A young Policeman shared this on Twitter. Let's see how it played out ![]() I just remembered one of my scariest moments on earth and I felt like sharing it with you. I can assure you it’s worth your time…. I was barely 2 years as a police officer. I was quite young and zealous in my line of duty. Well, I still have the zeal to achieve more in my career. Anyways, it was one of those days in Apapa Police Station.I was the incident duty officer for that day (As an incident duty officer, you’re the Officer in charge of supervising the younger officers & also designated to monitor all activities in the station within 12 hrs 6pm-6am). The duty also suggests that whatever happens in that jurisdiction within 12 hours is under your supervision. Usually, as an incident duty officer, your prayer points would always be for the night to pass without any unforeseen circumstances, because when silly mistakes happen either from you, your subordinates or suspects in the cell, you would be queried, and sometimes the query leads to dismissal. *This is where my story begins!* It was a Tuesday in Apapa division, I was on incident duty that day. There were about 8 suspects in the cell including a Police officer (Junior) who must have defaulted. I was informed that 2 of the suspects were armed robbers who robbed, shot and killed someone. Well, to me it wasn’t a big deal because most times we have suspects like that in our custody. Anyways, around 4pm or thereabout, one of the armed robbers suspect had a visitor who came with food. Usually at the Police station before giving a suspect food, the person who brought the food must eat out of it, then he/she will be observed for about 10mins or so to be sure the food is not contaminated in any way. This particular day, the food the woman brought for the suspect was Eba and Okra. At about 11pm, I called the patrol team to take me on visiting rounds (visiting round - visiting black spots, places likely to be prone to crime, residents areas, stores, lonely places and as well check mating our men who are on road blocks and guard duties). We moved around apapa area for about 2 hours, assisting people we could, just to make them feel safe. I got to the base at about 1 am, I decided to just relax by the station gate with the station guard officers. Before we knew it! We heard a very loud and troubled voice! I ran inside with one of the armed station guard to confirm what happened. Guess what! One of the suspects in the cell was about to escape! Ah! In short he had already escaped in a way. How come?? The suspect actually tried to escape through the front cell gate!! The Police officer in the cell was the man who raised an alarm! It was his voice we heard. He managed to hold on to his leg when he was trying to escape from the cell. We noticed that his body was slimy, sticky and sweaty! See I can’t really describe it with words! in short his body was covered with okra! Just like seeing someone bathing with Okra! Lol. And he managed to get half of his body out of the cell his head was out already! People in the charge room (counter) were sleeping already! Omo! I was just a young officer who just got out of Police college!! I was literally scared! All this drama was about 2:15am or there about. We had to handcuff him bath him! One of the Officer suggested that we should add salt to the water in bathing him! The remaining 3 to 4 hours to day break seemed like 5years to me! I Couldn’t wait to see the sunrise! I couldn’t! I prayed in my heart of heart!! My brothers and sisters I sat right in front of the cell until day break! Abeg I can’t shout!! Guess what? The food given to him was the voodoo! Everyone thought the woman was his wife! Not knowing she wasn’t! If he had escape apparently, I would have been issued query! Or probably been dismissed for allowing a suspect who robbed and killed someone escape!! Being a Police Officer isn’t for the weak! God bless all the Police Officers who are making sure the world is a better place to live in. |

