Please house I need urgent response to all these questions and no insult please I need real answers, thanks

1. I am doing paper application for Canada study permit, should I submit my original credentials along with the copies and how do I get my original credentials back?
2. Where do I submit my paper application? Lagos or Ghana and their addresses please
3. How do I make my make my application payment and biometric payment?
4. Where should I address my recommendation letter to?

Please I need responses as soon as possible.
Abeg make ene help your boy oo
1. Don't submit any original except the documents addressed to cic (statement of account and intro letter from your place of work ) cos cic won't return any document you submit to them
2. Where are you located? if you are in Nigeria you can apply in Abuja or Lagos (both VFS office)
3. Since you intend applying via paper route you will make the payment at VFS office (application Centre )so don't worry too much about it, just make sure you go with cash as they don't accept any other form of payment. go with 60k (though application fee + biometric is around 56k)
4. Address to either Canada deputy high commission, Lagos Nigeria or Canada high commission, Accra

Hello everyone, I got my gcms notes yeaterday and it goes like this "40 year old married mother seeking SP attend a Law Clerk Program at Humber College. Financing from family business- funds seen and appear ok. PPT shows good travel history Personal finance appears modest PA is on a resident permit in ........ Application shows gap in work history and in education. Study plan suggests she is pursuing program to help with the business which they want to grow but the program is a Law Clerk one and not a business administration one Not satisfied with purpose and intent. Refused"

I have gained admission in my country of resident to do a PGD in Business Administration. But I still have my mind in Canada. Do you think I have chances if i apply for masters after my pgd? Because this VOs keep giving reasons. First was finance and personal asset. Now Purpose and intent
It is clear, you have to work on your purpose of visit (seems your proposed program isn't in line with your previous program or current job ). Sorry about the delay

please gurus in the house help me. please I am using two sponsors for my application, for which both sponsors are giving me affidavit of support but do I have to mention I v a co-sponsor in each sponsor's affidavit letter?
There's nothing wrong in them stating it, let the sponsor bringing the most money act as the main sponsor while the other as the co-sponsor(let them state it on their respective letter of support)

@deratus, Sorry about that, but that's not the only reason for the denial. They talked about PURPOSE OF VISIT as well so let's see how you can tackle that before going forward. Give the house your profile so we can have an idea of what we are dealing with

Hi guys, pls I have 10 Mio, and I intend sponsoring my wife masters and will be accompanying her, after paying the school fees for her what n what does the immigration office require from me as an accompanying spouse. I want to know these before I make the payment. Pls advice
First I will like to know how much is your wife's tuition fee? Well if you say you want to apply with your wife at the same time what will both if you use as your hometie? it will be safer if you allow her apply first then when her trv has been approved you can now apply for yours. Though people apply with their spouse at the same time but trust me you guys have a better chance with her applying alone then you follow after her's has been approved.

Good PM house. Am about submitting my study permit application and I need to confirm if I can submit my mum's International Passport instead of her birth certificate. Reason being that she doesn't have Birth Certificate from NPC....
You are not submitting the original copy but photocopy, just make a copy of her international passport and that will be enough .

I've a question. I've a friend who says he will have to spend 1 million naira, that's almost $3,000 to apply for visa ...like visit visa or any visa to canada, from Nigeria? He said this is the cost of paying agents to process the applications to Canada and what they told him. I told him he doesn't need to use an agent but he says its better. Is this true? Are y'all spending that much to process your application to canada?? This isn't about me ooo, I'm already overseas. Just want to get a clearer picture of what he's saying. He says he doesn't want to spend that much and lose money if his application is rejected, so he's asking me to sponsor him instead.
$3000 on visa application? That's funny, and the fact that it is not your friend (that really want to use an agent) that wants to pay thethe aunt makes it funnier. He can do it on his own and spend less than #60000(less than $200).

