amingafar:And did you write that book. Prob not. What of your father, Nope. Great grandfather? 3rd strike. I bet it was written by people that today THEIR children are banning the number of your cousins that are entering THEIR Mecca region for Hajj, because even they are saying- HABA. |
At least when we say things like " Nigeria is a failed state", that includes the Igbo as well. Those who's fathers lost property in the north (not just in the 60s but in the latest riots in this decade), and today are thinking they own 73% of land in the same region, are living on borrowed time. Yoruba who have seen that no core Yoruba man will rule Naija, yet continue to play Russian roulette with Fulani, are living on borrowed time. Same for the so called Naija Hell Delta, a place of truly 250 ethnic nationalities, half of which are actually Igbo and pretend not to be though they have the most Igbotic faces you'll ever see. These folks there would rather get on speed boats with rifles and show CNN anchors that they are training for the water sports for the next Olympics and want bribes than to seriously take what is actually theirs. Meanwhile, our "honest, religious, and alliance hopefuls of Fulani extraction" have a beautiful World Class City in their backyard, while the smell of garbage in Aba is killing vegetation in Sapele |
Buhari ke? Are you guys still romanticizing on Nigerian History, including its GREAT MILITARY RULERS THAT SINGLE HANDILY DEFEATED the Communist, Aliens, and Demons nko. We are talking about today's world and today is September 2010. You get it, 2010. Where in the world, especially among those beta nations sef, that presidential candidates are former military/even civilian rulers from the 1983 era? Imagine Bush1 saying he wan carry Yankee Presidency con 2012. A Buhari/Fashola ticket, wait, maybe Buhari/Amaechi ticket. Even a Buhari/no VP ticket eh? Nonsense |
denitro:God bless you. |
Wow, from Yar Aduas as presidential names to Azikiwes. |
oge4real: Abeg, who dash them 17 million. More like say 500,000. They should go vote and be proactive jor'. All these religious leaders who got their training under the Iroko tree sef. |
If a book could be judged by its cover and people in pictures as well, I'd say that except for GEJ and Amaechi, the rest are jokers. These men look very visionless, confused, OLD, and above all, out of touch with the 21st century. Yet, its just some pictures, and just some opinions |
Wow, Ciroma still alive? These guys no wan retire oh' |
Fajuyi, a descent one time leader. Thats all |
amingafar:And which "God" are you talking about? You see, just that statement alone can land you in trouble among those bottle breaking women if your "God" is Dionysus, or any other in charge of the BOOZE |
Our history before Oyibo was chiefly centered on oral tales, and unfortunately the coups of Jan and July 66 have pretty much fallen into this category. This is largely because all those personal writings about how I saved the war and did this and heard this are very subject to ambition and scapegoating. Was it not 2 weeks ago that Chief Mbu or whateva said Balewa died of asthma, 44+ years later. The major issue with Fajuyi is that he died alongside Ironsi, and to many, shows his loyalty to his boss and friend, who ironically was not a fellow Yoruba. You cant say that Akintola would have died alongside Balewa, or even Ojukwu with Ironsi (to be fair), yet Fajuyi's faith remains one of the nations few examples of someone in power not chickening out, not known to embezzle, and not known to be a tribalist. |
Who cares if Igbo own 73% of Abuja investments, real estate, cows, strip clubs, churches, university dorm rooms. Abuja is not and will never be Igboland. As FCT, any group that wants to buy the whole area, regardless of whether their own state capital has light, can do it, and shouldnt need allocation approval from Fulani. The only real connection Abuja has to the Oil Producing areas of the South is that the revenue from the oil developed Abuja. Period. If those from these communities had received the same funds, I'm sure they would have preferred to develop their own regions at least to an extent, and wouldnt be so lalla gagg about Abuja. |
What are these females trying to achieve? I havent heard any women in the Arab world doing this (stand to be corrected). They arent saying give our kids better education, or stop wasting govt money on saudi arabia trips, or former head of states should steer clear of the presidency. NOOOOO OHHH, smashing beer bottles. LOL |
