The leadership of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide on Wednesday urged the Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB)to reconcile with Niger Delta Leader, Asari Dokubo.

The group, in a statement by its President General, Mazi Okechukwu Isiguzoro, also expressed surprise on alleged federal government negotiation with leadership of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) to end kidnapping and killings in the country.

It said the government should also dialogue with Biafra agitators who it said were not violent like the herdsmen.

The group said: “IPOB should make peace with Asari Dokubo urgently as the rift is threatening the bond and partnership existing between the South East and South/South.

“Since after the war, the two regions had been enjoying the harmonious relationship between them, so we advocate that IPOB should extend hands of friendship to Asari Dokubo, as we will not allow any misunderstanding between Nnamdi Kanu and Asari Dokubo escalate, and IPOB should use the May 30th to mend fence with ex Niger Delta Agitators rather than Sit at home,” the youths said.

They also called on the federal government to negotiate with the proscribed members of IPOB, Movement for Actualisation of Sovereign States of Biafra (MASSOB) and other Biafra agitators to end the Biafra agitation.

The youths noted 30th of this month when the Biafra agitators will be celebrating Biafra day was an opportunity the federal government have to dialogue with the agitators.

“We are surprised on the meeting between Federal Government represented by Minister of Interior Abdul-Rahman Dambazau and the leadership of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN)where a huge carrot is thrown to the herdsmen group to help stop kidnapping and tackle insecurity and clashes between Herdsmen and farmers.The Federal Government should also extend the same gesture of N100bn to The leadership of Massob and Ipob. Former Niger Delta militant Asari Dokubo has described the leader of the banned Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, as a con man, Concise News reports.

This online news medium had reported that Dokubo alleged that Kanu ordered the killing of pro-Biafra prophet Anthony Nwoko in Enugu state, southeast Nigeria.

However, Kanu has denied doing that and called Dokubo a coward, daring him to show proof of his allegation.

In what appears to be a recent video, Asari Dokubo labelled Kanu an ingrate, claiming that the Igbo were slaves to the Ijaw.

According to him, betrayal runs in Nnamdi Kanu and the blood of the Igbo, daring the IPOB leader not to talk more or face the music.

He also alleged that he helped to train over 100 boys brought by Kanu to fortify the IPOB leader.

This is as he noted that he had never been a member of IPOB even when he stood for the Biafra struggles being championed by Kanu.

I have seen 4 videos of this man and his house. It’s not a secret. I don’t understand what you mean no noise when everyone already knows about his wealth because of it being flaunted.

He is not different from other wealthy people in Nigeria including igbos. In fact he flaunts his wealth more than others. All the well-known igbo millionaires and billionaires I can think of, I have barely seen the house they live in or the cars that they drive.

If I were one of the states the freight will pass through i will toll the trade. This is considered inter-state commerce and passing through my state means it will pay tax. Anything going through Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Kwara, Niger, to get to Kaduna will derive revenue for the respective states it crosses to get to its terminal.

Its high time the governors of Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, Akwaibom sit up and develop their own ports, if we can have private depots for petroluem products why not ports as well.


Open ports in the Niger delta will reduce the criminality and rascality there, the governors of the SS should stop the blame game , saddle up and help their people, the youths in the SS should press for this instead of kidnapping and hooliganism.

When they gt on teenage years they are uncontrollable because they grew up underatanding they must have their way and have no underatanding of restraint. The relationship with their parents become disrespectful and at that point it escalates to beyond their homes and into public. They grow a mob mentality and become fraternal with peer pressure and daring risks. They start small with vandalism,then into assault. No parental control, government take over and act as surrogate parent by putting them in time out....but the timeout is spent in prison where they drug them to keep their volatile behavior in check. The drug has negative effects because it distorts their metabolism, endrogene and pituitary glands. .....turns them into monsters.