Good day house. Respect to all gurus in the house. I have been following this thread and I see that you guys have been doing great jobs. I was actually delayed on August 16th due to "Insufficient Funds". Immediately I requested for my GCMS note and I received it exactly after 30days. The reason for my delay was stated to be "Lump Deposit in my Sponsor's (uncle) Account from an Unknown Origin". Well, I have decided to reapply. My uncle has decided to settle me by paying 12million naira into my account, which covers my tuition and living expenses for my duration of study in Canada. My brother who manages a fish pond will be standing as a co-sponsor and he has already paid my first year tuition and he has also deposited 3million naira into my savings account for his support for my program. From my calculations, the funds Available for my proposed program in canada almost doubled the Actual Cost of my program (including tuition, living expenses and transports). Gurus in the house, my questions goes thus:
1. Is it implicating for my uncle to settle me ones and for all by paying my funding into my account?
2. Is it still necessary to submit my uncles statement of account since I will definitely submit my personal bank account statement (showing credit/inflow from my uncle and brother accordingly).
3. What should be the necessary financial documents that I must submit.
4. Similar question goes for my brother. What and what could benecessary documents for a fish farmer to submit.
Looking forward for an advice bosses in the house...
1. It is not implicating "namesake" but he must have to write a letter of support to this effect and also show his source of fund and also tell the vo how many dependants he has(the vo will like to know if he will still be able to carter for then after giving you #12mil)
2.In this case it's not that necessary (since he is paying the money that will cover your entire program) but to be on a safer side please tell him to give you his soa as well.
3/4. In your case, submit your soa. In the case of both sponsors, submit their respective soa and source of fund(like salary slip or CAC documents if they run their own company)

The opening statement of the VO said it all. It all boils down to what he/she wrote in that study plan that really got the VO pissed.

I thought the vo are usually skepital about huge sums of inflow in an account all at once? Am asking because my sponsor didn't make any deposits to my accounts, however she provied her payslips, acc bals, letter of sponsorship etc.
If the source of fund is explained(with proof) you are good to go.If your sponsor is a third party she will need to show more commitment by paying your tuition fee and living expenses into your account

My sponsor is my dad's friend (best friend). Although I have decided to use my dad.
My tuition was 7500 cad per year
My highest qualification is my waec
Computer science (University transfer) it's a 2 year program in the college then you're transfered to a uni. It's stated in the admission letter. undergraduate program
My sponsor transfered the 2 years tuition + expenses (accommodation + expenses) to my naira account
He also gave me money to pay first semester fees after even giving me more than enough for the tuition of 2 yrs. My sponsor stated hes sponsoring me full time. He has just a pregnant wife(no other children) . Gave me his personal SOA
Wow! This is serious, with what you wrote I don't think you should have issues with funds but since it's like this try and use your dad as sponsor but you will have to show proof of funds (your dad's ). I don't know if you showed proof of funds of your first sponsor? but that aside try and use your dad this time and make sure you show proof of funds, if you can't then use someone that you can show his/her proof of funds and let the sponsor(if he/she is a third party to explain why they are spending millions on you). You will also need to work on your letter of intent(sop ) cos for the vo to specifically talk about your sop it means you didn't explain yourself to his satisfaction.
Again, please on your sop make sure you give better reasons than your last why you want to spend millions studying computer science in Canada when you can spend far less than that doing it here in Nigeria. Sell yourself to the vo via your sop and you should be good

Almost all the banks in Nigeria has increase their international transaction limit to $1000 a month instead of the usual $100 dollar courtesy of CBN directives. If you have issues paying online, you may consult your bank for approvals because of the banks requires you to inform them when travelling Abroad.
You quoted the wrong moniker but I believe the person involve will see your post.

