If south west is as rich as what its on paper, then they shouldn't be afraid if south east wants to go their own way. Forget all those paper work and face reality. I am very sure south west will make a great nation though. But presently, its the south west that is the most vocal voice against the Biafra. Anyway, since we all are still one Nigeria we go share those revenue from cocoa and gold equally grin
grin grin
SW has never ever had a problem sharing and accomodating. Never!

Even market owners and property owners that vacated West to go home and attend to Biafra, after their return their values were handed to them....by the same Awolowo social policy they accused "falsely" of freezing a non-existing bank treasure.

So please, when we talk of non-tolerance, abeg no dey add Yoruba join.

On economy...we have never ever self-sabotaged or destroy what bring us and others gain. We are not uncivilized.

Delta people destroy their wealth to deny its availability to others. We dont believe in that in West. Our own belief is that we need others as consumers and distributors of our commodities and so it is in our best interest to preserve them...IF...they are not a threat to us or our value system.

As you can see, we share the gains from cocoa, from gold, from oil, from vat.

On our desire for sovereingty, as I explained above....Nigeria has a market that is unique and we Ypruba need that market.

Nobody makes market its enemy. Na only crazy person go look at a buoyant market and say i dont want to be part of that exchange. We Yoruba love market. Every town in Yorubaland has Oja Oba! A trading post under the authority of the king. Every market also has Iya Oloja (Iyaloja or Babaloja) and Iyalaje.

Market is an institution in Yorubaland. We therefore respect and acknowledge the uniqueness of the Nigerian market. What we abhor is the imbalance and inequity of the Nigerian politics.

We desire to continue our membership in Nigeria but with strident and vigorous campaign to establish a political balance and equity to it.

We want to reproduce for Nigeria what we have achieved for SW.

Our last resort is separation to form a new sovereingty and exist on our own.

This new sovereingty was devised as a parallel opportunity, and a cost, to the promises of the Nigerian nationality.

Yoruba has joined UNPO to effect that parallelism. Yoruba Koya has been registered in UK as a Yoruba anchor to set pace forward for parallel exchanges exclusive between UK Government and Yorubaland.

We assisted and got Biafra enrolled and admitted into UNPO right behind our registration.

We are progressive and we are awakened. We will take our country out and TURN OFF THE LIGHT IN NIGERIA.

You too get bad mouth. Go to federal government revenue office to be updated. You know the truth, but politics no go let you talk true.
Aahh!

Is any of my statement here untrue? Which one be bad mouth gaan? grin

Dollar is the global standard for currency trading....but dollar itself is a artificial standard. It is backed by gold to give it real value.

Gold is the true exchange but due to its rarity it is kept out of circulation. A paper token is given authority to act and exchange values ....as a proxy or substitute in place of gold. That token is what money currency is. This money have standards.

Pound sterling
Dollar
Francs
Guilder
Naira
Yen
.....these and many others are standards. The acceptable equalizer or the interface of market trading and exchange all over the globe is Dollar.

Do you get me so far?

So Dollar, as desirable it is to have....is not as desirable as it is to have gold.

How do we know this? By following movements in Stocks and Futures markets.

Is there any commodity that is priced above gold? Yes, Cocoa!

Cocoa is not a standard for exchange because unlike gold, it is reproducible.

SW Nigeria is the 3rd top producer of Cocoa in the world.

This is significant. Very very significant!

In addition to Cocoa, SW also has gold, the world standard for monetary and value exchange.

In addition to Cocoa and gold, SW has oil!

Is there any region of Nigeria that can intimidate SW with economic power or ....by any chance sanction SW economically?

None!

Now, can SW sanction the entire Nigeria and cripple the national economy. Gaddem YES!!

My brother, which one be bad mouth?

Mayrock is not the only soul that willfully took his own life to protest Biafra.

Lt. Col. Fajuyi sacrificed himself to protest the persecution of Ibo.

These two are the real heroes of Biafra. Not a runaway fear fear man like Ojukwu that built bunker to hide....and when bunker was no longer safe he packed his family and fled. He did not even leave his mercedes behind....he fled with a car while children were dying.

Heheheheheh Afonja slave can't even stand where Zik of Africa sits. How is Babariga a Yoruba dress?? So Hausas that wear it as the inventor should now say what? Ojukwu delivered your redeemer Awolowo from jail and you should be thankful instead of talking about ZIK OF AFRICA himself.
Azikiwe did not wear babanriga. If you thought this was babanriga its because you lack clue about Nigerian culture....and if so, how could you then tell who originated what.

See this picture Zik in Agbada and Kembe with Fila. This was East. You see the Eastern Premier, Okpara and dignitaries even dressed in Yoruba attire to welcome guest before going on a political campaign around towns in Iboland.

1st picture - welcoming Zik
2nd - Zik and Okapara on tour
3rd - Okpara as Yorubaman
4 - Okpara as Iboman.

I searched and could not find Zik in Ibo attire. I dont think he had one or ever wore one in public.

Ojukwu has more value than his rescued slave Awolowo of cursed memory, the Zik of Africa should now be a God to Yoruba past present and yet unborn
All his political life Zik was seen in Yoruba dress, from top to bottom.