Yeyerity ,you fooled and scammed people of their hard earned money and you are spewing gabbages. Should everyone decide to naive and fuk up as you, who go remain for this country ![]() |
See where it always goes wrong. Move on if you can no longer relate, it's not a rocket science na see where strong head and greediness land you now |
Reading this, it refresh the old memories and how things have greatly deteriorate in our nation. Had our government being proactive in their activities, this song would have gone into an extinct but here we are, this song will keep having relevance more years to come courtesy of our yeye leaders ![]() |
If not that our leaders are wicked, they travel abroad and experienced how low unemployment index is. They create an avenue for unemployment rise index and grows effontery to use it to campaign with their job creation fantasy at every election year. Kama will do justice for us all na ![]() |
And this kind of breed needs a proper and time to time med assessment. A friend of mine recently lost a puppy he has heavily invested in with food and med for almost a year now. He asked a guy to help him take her for mating, few days later the dog gave up. Owo wogbo |
I've read comments like "I will give kids small phone with no internet and the likes" let me clear it to you that there is no small phones built for years now without internet accessibilities. It might be slow and limited in capability, but kids of nowadays reads better and it's only a matter of time before they get the settings and start assessing the internet, they will only not be able to access heavy videos or watch them, but bet with me that's even possible with the availability of memory card. Now back to the main point, if you refuse to hand them phone from home as a preventive measure, they will go to school and share with their peers who owns one. Case closed. ![]() A preferable solution to this is to engage little kids from minor, be open to them as a parent, don't be too harsh on them so that they can open up easily to you as a parent, let them realise how it is imperative for them to focus on their studies before getting social with internet gadgets and the likes. Anything short of that na force e go be o ![]() |
And what if he was sacked few months to his employment? |
These accrued cases followed the established process of applying for pardon or clemency first to the Correctional Service (formerly Nigerian Prison Service), which must certify claims made, be they of life-threatening ill-health, (as in the cases of Governors Dariye, Nyame; John Joshua Uloh, Engr Umar Bamalli, Sa’adu Ayinla Alanamu, Charles Ihenatu, Akinwumi Ajayi and tens of others making the approved list of 159; or such cases arising from remorse and good conduct or plainly on the basis of compassion among other stated criteria. @thebolded. You know I once listened to a wise man who said and I quote "corruption does not amount to milking and siphoning common wealth inflictions alone, but alot of people would indirectly die as a result of few individuals embezzlement, people will die on the road as a result, out of school children index would rise exponentially as a result; people would loose their jobs and alot of children would die of malnourishment" the damages goes on and on. So, my harmless question is that, would it not be better if these selected convicts for presidential pardon dies of ill health condition to set a yardstick for future perpetrators and curb these shenanigans that have crippled our common interest as a Nigerian perpetually contrary to the bolded. ![]() Heaven helps those who help themselves, God will not come down to liberate us from these money thieving glutton's. We all need to stage a massive shock to these few mean individuals and revive our dear country before it is too late. ![]() |
I wonder why a domestic violence kinds of news keeps emanating on our social media spaces of recent. Is it the season or people are deriving a pleasurable joy in it? Has nowadays couples lost their senses to the extent of bringing their filthy and unpleasant part of their matrimonial issues online for everyone to see? I mean the both beaters and the abusers have their own family whom their grievances can be shared with so that it can be amicably sorted out. The people you bring ur issue to resolve for you also have their own likes story they are secretly nurturing. Cyber space is not like a police station or a marriage solution points. It's no longer making sense o. O wrong na ![]() |
One thing I like myself for is that, I can't be compelled to getting addicted to whatever I don't want to be addicted to. Let me say I also stake bet online, but I perpetually based my bet on fun, which means the risk of losing whatever I stake is minimal and nothing. And the interesting part is that I only stake like 3 times in a whole year. If I stake games a couple of times or three times at most and I didn't win. I call it a quit, until another year when I feel like playing with some change I literally have no use for. Betting spoils lives and render people useless when they make it a priority and their everyday route, most especially in white countries. Those one can bet with their family members ![]() Drink and bet responsibly. People will not hear ![]() |

Politician doing what they know how to do best. Once they ascend the power sit, every other things becomes norms to them. Even our so called monarchs opinions would no longer hold water. That's why there is need for everyone to thread carefully at this time. |
This is probably an avoidable scenario if it has being properly taken care of. There is a very high tendency that Young children of adolescent stage in a such foreign land could exhibit some trespassing, and the event should have been properly projected to deter the inevitable. See the mess the school have found itself. ![]() |
So I got this on Facebook, where two custom officers shot a man dead because of five thousand naira bribe money. A woman voice could be heard through the video narrating how the criminality was been perpetrated by the said custom officers. She claimed they were all just coming from abroad before they were stopped by these custom officers and while negotiations was being going on, one of the two custom officers brought out his gun and fired at the young man. It was reported that the man died on the spot. Check the video link below for a clearer view. https://www./937199326834108/permalink/1085390438681662/ |

Who else noticed that some of our denominations can no longer afford anything? #5 is now as useless as a sewage. #10 can not acquire anything either since a bag of sachet water is now #250, a sachet now goes for nothing less than #20. Watch out for the downfall of #50 in these coming days. I'm very sad now as I type this One day will be one day sha ![]() |
Since Osinachi died we all have been shouting leave so that u can live, don't stay in abusive marriage and so on. But many of you still see single moms around you as husband snatchers. Some of you see every single mom as irresponsible or a prostitute without even knowing their story. Some of you won't even rent out your apartment to a woman once you know she is divorced. Some of you won't even employ single moms. If the Gospel musician that died had separated from her husband before he killed her, some of you will say she shouldn't be invited to minister in churches anymore. Some of you will label her a sinner that is not fit to minister. These are probably the reasons why she kept enduring. It is so easy to tell a woman to leave abusive marriage without worrying about what people will say. But I want to remind us today that we should be mindful of what we say to people and how we treat people. Men in abusive marriages face more criticism than women, that is why you hardly see men talk about it; because when they do, it is either no one believes them or some will say they are not man enough. The blood of people who die in abusive marriages is not just on the partners that killed them, but also on everyone that discriminates against single parents and divorcees. Delivered. |
@Op sorry if I'm rude o, you could have easily opted to seek this sort of help from a private hub like YouTube, google and other resourceful channel with your phone. Can you see all the bashing left and right from those who are conversant with body building physique and those who aren't?.
