SEONaijaExpert:I swear... thats why I don't pity people or raise anyone highly or lowly |
VampireeM:Pls tell... how is a man to act? All humans are not wired the same you know? |
Boscolo:I second.. Nigerian situation really need s someone with character and resilience. A fundamental change is truly needed |
Realdeals:OMOYELE SOWORE FOR PRESIDENT COME 2019!!! |
Ziggylady:Honestly, you are truly clouded with tribalism, because I don't see the need to lie about where I m from, because its simply where I m from. no biggie. . But the fact that rather than use common sense, you prefer to believe I will be so preposterous to lie that I m not from the east, just to falsely assert and justify your dilapidated way of thinking, highly explains how much help you need. . Well. whatever makes you sleep well at night, Do your thing, while I do mine. Adios |
Ziggylady:Thay I refuse to be a bigot like you, who keeps selling their voting rights every election on the most sheeple and silly reason such as "state of origin" means I need some brains?... Then you are absolutely not educated. You only attended school. I don't even live in Nigeria and I am very settled where I am that I can decide not to come back to Nigeria. You being ibo? what have your governors and reps in the legislature done to better your life? The parliament where I live don't know me or where I m from, yet theres been a lot more impact from them than I will say nigeria has ever done. I don't need anything from Nigeria aside being my motherland and heritage. Same with sowore, his family is in the US and he can decide to continue his journalism there, but instead, he chose to be bold to stand up to a change. You already are thinking via your mental tribal bigotry that riddles typical Nigerians. All i m just trying to do is purge yourself of it to make way for your basic common sense. Well. You can decide for whoever you want. Its your right, but don't also forget that Moghalu was deputy cbn governor for many years, yet he didn't stand up to the corruption such as backdoor employments within the system. Sowore on the other hand, has a proven record of standing up for the truth in his little facets. Kindly research online to investigate his activities way before this presidential ambition and judge for yourself. |
Ziggylady:Why do you let tribal sentiments becloud your thinking? Your future is at stake, here yet you are still talking crap of ibo yoruba. Well, I think you haven't suffered well enough, maybe you still need 2-3 generations of wailing before you people begin to use your basic common sense. . . FYI, I am also from the east and I STAND WITH SOWORE |
wealth123:Bro.. Nigerians haven't suffered enough. Its better they wail till them and their kids suffer very well before their eyes open |
Silvermoney:Which law in a lawless country that needs a revolution? Someone is trying to help your family and unborn offsprings, you are calling him a dreamer. Hope you know Sowore's family is settled in the US, so he could decide not to be bothered. Well, I think you nigerians haven't suffered enough |
SolutionMee:Next time, don't read only headlines |
AroleOduduwa:Can you please share with us what your proposed "better" solution to the current system is, and why haven't you come forward to contest for a change? |
Ziggylady:Who is your candidate? Mrs know it all. Its very easy to hide on Nairaland to criticize, but when the current system gets and bites hard enough on you, you ll join your forefathers in the long boring sermon of wailing and crying. |
TimFisher2:Ogbeni, we ve noticed you. You just feel like ridiculing, for attention. very cheap you know, and callous cos while the aspirant here is trying to create a better future for you, you prefer to ignorantly hide and talk on nairaland, that when the current system bites you hard enough, you wail and wail, just as your parents did, and just as your generations will do if you don't say enough is enough |
MrALIVE:Comments here indicate nigerians are seriously in need of mental rehabilitation. A system is bad, someone new comes to profer a way forward, yet no, the armchair talkatives who don't know better than wailing and yapping from their hideouts will still not want to support the effort of the young man. I guess nigerians haven't suffered enough. |
gevans:Armchair talker, at least someone is coming to challenge the status quo, which a step, which one are you doing? Theory Theory without action is HOT AIR |
OMOYELE SOWORE FOR PRESIDENT 2019.
