrayers! |
What difference is their update going to make? There is no one at home! The states are empty.....all Ibos and their Ijaw brothers are in other peoples land buoying population over there. For those left to vote at home if you combine SS and SE and count them as 100% for PDP, it will be like pouring a bottle of cocacola in Kainji lake. No effect! So why bother? |
News of Buhari's win has reached the White House. Staff has immediately been directed to coordinate with Congress and State dept as they prune itineraries for President Obama to visit Nigeria before end of 2015. His visit to Africa's wealthiest and most populous nation had been delayed due to conflicts in interest with the Jonathan Administration's incompetencies in leadership. It is believed Washington wants a closer and more respectful relationship with Nigeria but Jonathan's own authority over the sovereingty was not strong enough for secured alliance in the Continent. |
GentleToks:....apt! Obanikoro in particular is finished! He is in direct confrontation with political godfathers in his own state Lagos....particular at cross roads with the King and some of his Chiefs. Thats it! With this win and APC becoming the ruling party national politics has shifted base back to Lagos. During Shagari's regime NPN had two power base, Kaduna andLagos. This time around APC power base is Lagos. If we look at his success records, Tinubu will go down in history book as one of the smartest political eggheads in the world. |
MzJackBaueress:please present its result here. |
MzJackBaueress:Now that Buhari has won Lagos it shows Ibo is a weak political bloc.....even weaker than the Hausa voting bloc in Lagos. So why should the government include you in our administration....what have you done for us? |
Gh0stFreak:go and hug mama peace to pacify you. Insults on Ibo is everlasting. If you dont like deport.... |
MzJackBaueress:Incorrect! Ibos in Lagos are strongly behind Agbaje. |
OP change topic to "Buhari has BEATEN Jonathan" abeg...which one be "is beating". The matter is settled. I have prison uniform on order for clueless and his crew...including that fat cow they call mama peace. |
Clerverly:So what is percentage of Ibos in Lagos now that they have failed to put Agbaje in power? |
saxywale:.....they came out boldly in support of Koro and Agbaje. Their own don baje for Lagos. |
babytoun:Ose jare....they are Ibos. Mthfckrs heading back to Biafra after this. Watch me! ![]() |
Op, add my household in the count abeg. Registered voters in my household =15 APC = 15 PDP = 0 Pdp....awon oloshi! ![]() |
Fvk PDP! Give us ward, unit and street with brief of the problem. We promise to dispatch there and attend to it whatever the problem is, soldier, police, politician.....we will make sure the.right thing is done today and tomorrow. Guaranteed! Again, fck PDP!! |
@Op, We are on our way....we heard you....our people will arrive shortly. Tell people to keep distance from soldiers and police. |
Thats good news! RIP to the dead and move on.... By the time election is over you will get tired of RIPping the dead....more body counts coming. Shyyte...... Vote APC! |
Good....say RIP to the dead and move on! More bodies are coming for you to RIP. Anyone standing in our way must be cut down! We have put too much resource and self sacrifice into this shyyte....enough is enough, we will pray to God to help us later. Right now, bullets are our aid.....motherfvkng police try shyyte, he will be cut down. We see old people coming out, sivk people on death bed getting up on assistance and getting to the polls. No fckng appeasement....no more patience. PDP want war? We have war +more! Bullet for bullet, if a motherfkr try to steal and rig election. ![]() VOTE CHANGE, VOTE APC! |
Jonathan has come out repeatedly and begged to be given another chance. He says he has learnt from his errors and promises us better administration and competency if returned to power. Buhari claims as well to have learnt from his errors and is promising a better future for Nigeria. Out of the two, Buhari has less error to coorect on and more credits in his favor. We don't know what lays ahead but we should look into what each side is doing as they soak us with promises and we are carried along in the fantasy. Out of these two who truly has the competency to make Nigeria great? To find answer look in the manner they each ran their campaign. 1. Jonathan says he will change corruption.... to see if that is true or not we look at the way he handles corruptiin in the campaign season. He travels around spreading more corruption. In the course of campaigning for votes he is spending the treasury purchasing endorsement from ethnic militants. 2. Jonathan had no interest in recovering North East from terrorists and by failing to act to curb the spread he invariably enabled the natiinal crisis and disaster. His new pump-action response to the war is because his reelection is on the line....if election was not holding he would continue to not give attention to it. The billions of dollars contracts he gave to militants is funding for more militancy and we can expect that those groups will want the funding to continue. They will sabotage the infrastructures they are paid to protect as a collateral to keep the money stream flowing. In that regard, a corrupt and clueless President is in their interest. Buhari will never outsource federal assets and infrastructures to hooligans with notoriety for social destabilization while legitimate security.agencies and private security companies exist, and through that channel we can increase gainful.employment, 3. Jonathan once said Igbos are the pillars of his administration. The divisive comment drew condemnation from around the country. He has promised to unify the country. He dispatched two of his ministers and a Brigadier General to Yorubaland last year to rig election and create enmity. No one is more upset of that disrespect than the Yoruba Obas who told him, after repeated visits, they don't give endorsements....but declared few days later their hopes and confidence in APC. His wife, on the campaign circle, denigrated the Hausas and their society and portrayed them as sub civilized to her husband's people in the Delta. There are more to add when I touch on the comments of his campaign team or the acts of foreign soldiers on our soil, but I will stop here to leave room so others can add their own impression. Jonathan has not shown competency, in the throes and anxiety of election he has resorted to knee jerking responses to social problems and rather than getting success we are witnessing collapse. What good are Jonathan's promises for corrective action? None! Jonathan is giving lip service, he has no will to change. You, the voters are the ones that can truly bring about a change...and I ask you to do so when you enter the booth to cast your vote. If nothing else convinces you, look at how each side has conducted its campaign and how much competency, or lack of, is exhibited, you should scale the impression to get the indicator of what to expect the administration in the next 4 years. Who wants to see ffk everyday in the news for next 4yrs? VOTE CHANGE...VOTE APC! |
Why didnt Jonathan make this rascal his Minister of Information? Ffk seem to know what nobody else knows.... |
babyosisi:Look where Aisha Buhari is today...becoming Nigeria's First Lady in two motnh's time. A life achievement because she married who she loved inspite of age differwnce. Look where babyosisi is today because she married someone close to her age......on Nairaland bullshyyeeitng! ![]() |
Dont trouble your mind.... On Saturday we shall find out. |
...expect to see fake copies in market in next few days. |
The Rule of Law is nothing more than a social contract, period! The aggregate consent is a validating authority and decrees the modalities and methodologies that guide individual and collective acts, conducts, deeds and purpose in the society. ....but first, the aggregate authority must have an uncontested power over the territorial domain the society is native in. The aggregate authority does not exercise power over people, rather it enforces its authority over the land from which it claims endowment. The people are subjects to the land. The power rules the land and the land rules the people. If the aggregate consent in a society says it is forbidden to appear clothed in public, then public nyakedness is ok under the Rule of Law. If the aggregate consent in another society two kilometers down the street says it is forbidden to appear nyaked in public, then public nyakedness is not ok under the Rule of Law. So what happens to transits through both societies? You create outposts and corridors for travellers and those in the corridors enjoy a limited immunity from the law of the land. |