You do him a disservice when you immortalize him with a statue and dress him as an European wearing Yoruba headcap.

Go and check how we honored Awo with a memorial and statue, and learn from us.

We survived..

Kano Pogrom 1945

Jos Pogrom 1953

Nationwide pogrom 1966

Genocide 1967 to 1970.

We survived abandoned properties.

We survived state imposed bankruptcy.

We survived nationalisation of industries.

We survived quota system.

We survived government anti Igbo policies.

We survived Fulani herdsmen.

We survived destruction of our properties in Islamic riots.

We will outlive every evil policy from a country entangled in gross darkness and mired in structural wickedness.

Evil can never triumph over good.

We will overcome the dark heart of man.

of man's inhumanity to man.

Today we remember our heroes.

Lt. Col. Victor Banjo

Odumegwu Ojukwu.

Philip Effiong.

Alexander Madiebo.

Joseph "Hannibal" Achuzia.

Rolf Steiner

Taffy Williams

Carl Rosen

Roger Faulques

Bruce Mayrock

Jan Zumbach

Etc.

Thanks for giving your yesterday so that we can have a future.

... and God bless the living legend Squadron Leader Artur Alves Pereira of the Biafran army, for coming to our rescue when the world feigned blindness to the cruelty of the dark construction of the human heart. Your generation is blessed.

Today we remind Nigeria that her past will continue to haunt her, her present will continue to torment her and her future will continue to elude her... for obfuscating history and conniving with evil, until Biafra is recognised and freed.

Even if Nigeria, a country suffering identity crisis and internal contradiction forgets, we will never forget.

We will take back our nation.

From the Hausa Fulani slavemasters and their puppets.

We will restore Biafra.

And make it the pride of Africa.

In Biafra Africa died and in Biafra Africa shall rise again.

In Biafra Nigeria died and in Biafra all the ethnic nationalities currently enslaved in Nigeria will rise again.

Come Biafra come.
Dont ever list Biafran heroes and leave Banjo out of the list. Ever!

Get sense!

Really? You are guys are ungrateful. After exploiting their wealth and damaging their environment, using it to develop your area now it means nothing to you? If you guys are having those high IGR and high revenue from cash crops, then fight for your region to manage itself or better still leave those fighting for Biafra to do their things. I only pity the southern states, them still they sleep. Sw to me will be a great region because of their resources, I will always support you guys and for south east they will always develop themselves in other areas. Large percentage of the population don't really know what's going on in this country especially the fulanization, the cunning western region and other actors sabotaging the growth and development of the country with acts of nepotism, bigotry and religious fanaticism.

Igbos never built empires to invade, kill and take other people land, like Fulanis and Yorubas did.
Our land was open for endless hordes of refugees Oyo, Bini, and Igala refugees running away from tyrant monarchs there. Thats why we have many stories of people migrating from those parts Into Igboland. But if you migrate into our land, you would have to assimilate and become Igbo speaking and would ultimately have to accept Igbo tag, not by force or compulsion, but by natural design.

Don't accuse us of what you are. We are not you and your Fulani brothers.
There are only two civilizations in Nigeria

Yoruba and Kanuri.
These two were true conquerors.

Fulani is an opportunist.

Ibo was conquered in the North by Igala, in the South by Ijaw, in East by Ibibio and in West by Bini.

This is why you remain landlocked till today and your culture is non-uniform.

Northern Ibo culture is more Igala-like. Southern-Ibo culture is Ijaw-like, Eastern Ibo culture is Ibibio-like and in West you are Benin-like.

There is no organic Ibo culture because Ibo itself was a denigration of slavery. Anyone called Ibo was a slave back then. Whiteman rescued you from your slave masters in the North, South, East and West.

Nothing like dealt with, you guys can't be acting wickedly and expect people to keep quiet. The problem in Nigeria is that the wicked ones expect people to be to act like mumu and not talk. You guys are happy that southern oil producing people are quite so that you keep exploiting them. South easterners are not cowards who support blindly
Youve seen price of cocoa and you see it is in very high demand all over the world.

SW is 3rd largest producer of cocoa in the world

Youve also seen igr, that SW leads.

On VAT, SW is leader.

I bet you those monkeys will get infected after chewing on the blood and then get sick. Instinct will guide them to a leaf or bark or a fruit or even a crop that they consume and give them cure.

Of course Indians are deficient in logic. Otherwise gumption should have instructed them on what I just said so they can find a way to tag the monkeys with camera for surveillance on the effect of their mischief and how they solve the resulting sickneas.

If this happened in Africa, i trust my people....those monkeys will wear cameras manned from a remote site and we can follow them remotely to find cure for corona and thus heal the world.

Saved the best reply for the last. ibos couldn't influence other minority populations of slaves outside the shores by their acclaimed large numbers, as they vigorously did the minorities within the eastern region. So much for "subtle influence". They are weak, have no class nor personalty - simply put. They succeeded in the eastern region because they had a Government over the minorities without which they were spineless outside of the shores.
