I get what you've being saying about a marriage becoming a bit boring, especially if the routine is the same, and I see how having an open relationship can help alleviate that, but the thing is, most men / majority of men are territorial and insanely jealous.

So how where you able to work that bit out with him, about having an open relationship? Was this something you guys discussed at the outset or did it sort of naturally come about during the course of your marriage many years on?
