That's no problem for me,provided its to save a life. A fashion designer works late into the nite as well. However,which ever one anybody decides to marry,the profession has little or no role to play in deciding whether the marriage works or nt.

You have a good point here. But then,every club,be it the ones you listed or whichever,have one common feature- to mingle and have fun. And u know what goes on when people mingle. However, the club refered to here is the sort we tag 'friday nite', 'thursday-ladies night', 'gentlemen's club', 'strip clubs', 'pubs' and the likes. Can one actually find a good girl there? Or vice-versa,can good men be found at such spots?

@all, thanks for the good responses so far. I quite agree it depends on the kind of club you go to,which is why I believe that,just like every other place,one will always find the good and bad. Hence,finding a good or bad girl is mutually exclusive to situations and not necessarily to occassions.

@190, u do have a fair point there. Women are prone more to getting highly drunk when in the club cos they easily assume that urge to 'do more' when in such an environment.

This is a very ambiguos statement. Both professions are highly resourceful,and has nothing to do with the individuals. I'd go for the med doc cos I dnt fancy marriage with person of same profession.

@poster, somethings we plan don't often come to pass. You could plan a long term relationship(both parties) with hope for marriage and in the end,things don't work out. Have been in this situation before. So,the idea that one party knows of the unlikely ending and the other is numb about it doesn't apply to every relationship.

This question has been on in my mind since God knows when. It got heated when of recent I heard this song by Dipp featuring YQ; even,there are abt 2 remixes of the song. The resolve in the said song is that,one can find a good gurl in the club. I'm at a stand on that assertion,owning to the fact that gurls like to have fun,but then,so many gurls u find in the club are either ashis,big timers(working class ladies) with tatoos on their neck or ankle or MILFS(mature stunning women). This category of club goers becloud the 'few' decent ones u'd find who are either there in the company of their bfs or who just wnt to hav fun.
I don't know about u,but I concord that one can still find a good girl in the club. I want good opinions on this.

This is a case of someone who has been away on service and just got, and is acting funny (at least, as presented by the poster). A partner, be it male or female who doesnt sleep in the house for 3 days must be questioned outright, but not someone who has been away on service.

THis write-up comes in handy. Was thinking of getting something like this on my blog. So sad, most Nigerian women, don't know what they want (i mean the ideals) in a relationship. And by inference, if you don't know what you want, there is no way you can change a course. Hence, the juntas that would comment here would most definitely fall within that category.

I think the status quo depends on the girl(s) in question, cos the same can be said of we guys as well. Actually, the art of making love requires setting skills and ability(in the form of libido or often times the mood of the person). Hence, there is no universal way of telling how "good" girls are in bed. Different strokes they say, is for different folds. You could be with girl A, and last up 25mins and be with girl B, and could barely manage for 5mins. So? Another time too, you can be with the latter and perform poorly.

This is where most people get it wrong. An ex is an ex, period. Agreed, u guys arent enemies; and as some have posited already, it depends on how u guys broke up. But then, why would one want to keep in touch with an ex? Its like living in the past. It shows the person in question is still into the ex, and given the slightest give-away, anything more than emotional can still take place.

My best friend was once in this situation last yr. He took my advice and till today he has not stopped thanking me for it. Guess what i told him; well, when women discover that u luv them more, they try to run u, i.e they start making the rules. To avoid this, u have to be tough and mild at the same time, an uphill task, isn't it ? To be a "real" man na waoo. This is what u have to do today : put the relationship at stake and firmly ask to see every content of the phone at that moment. U have to act this one out well.
