Please whenever I on my regulator , I notice a hissing sound , if I on the gas stove the hissing increases but no smell , I have changed the regulator and the hose still same thing , this week I went to refill my gas I complained they changed the black rubber , used soapy water around the cylinder still no trace of any leakage ... Got home still have the issue of hissing sound but no smell

Then something should be wrong with the cylinder, try changing the cylinder gas to see if the hissing sound will be noticed, I don't hear any hissing sound in my own gas cylinder.