I'm a high school graduate and my sop contains my volunteer work, my program in a college (computer science - University transfer after 2 years). I wrote about the program why I chose the program, my sponsor (family friend) sponsoring me and pays allowances to me for years now. I didn't even write about my family apart saying I'm coming back to them.
I explained benefits of the program and how it would help my life
First, please stop "Quoting yourself repeatedly", it is not cool at all.
Now to the issue in ground, on the case of fund your sponsor who happens to be a third party should have paid your tuition fee and pay your living expenses into your bank account to convince the vo. In the case of family ties, you should have talked about your family and I want to believe you filled the family info form and since you have mentioned your family members there you should have explained it in your sop(use them as home ties). In the case of purpose of visit, what's your intended program? Is it computer science as well? if it is then you should also state in your sop why u want to spend millions to study computer science in Canada when in fact you have already started the program here in Nigeria and it is a course you can easily do here in Nigeria(very cheap).
NB: The vo doesn't know you and in the case your letter should tackle every single question the vo might want to ask you if it is a one on one interview but in this case your statement will do the answering on your behalf, so make it very sound and interesting for the vo. Sorry for your delay once again

Gurus please
The reasons here are 1. Family ies. 2. Funds. 3. purpose of visit
Before I can say anything, I will like to know who your sponsor is to you? How much is your tuition fee? how much did your sponsor pledge for your studies? Did he pay the money into your account or pay your tuition? What is your highest qualification? what's your intended program and level?
Answer those questions then I can have more idea about it (I don't know if you have stated all these info in previous page but sorry I can't go through them now)

Good day all...Please i need you all to help me with this info.I applied for my study permit since June, till now it still keeps showing eligibility being reviewed for over God knows how many weeks.School resumed sept 6th already and im still waiting.Wrote school for a deferral, they turned it down since i already did once. Now the deadline to withdraw from my course and get a refund of fees paid to the school is september 27th (next week wesnesday). If i dnt show up or withdraw then fee is gone. Now my question,is it true cic might require another admission letter from me or the school at the point of approving my visa to be sure i still hold my spot with the school?
What do you propose i do?
Please help a sister.
All ideas are welcomed.
Since the deadline is Wednesday, I will advise you wait till Tuesday morning and if you don't hear from cic you can now ask for you tuition fee refund but don't tell cic about it, if cic request for another offer after you have asked for tuition refund you can still mail your school to inform them to tell you what next to do.

Your dad can only courier service if he paid for it when he submitted his application but if not he will have to go to VFS office (personally) to pick up his passport

Hi everyone.

Can someone please give a quick review on UCW? Someone recommended it to me here a few weeks ago and I have been speaking with the school. However, I stumbled on some really negative press on the school from about 5 years ago (2012/2013). Is anyone studying there? What is their reputation like? Can it get you a good job in Canada?

Secondly, colleges and PGD/certificates in Canada? Are they worth it?

Background: I have to take one of these routes cos I has a 3rd class in Uni. I have over 12 years experience but I really want a masters in Finance. Doesn't seem likely with these grades. I am not keen on the EE route for two reasons: timing and I really want to study. Even if settlement is part of the plan.

Apologies for the length of this. Can the gurus please help?

Thanks!
EE is cool and your reasons for not liking it isn't enough as via EE you can still study (this time not as an international student which will in turn save you lots of money from tuition), also the time too is more or less the same (that's if you look at some case where some people's trv application take about 6 months and above and still no news from cic). The ball is in your court though but to me I think you should stick to EE and you won't regret it

Secondly, do you know any good GMAT/GRE lecture center in Lagos? I left school many years ago and I am so rusty academically

Guys please I need your candid advice:

I don't have a sponsor that bears my surname. Someone now told me I can use my cousin's company account provided he can write affidavit that he knows me and he can submit his statement of account, tax clearance account, etc. He has enough money in his account.

I got admission to University of manitoba to study Electronic and computer engineering with 5,400CAD fund from my supervisor.

Kindly advise me.
Will your cousin be ready to go beyond just giving you his soa and give you the said amount he will be pledging? How much is you tuition(cos you only mentioned the fund giving to you be the school
)? How much do you have on your own (including what your cousin will bring)? Answering the above questions will help.
Just know that part from the tuition fee you will need atleast 10,000CAD (living expenses /year )