lamisanya:Well, you raised some good points here. UEFA folks too use overage players, as well as have corrupt politicians in power. My guess is that it is within a scope of violations in contrast to our scopeless greed. Imagine the last Womens Youth WC where Germany beat us. Out of 23 players, I'm sure they had 7 or 8 around the age 25. Yet Naija will have 22 out of 23 players overage and their ages would average to about 31. There's no way for NLanders to prove or disprove this, but the majority of our people believe we are using overage players and its hurting our senior teams and football as a whole. |
That 1994 jersey was serious man! |
LOL Please o, its more than just calling them that'll get their attention. I was in Naija this year and those roads are worse today than 10 years ago. I mean, WTF? |
Well, its fair to say that we are entitled to our opinions. Other than that, what some people have written here is just RUBBISH Thank goodness the "Rev" doesnt have the sole power to make decisions in Nigeria, and frankly, this is why religion and state should have a boundary between them. If he said GEJ could not offer much and cant fight corruption and stop there, kudos, but that BUHARI is the solution is disappointing. We are going on 2011 and folks here are saying bring back 1983, maybe 1985. LOL This is our "old" mentality |
BLA BLA BLA. They didnt even have the guts to even do half of what Soludo's team tried to do because of their business as usual approach. And what about the Ministry of Info and Communication? Why are our "home videos" still using the same video cameras they used 20 years ago? Why are many of our television shows on our stations looking amateurish? Has the nations' phone systems completely been 'digitalized' as promised, or are we still on analog? And Oga Labaran Maku, what's your idea to make your ministry beta sef? |
T9ksy:Where is Ojukwu this, where is Ojukwu that. Isnt that heavy bearded man approaching 80 abi 90? Wetin you wan him do? How do we know he hasnt dashed some naira on them say last year, or even 5 years ago? What about Nairalanders and Igbo sinators, representathieves (even the ones representing Enugu state). Maybe they've dashed too, but I doubt it. @yarodin You are correct. Naija cant even settle their rtd police and army folks, not to talk of Biafran ex this and that. Its really just a shame, yet most of it goes to those of Eastern origin, many of whom dont give a hoot about honoring their own warriors, and would prefer to spend their last dola dola on 50 yr birthday extrava--- |
Abeg, is Amodu a coach? Even in his defense, TT is saying our coaches need more than months to a tournament to do well. |
LOL, Na wah for Togo, ambushed in Angola, banned by CAF lol, and sadly to this ![]() |
Zik was supposedly rigged in the West Region way back when, and again in 1983 Anambra state, Then 1999 we heard massive riggin, then 2003 greater riggin, and 2007, the greatest riggin in World History. 2011, and yet no major concern or project to ensure a free, fair, and safe election. I'm sure most of the folks that are planning on going home this Christmas dont even know an election is taking place then, and will be surprised at the touts controlling their village movements |
I thought these things only happen in Naija movies, aka Sam Loco Efe dictionary lines. But ALAS, even among our Sinators and Representathieves we have professional bullshitters. How are these people elected/selected/rigged in, in the first place? |
Wow, just like that eh'. We wait to the last hour to issue guidelines for our main election? |
SAKUR:Lol, as gruesome as that seems, there really has to be some REAL punishment other than useless "quizzes" from EFCC. If not, then its all BS |
Yes O' |
romioray:PAM PAM. You have finished lol. At least you didnt say he's the ONLY ONE who can re-brand Nigeria. |
honeric01:How can I "get it" when you, the writer of your own post, doesn't get it. This is your assignment and you must complete it within the hour. Can you in one sentence say what you actually have been trying to say today on why Sia1 isnt' worth 100k? |
Nchara:And what is this for? Hope we haven't forgotten that those who fought in the war (IBB) to conquer the ENTIRE south are planning on coming back to power in months. Fine, no problem, but at least when can unity begin for those in the south, even if its to produce a southerner like Fashola or Amaechi as Prez? |
One Roland guy is facing drug charges and some folks are writing as if they have inhaled some of his drugs, i.e. original poster. |
honeric01:Now now, you cant have your cake and eat it, no matter how chocolate, creamy, and sugary it is little 01. So, all those things you dey talk siiiiiiiiince, was just to say he actually is qualified, yet not for 100k? So if Mourinho or Ferguson are qualified for you, what are you to say if they ask for 300k a month? |
