The conditions are: watch and pray or pray and watch, meaning after praying watch out for opportunities that would come and take action, or if you see an opportunity, take action and pray accordingly.

Most poor people only do one and not the other.

Opportunity to make money or improve ones life sometimes aren't that obvious at face value.

At the same time prayer should not be from the stand point of fear or weakness, but confidence, joy, gratitude.

Do a little research on DNA computer, quantum computer, you will have an idea.

They would make it seem as a breakthrough (which it is in a way) than a scaled down alien tech.