. OMOYELE SOWORE FOR PRESIDENT 2019 . OMOYELE SOWORE FOR PRESIDENT 2019 |
Cretaceous:Unfortunately, many nigerians are daft, no wonder the past and current leaders found it easy holding them captive and recking their futures. |
kense88:Very stul1d and useless nigerians. Its a shame I share same nationality with the OP. He had the time to construct an essay on why the system will bring a well meaning nigerian down. A simple youtube search will show you that sowore has always been bold enough to the cabals right from years back. He hasn't failed to stand up to the most little of goverments' ineffectiveness and misdemeanours around him. He simply has principles. But NO, the stup1d OP instead of getting a pvc to vote, will rather put an epistle of how nigeria is a problem and how someone proferring a change will fail in that problem. Honestly OP and his generation deserve to suffer serial episodes of Goodluck and PMB, APC and PDP since they are all his mind thinks about |
Clentuzbaba:Agree 100% with this. I ve gotten to realize that there re a bunch of useless and despicable people on the internet. People who just like to talk and bring out reasons why things are bad, yet they can't provide solutions. Ask them whats wrong with Nigeria, they ll give a litany of problems and blame it on the leaders, then ask them whats the solution they have no clue, they can't even be bold to come out, yet would still prefer to bringdown the effort of someone who is trying to bring a new light to things. I wonder how an easy solution which is getting your pvc and voting out the present bad crop is then so more difficult than constructing this long crappy essay to purposely ridicule the effort of a well meaning Nigerian. See my friend, from what I ve seen, many Nigerians are stup1d and they very well need to be recolonized. |
rozayx5:See how they are playing politics with all your futures, yet you are turning it to a joke. Tomorrow you ll be wailing that Nigeria is messed up. From where I live. all of you commenting sound like idi0ts who need recolonization. |
bercarray:Whay sort of Consultant? Consultanting is a broad aspect |
wow... 5 years later |
mmsen:Wise and clear to whoever has ears |
Thirsty niggars |
GutsOverFear:Free yourself of hate! |
KingLennon:I hate bashing people at all because life could take bad turns on anyone tomorrow. I rather put my focus on my own business |
mixter:. Personally, I believe Sowore is the best candidate for presidency given our certain climate. Its not enough for someone to come with theoritical knowledge and expertise. I believe Nigeria needs more. We need a true leader and I ve observed one strong difference between a true leader and a mere motivational speaker. One has character which stands tests of trials. Prof Moghalu will undoubtedly make a good CBN governor/minister of finance/vice president. I really do not see him being bold enough to stand up to rots of corruption in our system. Afterall, wasnt he deputy cbn governor when politicians were giving slots to their kids in CBN via back doors? |
Been a long time here. How are your reparations going? Wish you guys the best in your endeavors and don't forget to never give up |

Our 2019 elections are coming closer and we nigerians have to decide who we want to take us further. With the recent killings, bloodshed and misfortunes caused by bad governance, Nigerians all over and in Diaspora are enthusiastic about who we want to take up the helm of affairs. Researching given topical aspirants, I think its safe to assume that the two main aspirants for now are Omoyele Sowore and Kingsley Moghalu . Omoyele Sowore 47yrs of age. He is a political and democratic activist, notable for his demonstrations for students' and civil rights as an SUG president of the University of Lagos between 1992 to 1999. He was expelled, arrested and detained numerous times due to his demonstrations against University and government policies at that time. Sowore then went on to found Sahara reporters, who are notable for exposing and supporting anti-graft agencies in exposing corrupt, fraudulent and questionable activities of the government. He has notified his intention of running for president come 2019 and has been involved in some public demonstrations, gatherings and meetings, where he unfailingly discloses his intention to jail current and past public holders-which includes the current sitting senate pesident-Bukola Saraki. Kingsey Moghalu 55yrs of age. political economist, Professor, lawyer and former United Nations official. He is a former deputy governor of Nigeria, Founder of Sogato Strategies LLC, and a Senior Adviser of the Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum (OMFIF) and Institute for Governance and Economic Transformation (IGET) Moghalu served as Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria from 2009 to 2014 leading reforms in Nigeria's banking sector after a combination of the global financial crisis, corporate governance abuses and weak risk management left one third of Nigerian banks on the edge of collapse. . Moghalu was a member of the Board of Directors, the Monetary Policy Committee, and the Committee of Governors of the CBN, and was also a member of Nigeria's Economic Management Team. He also led corporate governance in a number of international and Nigerian financial institutions such as AFI, IILMC, NEXIM, SEC, FITC, and AMCON. He worked in the United Nations between 1992 to 2008 where he was involved in peace keeping operations, headed international development funds and was also aPpointed as a member of the high-level Redesign Panel on the United Nations Internal Justice System He is currently running for the position of presidency of the Federal republic of Nigeria where he has periodically mentioned his intention to restructure Nigeria into geopolitical zones, and decentralize the economy and governance. So fellow Nigerians, given their qualifications and campaigns thus far in regards to our national socioeconomic challenges, who do you think is more qualified to hold the seat of the complex position of leading our great country? Like for Sowore, Share for Moghalu cc Seun lalasticlala XXLDICK

perfectedmee:Broo.. you need to purge yourself of this slavish and mediocre thinking. Cmon... Salary is your right. No wonder the politicians will continue to take advantage, when you don't rise to demand a level of development. . . Where I live, no counsellor comes of to brag of anything, meanwhile roadworks and new infrastructural developments happen everyday. They are kept on their toes by the citizens cos its what they are elected and paid for and promised to do. Stop thinking backwardly pls... . . if everyone thinks paying salary is an achievement, Nigeria will never move forward |
pyyxxaro:hahahah.. guy you re useless |
