@Poster

I see your point sha'

Yet you should look at more serious issues to tackle because many presidents travel in large entourages and all. One thing thats silly is the number of folks that Naija sponsors to Arab kingdomsfor hajj only for the Arabs to say Ah Ah, wetin now!
PoliticsRe: All Those Who Love Their Country Speak Up! by mensdept: 1:22am On Oct 21, 2010
Well the only good pix the poster could use was MILITARY lol. That sums up Naija for you.  You can't put pixs of Super Eagles because corruption catch NFA/NFF. You cant put Head of State because confusion catch am. You can't put better pics of Lagos because BBC go come carry nasty report on una.

Too bad

I chattted with a Nigerian woman for years before finally going to meet her. She was everything I wanted. Affectionate, sweet, sexual. I asked her to marry me. It took years to get her here with me madly in love with her. I married her. Now she wont kiss me and tells me it is her culture. Won't cuddle with me and seldom does anything with me. I had more sex in the week I was there than the year we have been married. Unfortunately I am still madly in love with her, but feel so betrayed and unloved.
Welcome to NAIJA women oga, many of them pretenders , a few only commendable

Preferably, send her your wedding invitation to show that you have moved on and found a better life.  grin grin grin seems like part of your heart is still there? I bet her new BF would use your card to fan himself (i mean say her new bobo go use your card blow himself breeze and laff at you)  grin grin grin
This is one of the best replies to the poster's question. You see, you said she was never into the relationship and all that, and of course you WERE, and probably still have feelings for her.

The truth is that she was and WILL not be into you, and trying to work on yourself and improve yourself, which could land you a girl of your dreams, is the way to go. And imagine, 2 or 3 years from now, she'll add you to facebook and scan through your entire wedding album feeling like a dumazz .

Dont let those who say do it deceive you, dont give up the last inch of power you have (your dignity). MOVE ON BRO!

PoliticsRe: In Nigeria We (the Followers) Are More Corrupt Than Our Leaders. by mensdept: 1:01am On Oct 15, 2010
Majority of Nigerians are actually very intelligent. Even those selling tomatoes on 3main bridge have a keen sense than their counterparts in Thailand. But the issue is that many Nigerians take things as if they are either cowards or children. They would rather "manage", joke, party, envy, or pray than take the bulls by the horn.

Already thousands have signed up to endorse the return of IBB or Buhari, others GEJ (when there's no REAL reason to), and you ask yourselves why? Some because they are corrupt and are looking for booty afterwords, others because they are not serious people in general.
PoliticsRe: Why Is America So Blessed? by mensdept: 12:53am On Oct 15, 2010
It isnt just Yankee that's blessed, but England, France, Holland, Canada, Japan, and even Morocco. One reason is that citizens of those countries tend to be serious.

In Naija, you have military thugs (past and current) that are going to clinch tickets to major parties (for presidency, senate, state assembly), prophets who are "communicating" with God, and a general populace that would prefer to dwell in shythole premises and hope for a relative in those above countries to send them $100, etc.

For once we will never get anything right. We are so greedy that it blindfolds us from good things. First they elongated the tenure of state FA chairmen so they can vote twice in one tenure. That is madness for crying out loud. It was a very simple thing. How on earth can a sitting state FA rep vote twice in one tenurehuh? Who changed it and what was his motivehuh This was not addressed. Invariably, the playing field was not level for all the contestants.

I think FIFA has helped us to do what GEJ wanted to do. Now we have to put our house in order by force.
Right on.

Even if FIFA bans Naija until 2014, so?

It just seems as if Naija people who are blaming FIFA are embarrassed about the whole ordeal. We need to stop overlooking the obvious, which is we as a Nation along with our national teams are not to par.

When was the last time Naija won a game at the World Cup, yes thats right, 1998. What about winning the Nations Cup? 1994.

So lets put our house in order. Duuuuuuh!

After 1,021 posts, you are "now in the mood" to socialize with your people. Question, are you really Igbo? If so, what about Ahoada folks? And Delta North Senatorial District?

This is what this thread is going to end up as, and no one will remember your village.

Why didn't they ban North Korea?
Why should they ban North Korea? Even a starving nation like that is organizing their football better than Naija. Are you keeping up with the politicians called NFA/NFF admin?

Alxmyr:
Why didn't fifa dismiss any nff official that collect money from govt to run football?

Govt will pay the piper, and expect some crook to hide under fifa to siphon and embezzle the money.

Fifa should know that we can't use tax payer's money run football and no one is expected to ask questions.

More over, fifa demonstrated its insensitiveness and lack of concern again just as they did when Togolese players were killed. While other sensible world organisations are condoling Nigeria, fifa sanctioned Nigeria,

Useless bunch of old cargoes bereft of ideas.
And what did fellow ECOWAS and WAFU Naija do? At least FIFA has donated to Togo goalkeeper Kodjovi Obilale 25K, which is more than most Africans have donated to him.

I'm sure if Naija was producing good leadership with NFF and that FIFA THEN came in, there would be trouble. But apparently, its bad riddance to rubbish.

Chidoxyl:
Truth be told: Tis so sad dat dis latest development has befallen Nigerian football. More worrisome is d fact dat our so-called football administrators are d architect of dis misfortune. U wdn't believe dat these men are happy with d ban dat has been imposed on us. They knew fifa's axe will fall on us, yet they could not do wat was right 2 avert d situation. Where has patriotism gone to?

When I talk of people or individuals failing us as a nation, I talk about people like Amos Adamu, Maigari, etal (I believe U know the rest of them).

"During the period of suspension, the NFF will not be able to be represented in any regional, continental or international competitions, including at club level, and also not in friendly matches. In addition, neither the NFF nor any of its members or officials can benefit from any development programme, course, or training from FIFA or CAF while the federation remains suspended."

D quote above was got from fifa's site. And speaking on it, I want 2 draw d attention of Amos Adamu dat 4 so long as Nigeria remain banned by fifa, I think he being a Nigerian seizes 2 be a board member of both CAF & Fifa. If fifa don't uphold dis position, then I will not but say 2 hell with fifa.

And 4 Maigari, I wondered y he choose 2 run 4 an election he never had d mind of running 4, even when he knew he was not competent 4 d job. D honorable thing to have done by him was conduct a free & fair election, & write his name in gold. Again, he had no reason to have brought himself into d election.

Sanni Lulu & company should have resigned honorably when it became obvious even to them dat they have individually & collectively failed us.

In our selfishness, many a Nigerian have choosing 2 go with ill-gotten wealth @ d expense of a good name. God forgive us!

My take is that if fifa's ban will help us put our house in order & flush bad leadership and corrupt administrators, then I'll be 1000% happy. Also, since I've been made to know dat watsoever a man sows, he will reap, then I suggest that Amos Adamu, Sanni Lulu, Ogunjobi, Amanze Uchegbulam, Ojo-Oba, Maigari, & d host of them (dat have contributed in bringing my dear nation) be thrown into jail for as long as d fifa ban remain. dis will serve dem right & teach us all dat no one is bigger than d laws of a nation. Now, their intention will be to try 2 push buttons for their freedom by knocking on d doors of corrupt mind like them who are highly placed than them in d society. But the God of Nigeria, who have heard our cry will thwart them!

If we must sanitize Nigeria like we all cry 4, then we should be able 2 take d bull by d horn & begin 2day. Beginning with dis unfortunate but deserving ones will be a fitting semetry.

All these are signs of d end time! Be prepared cos Jesus is coming very, very, very soon. Pls, just be prepared.
Fantastic
