Hello, please does anyone know which electrical part is this and why it could be diagnosed faulty by a technician?

Vehicle is Toyota Camry 2007 aka Muscle

Driver informed me vehicle just wouldn’t re-start suddenly, got it checked out and was told this part is around the steering/dash board and faulty.
Very strange to me as no previous fault indication and never had an electrical fault.

Does anyone recognize this part? I don’t even know what it’s called.

What could make it faulty? Is there any other check that can be done to verify?

Oga check what they delivered to you again it's either 20tones or 25tonnes none of those supplier in that axis can delivered 30 tonnes to your site at that rate .if you want to get what am saying go the where those chinko dredgers are based, ask them you will see it.

Clearly you don't know how these things work, so no point trying to convince you on this.

If you're really not in country to monitor your project like you said, then I'll only advice not to beat your chest on this particular item.

I can authoritatively confirm that it gets delivered to my site in sangotedo at that rate with no foul play at all

At current rates, there's no way you land a 30T trip (which is effectively 18T) of sharp sand to your site for 45K even if your site is next door to the quarry. Never! check the qty, spec and source of what you're being supplied and you'll find something is fishy somewhere.
You have valid point that some of the materials prices are higher than market price, albeit marginally.

The quote is padded,1 ton of 12mm is 185k, bag of cement is 2600 if it’s in Lagos,binding wire 1 bundle is 8k too, 2*3 plank is 150 per piece, 30ton of sharp sand is 45k, 1*12 plank is 1130, am r can doing a project of twin duplex in ajah in a water logged area and these are the prices I bought these stuffs for in Lagos,so if your project is in Lagos I advise you buy the materials yourself and negotiate workmanship,this is how I have been doing mine,hope this helps

Good layout overall, i'll suggest to consider;
1. Relocating the door to the master bath/shower. currently opens directly to the view of the entrance. you can make the bath/shower accessible from the main bedroom area.

2. Unless the two bedrooms to the left are His & Hers, I'll isolate them completely from each other to have complete master bed privacy. they are currently linked together somehow.

3. Guest room is in a interesting and unique location. based on its current location, i may as well just put make it accessible from outside only and cut-off the access from the Ante so it becomes more like an attached BQ. This is good especially for resident that may not be around often and you can have someone occupy the guest room/BQ while you're away.

We did something similar in Ajah recently for a total length of >100m and can tell you for free that this quote DOES NOT MAKE SENSE COST WISE. You're being exploited, not small but BIG TIME. And to think that there's no block work included in that bill?

Here's what i advice you do;
1. Like you know, get another independent quote to compare
2. Let the artisans (iron bender, carpenter, mason/bricklayer) separate their bill, especially workmanship.
3. Depending if you plan to supervise yourself our use someone, in any case negotiate directly with the artisans. Although i didn't use an engineer, it shouldn't cost you much if you choose to use one.
4. I suspect you'll have Omo-onile factor to deal with given your location, what we did was source some of the materials from them - sharp sand and granite. there's little or no cost difference anyways. That way they can free you to bring your labor.
5. These artisans are reasonable and labor is cheap if only you can speak to them directly and not through any middle man.
6. For the material bill, it is not too far off but I wouldn't worry too much provided anything that's not used is left on site.

Add up your total fence area length and compare .Here's a guide to give you an idea of cost we incurred;
Iron bender: 80 - 100k
Carpenter: 130 - 150k (includes labor to build material store and a temporary gate with sheets)
Mason: 120 - 150k (for casting)
90k for block setting at 4,500 per 100 blocks (this varies with location, but should be close to that for you). We used about 2k blocks.

I suspect your bill is padded, especially the labor/workmanship.

This was a quote I got to fence a corner piece of a plot land measuring 643sqm in sangotedo,the quote doesn’t include block work just the raft foundation of the fence,does it make sense,it’s a waterlogged area

Very correct.
Even the initial 3D for this project that was shared on the first page showed two color schemes. wonder why the deviation now at the finish stage, my guess is this is coming from the client from a cost implication POV.

Painting just one color in a building gives it a dull appearance no matter how bright the color chosen. Just like the fence looks breat when the colors are alternated with dark brown for the fence pillara and light brown for the wall. It is always better to fina a way to alternate colors, even if it's just the balcony or window hood if they exist in the house.

Going by the rough estimate provided of 2 bags for every 100 blocks means you should need 20bags to set your 1000 blocks. even IF it will be a little less because its 6" blocks, it wouldn't be by much so your 8bags is way off from 20 bags. that's going by the estimate provided by @Rubbiish, which i think is a reasonable one.

For 9inches block, they hardly meet the 100blocks per day target.

Quick question to the house...since block setting is usually charged per 100 blocks, how many bag(s) of cement is required to set 100 x 9" blocks?

You did estimate for blocks but not for sand, granite, cement, rods etc.

Lemme tell you what happened during the last gubernatorial election in Ekiti state, in my unit, APC members were giving out 2K and telling people that they should, please, vote for Fayose even as they were giving out Fayemi's money.

Teachers in Ekiti laid a curse on any of their members that would vote for Fayemi then. I was supporting Fayemi then but I was dumbfounded by the show of affection towards Fayose by Ekiti people.

That man has pride embedded in his DNA and Ekiti people like someone associating with them. More or less like one of them, Fayose does that always and reason they can die for him.

@Oju4190. In my opinion, H-beam is stronger as long as you're using original(When I went to buy mine, they showed me the fake ones and the original ones). I used 4mm thick H- beams to build my 40-feet water tank stand. It cost me just under 1 million naira.
