In summary,

All those who have been selling and making profits via Nairaland.com ought to pay taxes on their profits to the various inland revenue authorities.


If for example, the law enforcement agencies come after some one like Inspired, he would be expected to pay taxes on all profits he had made on sales realized via Nairaland.

Secondly, Section 92 states the penalties for tax ovation, and it includes N40 for everyday of default.
